背景技术
此类复合材料管的典型结构由具有管形壁的元件组成,该管形壁包括:
内部聚合物层,称为第一管形部分,由第一聚合物材料组成,
聚合物粘合层,称为第一层,由第一聚合物粘合剂材料组成,
金属层,称为第三管形部分,由金属材料组成,

发明内容

对于交联,已知有不同的方法:
-PEX-A:在该过氧化物基交联方法中,将聚乙烯和过氧化物的组合物挤出。通过将温度升高到过氧化物的活化温度以上达一定时间,以便发生化学反应来实现交联。
-PEX-B:在该硅烷基交联方法中,将聚乙烯和硅烷基添加剂的混合物挤出。交联反应需要水的存在。反应在自然环境中通过周围湿度的效应而自然发生,但使用水浴来获得实用的固化时间。
-PEX-C:辐射固化。交联通过照射挤出物来获得。
在根据以上描述制造复合材料管的已知或可能方法中,通过使用PEX-C方法,PEX-B方法,或PEX-A方法来制造交联层,其中交联在盐浴中获得。

在校准冷却浴的出口,产品准备用于后续制造步骤。
因此,获得了过氧化物交联复合材料管的在线制造方法,不需要其它方法的产品的再卷绕和附加处理。
用充足功率和峰波长的红外辐射照射挤出材料可以快速和深入地加热聚合物和过氧化物的混合物,导致了非常快速的交联反应。
为了实现该目的,本发明提供了作为其主题的制造管形壁的复合材料管的方法,该壁包含至少一个挤出管形部分,被称为第一管形部分,该第一管形部分由第一聚合材料组成。
尤其,该方法特征在于挤出第一聚合材料的第一管形部分的步骤包括使用能够通过红外辐射交联的那类第一聚合材料,以及挤出所述材料的第一管形部分的该步骤之后马上是用红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分,以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。

参考附图(图1),看到了由这种具有管形壁的元件组成的复合材料管CP的典型结构,该管形壁包括:
内部聚合物层,称为第一管形部分1,由第一聚合材料100组成,
聚合物粘合层,称为第一层2,由第一聚合物粘合剂材料200组成,
金属层,称为第三管形部分3,由金属材料300组成,
聚合物粘合层,称为第二层4,由第二聚合物粘合剂材料400组成,
外部聚合物层,被称为第二管形部分5,由第二聚合物材料500组成。
参考附图,还看到了根据本发明的方法运转以制备复合材料管的复合材料管生产线。
该生产线包括:
第一挤出机6,用于挤出第一管形部分1,和
第二挤出机7,用于挤出由第一聚合物粘合剂材料200组成的第一粘合层2,
用于应用由金属材料组成300的第三管形部分3的成形和焊接站8,和
用于挤出由第二聚合物粘合剂材料400组成的第二粘合层4的具有相应挤出头的第三挤出机9,和
用于第二管形部分5的具有相应挤出头的第四挤出机10,以及接取、卷绕和切割设备11。
该生产线还包括冷却槽14,15。
在该生产线中,能够看到,根据本发明,挤出第一管形部分1,再立即通入红外烘箱12用于交联,之后校准和冷却所述第一管形部分1。
在让金属层通过成形和焊接站8之前,将第一粘合层2施涂于第一管形部分1。
在成形和焊接站8的下游,第二粘合层4的第二聚合物材料400和第二管形部分5的第二聚合物材料500挤出到由金属材料300组成的第三管形部分3。
优选地,挤出第二管形部分和立即通入红外烘箱13用于交联,之后冷却复合材料管。
如前面所述,本发明涉及制造具有管形壁的复合材料管CP的方法,该壁包括至少一个挤出管形部分1,称为第一管形部分1,该第一管形部分1由第一聚合材料100组成。
根据该方法,挤出第一聚合材料100的第一管形部分1的步骤包括使用能够通过红外辐射交联的那类第一聚合材料100,以及挤出所述材料的第一管形部分1的该步骤之后马上是用红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分1,以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。

