Description

燃气轮机转子的支承装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有独立权利要求前序部分特征的用于支承燃气轮机转子的装置。
背景技术
在已知的燃气轮机设备中(Ch.Lechner/J.Seume,固定式燃气轮机,Springer出版社,2003,第720-723页)用于转子轴向固定的推力轴承设置在压缩机部件的入口区域中。这种布置一直被选用,因为在压缩机部件入口区域内的占用面积是相对有利的,并且在那里推力轴承比较容易接近。因为推力轴承相对于径向的支承轴承意味着需要更多的油,输油和排油管路可以相对容易布置在压缩机部件的入口区域。
在燃气轮机运行期间结构部件被加热。结构部件不同的温升导致在燃气轮机的转子元件和定子元件之间轴向的相对移动。轴向的相对移动随着推力轴承与涡轮机部件的距离增大而加大,并且导致在涡轮机由静止状态向运行状态转换时,在无包带的和圆锥形的叶片上涡轮叶片和转子壁之间的间隙加大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,这样设计一种涡轮机转子的此类支承装置,使得涡轮机转子和涡轮机定子之间的相对伸长减小,由此可以使得它们的零件之间的间隙减小。
该目的在此类的轴承结构中按照本发明通过独立权利要求的特征达到。
本发明有利的构造在从属权利要求中给出。
尽管迄今已经讨论过将推力轴承布置在燃气轮机压缩机部件的入口区域的有利原因,但从提高效率的观点出发,按照本发明推力轴承布设在涡轮机部件的区域内。
通过在涡轮机侧设置的推力轴承使得涡轮机部件的轴向伸长减到最小度。由此在从静止状态向运行状态转换时,在涡轮叶片与定子壁之间调整的间隙减小。减小的间隙导致气流损失的减少,并由此提高效率。
同时在涡轮机部件的高温区域中,可以使用对于推力轴承所要的较大的油量用于轴承箱强烈的冷却。轴承箱这样的强烈冷却有助于满足在涡轮机入口温度升高之后的要求。
在涡轮机部件区域内的推力轴承和支承轴承原则上可以设计成分开的。但支承轴承和推力轴承一起布置在涡轮机部件的区域中也是有利的。作为轴承优选设有可倾瓦轴承(Kippsegmentlager)或滑动面轴承。此外可以有利地设置无润滑的轴承如磁性轴承。对于特别的布置可以将支承轴承设计为滑动面轴承,而推力轴承由可倾瓦轴承构成。

具体实施方式
燃气轮机由一个压缩机部件1、一个燃烧室2和一个涡轮机部件3组成。一个转子5在涡轮机外壳4内部旋转,该转子安装在由叶轮盘6、7构成的压缩机部件1和涡轮机部件3中。压缩机部件1的叶轮盘6通过螺栓8相互连接以及与末端件9和与转子中间件10连接。涡轮机部件3的叶轮盘7同样通过贯穿的螺栓11相互连接和与转子中间件10连接。叶轮盘6、7在其圆周上带有着涡轮叶片12、13。在涡轮叶片12、13之间设置导向叶片14、15,导向叶片固定在涡轮机外壳4的壁上。
转子5支承在两个径向的支承轴承16、17上。其中一个支承轴承16设置在压缩机部件1的入口区域内并围绕转子5的末端件9,而另一个支承轴承7设置在涡轮机部件3的区域内并围绕转子中间件10。此外,在涡轮机部件3的区域内设置一个推力轴承19,它承受转子5的轴向负载。给轴承供应润滑油,它通过导油孔以及输油和排油管路从涡轮机部件3的那侧供给。润滑油同时负责轴承装置的强烈的冷却。
轴承装置优选包括可倾瓦轴承。但也可以使用多面滑动轴承、滚动轴承、磁性轴承或其他轴承类型。
由此与现有的结构形式不同,推力轴承19设置在高温的涡轮机部件3的区域内,转子5由热造成的轴向的纵向伸长限制在涡轮机区域内。它带来的优点在图3a和3b中示意地给出。涡轮机部件3的涡轮叶片13设计为圆锥形的且没有外部包带。在旋转的涡轮叶片13的尖端和固定的涡轮机外壳4的壁之间,在涡轮机静止状态时形成一个给定的尺寸Δr的间隙20(图3a)。如果燃气轮机从静止状态转换为运行状态(图3b),由于热负载转子5在轴向方向上经受一个热的纵向伸长Δl。
如以上看到的,如果推力轴承19设置在涡轮机部件3朝向压缩机部件1的那侧,这样在圆锥形的涡轮叶片13时的该轴向的伸长Δl导致间隙20从值Δr*增大到值Δr′。这样的间隙增大导致气流损失,并由此导致燃气轮机效率的减小。通过按本发明的压力轴承19在涡轮机部件3区域内的布置,可以使间隙20的增大由于转子5的轴向的伸长被保持在小的范围内,由此实现燃气轮机效率的改善。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于支承一个包括一个压缩机部件(1)和一个涡轮机部件(3)的燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其中转子(5)支承在一个轴向的推力轴承(19)和两个径向的支承轴承(16,17)中,其中一个支承轴承(16)设置在压缩机部件(1)的入口区域内,而另一个支承轴承(17)设置在涡轮机部件(3)的区域内,其特征在于,推力轴承(19)设置在涡轮机部件(3)的区域内。
2.按照权利要求1所述的用于支承燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其特征在于,推力轴承(19)和支承轴承(17)一起设置在涡轮机部件(3)的区域内。
3.按照权利要求1所述的用于支承燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其特征在于,设置可倾瓦轴承作为轴承(16,17,19)。
4.按照权利要求1所述的用于支承燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其特征在于,设置滑动面轴承作为轴承(16,17,19)。
5.按照权利要求1所述的用于支承燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其特征在于,设置磁性轴承作为轴承(16,17,19)。
6.按照权利要求1所述的用于支承燃气轮机的转子(5)的装置,其特征在于,设置滑动面轴承作为支承轴承(16,17),并且设有一可倾瓦轴承作为推力轴承。
