Abstract

本发明公开了属于便携终端零部件范围的一种便携终端的SIM卡连接装置。手机的外壳中装有多个弹性连接口，而这种连接口配置在SIM卡连接器的下部，并与SIM卡的接点部连接。弹性连接口与圆筒形支持筒结合，使连接端子可以上下滑动，弹性连接口的内侧装有支撑连接端子的弹簧。本发明可以自由变更设置在SIM卡连接器下部的弹性连接口的弹簧的力，连接SIM卡时，复叠可最大设置为1.2mm，使用户很容易装上SIM卡，即使接点部位被磨损或SIM卡倾斜的状态下安装SIM卡时，也可以稳定的完成连接器和SIM卡的电的连接。因此，本发明提高了用户的使用方便性和产品的可信性。

Description

便携终端的SIM卡连接装置
技术领域
本发明属于便携终端零部件范围，特别涉及即使接点部位磨损或SIM卡倾斜的状态下进行安装，也可以稳定的完成连接器和SIM卡的电的连接的便携终端的SIM卡连接装置。
背景技术
一般，用户识别模块卡(SIM Card；Subscriber Identification ModuleCard，以下简称为SIM卡)中内置启动手机时所需要的几乎全部的信息。即，SIM卡不仅包含密码等用户的个人信息，还包含电话号码、与网络相关的信息等。
图1所示为现有技术中的SIM卡连接装置的实施例平面图，图2是图1的A-A线剖面图，图3提示出已有技术中的SIM卡与SIM卡连接器连接状态的实施例平面图。
与手机外壳10结合的SIM卡连接器20中一体形成有多个弹杆21，各弹杆21的端部一体形成有连接端子22。如图3所示，安装SIM卡30，这样SIM卡连接器20的连接端子22和SIM卡30的接点会连接，SIM卡30的各种信息传达到手机机身的主印刷电路板中。
但是，已有技术中的SIM卡连接装置，弹杆和连接端子与SIM卡连接器形成为一体，当安装SIM卡时，把连接端子至少0.5mm以上复叠(overlap)后进行连接，因此，装配时需要60gf以上的压缩力，装配起来很不方便，由此会降低连接的可信性。
已有技术中的SIM卡连接装置有如下问题：反复取下SIM卡，和主印刷电路板固定而接触到SIM卡的连接器的接点部分会被磨损，其塑性也会发生变化，由此会发生接触不良的问题，这种问题在没有正确装上SIM卡的情况下也会很容易发生。
SIM卡接触不良的现象频繁发生，用户的不满也随之增加。而且，***SIM卡时，要把SIM卡大小降低到最小程度，所以***SIM卡时特别不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供在接点部位被磨损或SIM卡倾斜的状态下装上SIM卡，也可以稳定的完成连接器和SIM卡的电连接的一种便携终端的SIM卡连接装置其构成如下：手机的外壳中装有多个弹性连接口，而这种连接口配置在SIM卡连接器的下部，并与SIM卡的接点部连接。弹性连接口与圆筒形支持筒结合，使连接端子可以上下滑动，弹性连接口的内侧装有支撑连接端子的弹簧。
本发明的有益效果是可以自由变更设置在SIM卡连接器下部的弹性连接口的弹簧的力，由此可以自由变更弹性连接口的连接端子和SIM卡的接点所接触的弹力，连接SIM卡时，复叠可最大设置为1.2mm，使用户很容易装上SIM卡，即使接点部位被磨损或SIM卡倾斜的状态下安装SIM卡时，也可以稳定的完成连接器和SIM卡的电的连接。因此，本发明提高了用户的使用方便性和产品的可信性。

具体实施方式
下面，参照附图详细说明本发明中的实施例。
图4为SIM卡连接装置的平面图，图5是图4的B-B线剖面图，图6为弹性连接口的部分剖面图。
如图所示，便携终端的SIM卡连接装置的构成如下：手机的外壳中装有多个弹性连接口40，而这种连接口配置在SIM卡连接器20的下部，并与SIM卡30的接点部连接。弹性连接口40与圆筒型支持筒41结合，使连接端子42可以上下滑动，弹性连接口的内侧装有支撑上述连接端子42的弹簧43。弹性连接口40的连接端子42中装有圆型磁头42a和***弹簧43的槽42b连接口的中间形成有卡块42c，因此连接端子可钩在支持筒41上端的卡块部41a。各弹性连接口40固定在手机外壳10中所形成的多个结合孔11。
在连接SIM卡30时，压住弹性连接口40的复叠可最大设置为1.2mm。
把SIM卡30装在本发明中的SIM卡连接装置的SIM卡连接器20时，装在SIM卡连接器20下部的各弹性连接口40的连接端子42和SIM卡30的接点会有弹性地连接，SIM卡30的各种信息传达到手机机身的主印刷电路板中。弹性连接口内侧的弹簧43支撑与弹性连接口40的SIM卡30接触的连接端子42，连接端子具备圆型磁头42a，所以，即使接点部位被磨损或SIM卡倾斜的状态下安装SIM卡，也可以稳定的维持连接器和SIM卡的电的连接。

Claims (3)

1.一种便携终端的SIM卡连接装置，其特征在于：手机的外壳(10)中装有多个弹性连接口(40)，而这种连接口配置在SIM卡连接器(20)的下部，并与SIM卡(30)的接点部连接。弹性连接口(40)与圆筒型支持筒(41)结合，使连接端子(42)可以上下滑动，弹性连接口的内侧装有支撑上述连接端子(42)的弹簧(43)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的便携终端的SIM卡连接装置，其特征在于：
所述各弹性连接口(40)固定在手机外壳(10)中形成的多个结合孔(11)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的便携终端的SIM卡连接装置，其特征在于：在连接SIM卡(30)时，压住弹性连接口(40)的复叠可最大设置为1.2mm。