根据该方法,用红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分1以便完成所述交联反应的步骤之后是:
在第一管形部分1的外表面101,称为所述第一外表面上挤出由第一粘合剂材料200组成的第一粘合层2的步骤,和
将由非聚合材料300组成的第三管形部分3固定在所述第一外表面101上的步骤。
如上所述,本发明还涉及制造具有管形壁的复合材料管CP的方法,该壁还包括挤出的第二管形部分5,该第二管形部分5由第二聚合材料500组成和在第一管形部分1的周围同轴排列。
根据该方法,挤出第二聚合材料500的第二管形部分5的步骤包括使用能够通过红外辐射交联的那类第二聚合材料500,以及挤出这种材料的第二管形部分5的该步骤之后马上是用红外辐射照射挤出的第二管形部分5,以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。
本发明还涉及制造具有管形壁的复合材料管CP的方法,该壁还包括第三管形部分3,该第三管形部分3由非聚合材料300组成和在第一管形部分1和第二管形部分5之间同轴排列。
在该情况下,为了完成所述交联反应而通过红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分1的步骤之后是:
在第一管形部分1的外表面,所述第一外表面101上挤出第一粘合层2的步骤,和
将由非聚合材料300组成的第三管形部分3固定在所述第一外表面101上的步骤,该非聚合材料300的第三管形部分3具有外表面301,称为所述第二外表面301,和
在该第二外表面301上挤出第二聚合物粘合剂材料400的步骤,和然后
包括在第二外表面301上挤出第二聚合材料500的第二管形部分5的步骤和包括通过红外辐射照射挤出的第二管形部分5以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。
值得注意地,包括在第一外表面101上固定非聚合材料300的第三管形部分3的步骤在于在所述第一外表面101上成形和焊接金属材料。
根据本发明,交联反应是过氧化物基的。
该交联反应通过彻底地加热第一挤出管形部分1的第一聚合材料100和彻底地加热第二挤出管形部分5的第二聚合材料500来活化。
值得注意地,属于第一聚合材料100和第二聚合材料500的聚合材料的至少一种的加热利用红外加热器12,13来完成。
本发明还涉及具有包含由聚合材料100,500组成的至少一个挤出管形部分1,5的管形壁的复合材料管CP,该复合材料管CP根据本发明的上述方法来制造。

Claims (10)

1.制造具有管形壁的复合材料管(CP)的方法,该壁包括至少一个挤出管形部分(1),称为第一管形部分(1),该第一管形部分(1)由第一聚合材料(100)组成,该方法特征在于挤出第一聚合材料(100)的第一管形部分(1)的步骤包括使用能够通过红外辐射交联的那类第一聚合材料(100),以及挤出所述材料的第一管形部分(1)的该步骤之后马上是通过红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分(1),以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。
2.根据权利要求1的制造具有管形壁的复合材料管(CP)的方法,该壁还包括挤出的第二管形部分(5),该第二管形部分(5)由第二聚合材料(500)组成和在第一管形部分(1)的周围同轴排列,该方法特征在于挤出第二聚合材料(500)的第二管形部分(5)的步骤包括使用能够通过红外辐射交联的那类第二聚合材料(500),以及挤出这种材料的第二管形部分(5)的该步骤之后马上是用红外辐射照射挤出的第二管形部分(5),以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。
3.根据权利要求1的制造具有管形壁的复合材料管CP的方法,该壁还包括第三管形部分(3),该第三管形部分(3)由非聚合材料(300)组成,以及在第一管形部分(1)上同轴排列,该方法特征在于用红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分(1)以便完成所述交联反应的步骤之后是:
在第一管形部分(1)的外表面(101),称为所述第一外表面上挤出由第一粘合剂材料(200)组成的第一粘合层(2)的步骤,和
将由非聚合材料(300)组成的第三管形部分(3)固定在所述第一外表面(101)上的步骤。
4.根据权利要求2的制造具有管形壁的复合材料管(CP)的方法,该壁还包括第三管形部分(3),该第三管形部分(3)由非聚合材料(300)组成和在第一管形部分(1)和第二管形部分(5)之间同轴排列,该方法特征在于用红外辐射照射挤出的第一管形部分(1)以便完成所述交联反应的步骤之后是:
在第一管形部分(1)的外表面,所述第一外表面(101)上挤出第一粘合层(2)的步骤,和
将由非聚合材料(300)组成的第三管形部分(3)固定在所述第一外表面(101)上的步骤,该非聚合材料(300)的第三管形部分(3)具有外表面(301),称为所述第二外表面(301),和
在该第二外表面(301)上挤出第二聚合物粘合剂材料(400)的步骤,和然后
包括在第二外表面(301)上挤出第二聚合材料(500)的第二管形部分(5)的步骤和包括通过红外辐射照射挤出的第二管形部分(5)以便完成所述交联反应的步骤。
5.根据权利要求3或4的任一项的方法,特征在于包括将非聚合材料(300)的第三管形部分(3)固定在第一外表面(101)上的步骤在于在所述第一外表面(101)上成形和焊接金属材料。
6.根据权利要求1-5的任一项的方法,特征在于该交联反应是过氧化物基的。
7.根据权利要求1-6的任一项的方法,特征在于该交联反应通过彻底地加热第一挤出管形部分(1)的第一聚合材料(100)来活化。
8.根据权利要求1-6的任一项的方法,特征在于该交联反应通过彻底地加热第二挤出管形部分(5)的第二聚合材料(500)来活化。
9.根据前述权利要求的任一项的方法,特征在于属于第一聚合材料(100)和第二聚合材料(500)的至少一种聚合材料的加热利用红外加热器(12,13)来实现。
10.具有包含由聚合材料(100,500)组成的至少一个挤出管形部分(1,5)的管形壁的复合材料管(CP),该复合材料管(CP)根据权利要求1-9的任一项的方法来制造。
