本发明涉及与眼镜一体化的半导体元件,特别是(有机)太阳能电池。
通过有机光电子学,也就是全部或者至少部分由有机聚合物构成的光电子学的发展,可以将这种有机聚合物特别小地、薄且柔性地构成。由此产生过去不可能并因此也不公知的各种各样的应用可能性。
从这种联系上说,本发明的主题是一种眼镜,带有在至少一种半导体元件基础上的一体化换能器。
因为眼镜,特别目视镜实际上始终由其使用者佩戴,所以它们是利用本发明可供使用的“不可见的”能量供应的理想对象。在此方面,无论带不带蓄电池,电池或者电容器,通过半导体元件都能有效确保能量供应。足够的功率保证了用于极其不同的连接,特别是如果半导体元件是所谓的太阳能电池的话,因为它们将阳光直接转换为电能。
太阳能电池最好是半透明的,因为其与眼镜的一体化就不会干扰或不会改变眼镜的美观。
半透明的太阳能电池可与眼镜框或者其中的部分一体化。不过可以优选将该太阳能电池或这些太阳能电池与眼镜片本身或者其中一部分一体化,因为这里保证更好的阳光入射。太阳能电池或依据本发明也可以作为光传感器连接的半导体元件,特别优选完全由有机半导体和特别是共轭聚合物构成,因为这种聚合物原来就是透明的,而且可以特别薄层,小巧和柔性构成光电子元件。但应用不仅不局限于聚合物有机半导体,而且还可以使用其他有机半导体或者特别是同时包括所谓“小分子”的其他半导体。
根据所追求的功率和功能,太阳能电池或光传感器并因此还有眼镜片的透明度根据功率要求确定。
依据本发明,以太阳能电池或光传感器方式这样一体化的换能器,应能用于任意装置的能量供给。因此,该换能器可用于应答器,助听器,照相机和类似装置的能量供给。与眼镜镜片一体化的半透明太阳能电池可以控制同样与眼镜一体化的遮光***,例如在由液晶塑料制成的可开关偏振滤光镜基础上或者在电色效果的基础上。在此方面,如果太阳能电池作为光传感器使用的话,调整眼镜暗度的测光同样可以通过太阳能电池实施。通过光强度测量和调节的组合,可以得到快速和灵活配合当时光照率的眼镜片。带有一体化光传感器区的眼镜也可用于图片识别。
对于相关领域的专业人员来说,显然存在着多种多样的应用领域,而且上述内容不能视为穷尽性的。太阳能电池或者光传感器形式的半导体元件也可以与使用者可能始终佩戴或者携带的其他物体一体化并用于供电。

Claims (9)

1.眼镜,带有至少一个基于半导体元件的一体化换能器。
2.按权利要求1所述的眼镜,其特征在于,至少一个半导体元件为太阳能电池。
3.按权利要求2所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池为半透明的。
4.按权利要求3所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池与眼镜片或者其中一部分一体化。
5.按权利要求3所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池与眼镜框或者其中一部分一体化。
6.按权利要求2-5之一所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池由有机聚合物构成。
7.按权利要求2-6之一所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池作为光传感器连接。
8.按权利要求1-6之一所述的眼镜,其特征在于,换能器(太阳能电池)可用于任意装置的能量供应。
9.按权利要求7所述的眼镜,其特征在于,太阳能电池控制同样与眼镜一体化的遮光***。
