本发明涉及用于制造平板架(pallet)的方法和装置的改进,或涉及用于制造平板架的方法和装置,其与叉车一起使用用于提升、存储、运输、装载及卸载重的货物。
背景技术
在传统的平板架中,木制平板架被广泛地使用。这种木制的平板架是坚固的,但是如此重以至于难以操作。木制平板架的大量制造严重地浪费森林资源。此外,法律规定和要求,进口木材需在100℃熏蒸8小时以杀死害虫,结果更加昂贵。
金属平板架比木制平板架轻,但是较贵。更不利地,它们易于生锈,在卫生条件(sanitary condition)变差。
由高密度聚乙烯或聚丙稀制造的合成树脂平板架不生锈也不腐蚀,所以在卫生条件保持优良。但是,这种合成树脂平板架在重量上不轻,并易于滑动。更不利地,树脂平板架燃烧不好,所以不易于处理。树脂平板架成型中要求的金属模模具非常昂贵,相应地,需要大量投资。

更不利地,通过周围空气的冷却,金属模的温度在中心易于升至比周围的更高。因此,其难以均匀地加热金属模,导致平板架材料的不均匀加热。
本发明的一个目标是提供一种用于短时间内以提高的效率制造高质量的平板架的方法和装置。
发明内容
根据本发明如权利要求1限定的使用植物纤维用于制造平板架的方法包括步骤:制备任意缠结的植物纤维的未编织织物;将未编织植物注入树脂以提供基材料层;在上和下金属模之间夹持并挤压基材料层;以及通过将热空气从一个吹送到另外一个金属模来加热这样被夹持的基材料层以将基材料层成形为平板架。

优选实施例
在制作根据本发明的平板架时,植物纤维通过纤维分离机械从硬壳坚果类如椰子和油椰子,或从某些植物如黄麻分离。然后厚而结实的毡状未编织植物用如此分离的任意缠结的植物纤维制造。分离纤维前,椰子和油椰子的壳通过使用压碎机械被压碎,并随着要求提高,通过使用碎片机械变成碎片。

除了热固树胶外,热塑树脂如醋酸乙烯树脂、聚乙烯或烯烃类树脂同样可以使用。雾化树脂也可以使用,但是液体树脂更容易被均匀注入未编织织物。
树脂注入的未编织织物然后被夹持在将被加热的上和下压辊之间并如上挤压以形成基材料层。
如图1所示,上金属模1和下金属模2分别具有通孔3a和3b,所述通孔3a、3b被打开以整个分散。通孔3a和3b在其末端分别具有热空气口4a和4b,其直径大约为1cm。热空气口4a和4b以每个口5×5cm2的速率被安置在整个上和下金属模1和2的相对表面(1×1m2的区域上400个口)。另外的热空气口4a和4b可以被安装在金属模1和2的周围,因为此区域通过周围空气被冷却。
通孔3a通过管道6被连接至锅炉5(热空气产生装置)的热空气出口5a。同样地,通孔3b通过管道6被连接至锅炉5的热空气入口5b。通过锅炉5产生的热空气以这种顺序通过热空气出口5a、管道6、通孔3a、热空气口4a、热空气口4b、通孔3b、管道6及热空气入口5b循环,这样热空气通过夹持在金属模1和2之间的注入树脂的基材料层。倘若上和下金属模1和2具有10至50kgf/cm2的挤压力且锅炉5产生的热空气在180℃至200℃的范围中,平板架大约可以在一分钟内铸成。
当具有1100×1100mm2的尺寸以及3-10mm的厚度的未编织毡状织物由1.5至3.5kg/m2制造时,平板架7可以经受住10顿的负荷。平板架7还具有凹槽8,所述凹槽8通过从热空气口4a吹至平板架7的相对表面上形成。这样,由于凹槽8平板架7具有不规则表面。由此防止货物从平板架跌落。
如从图2所见,叉车不仅可以从前面也可以从平板架7的一个侧面***其叉。
优选地,将被使用的织物纤维从低成本且丰富的资源获得,如椰子壳,油性椰子壳和黄麻。害虫经常在这些植物纤维内被发现,但是它们在制造的过程中可以被消除,其中大约180℃至200℃的热空气通过基材料。因此不需要额外措施用于杀死害虫。
如从图3所见,两个平板架可以被相互叠加以作为整体连接,这样所提供的平板架可以被反过来用于在侧面中的任一面上使用,允许叉车从四个方向中的任一方向***其叉。
本发明不限于上述的波状表面平板架。根据本发明的平板架的另一例子可以包括平板部件9和在其截面具有图4所述的“U”状的杆状部件10。
平板部件9可以通过使用具有如图5所示的扁平挤压表面11的上和下金属模12、12所形成(通孔被省略因为与图1相同)。图7所示的折叠板14可以通过使用如图6所示的上和下金属模13、13所形成(通孔被省略因为与图1相同),且在截面具有“U”状的杆状部件10从折叠板14被切离。
平板部件9和杆状部件10通过使用粘接剂或通过螺栓连接被组合并固定在一起以提供图4所示的平板架。
此种类型的平板架需要额外的装配过程,但是其优点在于各种尺寸的平板架都可以被制造以满足临时需要。
工业应用性
如上所提,本发明提供一种使用植物纤维用于制造平板架的方法,此方法包括步骤:制备任意缠结的植物纤维的未编织织物;将未编织植物注入树脂以提供基材料层;在上和下金属模之间夹持基材料层;在形成在金属模中的热空气通道的端部上通过从热空气口来的热空气加热并挤压这样夹持的基材料层以提供平板架。因此,由通过那里的热空气,热被有效地传导通过基材料从而缩短生产平板架的制造时间。
如权利要求2限定的本发明,植物纤维通过从硬壳坚果类水果压碎的壳分离而准备,如椰子壳和油性椰子壳,或从某些植物如黄麻分离而准备,从而有效的降低原材料成本。
如权利要求3限定的本发明,热空气循环并被再热,从而有效地降低用于热产生装置要求的燃料量。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于从植物纤维制造平板架的方法,包括步骤:
制备任意缠结的植物纤维的未编织织物;
向未编织织物注入树脂以提供基材料层;
将基材料层夹持在上和下金属模之间并加压;及
通过一个吹送到另外一个金属模的热空气加热这样夹持的基材料层以将基材料层成形为平板架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于制造平板架的方法,其中,任意缠结的植物纤维通过从硬壳坚果类水果压碎的壳,如椰子壳和油性椰子壳,或从特定的植物如黄麻分离而制备。
3.一种用于制造平板架的装置包括:彼此相对的上和下金属模;在上和下金属模整个相对区域形成的多个通孔;热空气产生装置,具有热空气出口和热空气入口,上和下金属模的通孔被分别地连接至所述热空气出口和热空气入口,反之亦然,由此允许热空气循环和通过上和下金属模之间。
