Description
发明背景
本发明是按照与能源部签定的No.DE-FC21-95MC31176合同,在政府的支持下完成的。
本发明涉及燃气轮机级的涡轮叶片,尤其涉及第1级涡轮叶片的翼面轮廓。
近年来,先进的燃气轮机趋向于提高燃烧温度并努力改进涡轮各个零部件的冷却条件。在受让人的一个特定的燃气轮机设计中,正在开发一种采用蒸汽和空气联合冷却,联合循环效率达到60%的大功率燃气轮机。人们将会认识到这种涡轮叶片的设计和制造,尤其是该涡轮的第1级涡轮的叶片的设计和制造需要最优化的气动力学效率以及叶片的气动力学负荷及机械负荷。另外,高压涡轮的几个级之间的互相影响也是一个因素。
发明概述

本发明的详细说明
现在参看附图,尤其图1和图2,它们表示了一个按照本发明制造的涡轮叶片,包括安装在平台12上的翼面10,而这个平台座则由根部14所支撑。根部14的径向内端支撑一个将该叶片连接到涡轮叶轮上(图中未显出)的燕尾榫16。叶片10、平台12、和燕尾榫16集中地称为一个叶片,总的标以17。翼面10具有复合曲率,分别具有负压侧18和压力侧20。象通常那样,燕尾部分16与涡轮叶轮上的燕尾形槽相匹配,并且若干叶片,最好是60片叶片围绕叶轮和涡轮转子轴线沿圆周间隔排列。另外,在叶柄14的轴向的前后侧形成叶轮间隙密封件22,即角形翼。最好,该叶片与冷却通道,最好为蒸汽冷却通道整体铸造,这些通道(未示),通向包括翼面10的叶片的内部。

虽然表1中的值是四位数,但是按制造的局限来看,适于成形翼面的实际有效数值只要三位数即足够了。另外,在翼面的实际轮廓中还必须考虑通常的制造公差以及叶片表面的涂层。因此,表1中所给出的值是适用于叶片的名义翼面的。因此要知道,要把±制造公差,即正,负值及冷却厚度加到表1中给出的X,Y数值上。因此,沿翼面轮廓垂直于任何表面位置的方向上的±0.100英寸的距离限定了该涡轮特定的叶片设计的翼面轮廓的包络面。

现在参看图8,表示了一个涡轮,其中可采用被限定的涡轮叶片翼面。在所显示的涡轮中,涡轮转子,标号为40,包括安装了叶片的转子叶轮42,而这叶片与定子叶片栅一起,形成了转子的各个级。尤其是,第1级46包括一个第1级转子叶轮44,在它上面的叶片17具有翼面10,叶片17与第1级定子叶片48对置。还应知道若干翼面10是在第1级叶轮44的圆周上间隔排列的,因此在这情况下,在第1级叶轮44上安装了60个叶片。

Claims (4)
