发明目的：
旨在建立人寿保险公司新的客户核保医检方法，解开束缚人寿保险公司业务迅速发展的瓶颈，减少人寿保险公司的核保成本，放大和加强人寿保险公司的核心竞争力和业务范围。
发明内容：
利用现代信息技术，通过全国的互联网络实现管理，在客户认为方便的时间和地点，派出分布全国的医学专业人员上门为人寿保险客户进行体检并根据需要采集血液，尿液和吐液样本和实施心电图，超声波等辅助检查并通过专业快递公司送往统一而独立的中心实验室***，向人寿保险公司提供投保申请人健康状况报告和相关生物医学信息。由此产生一种适应人寿保险客户个性化单独服务市场需求的，新的，完整的技术方案。
本发明解决的行业问题Industry problems solved：
A.现有方式为人寿保险申请人必须亲临人寿保险公司医务中心或医院(多设在大城市)接受健康状况检查且过程冗长，城区以外的客户因路途遥远或交通不便而不愿接受核保体检，易使人寿保险公司业务局限于大城市从而束缚保险业务大范围快速扩张。
B.目前各保险公司医务中心各自为阵，作为保险公司重要核保依据的客户健康信息的收集，传递，处理，分析的方法和结果缺乏规范性，统一性和可比性。和WTO后法制规范的保险业务市场要求不相符合。
C.缺少独立的第三方医学核保信息提供者，保险消费者和保险公司享有的信息不对称，在核保和仲裁时易出现保险公司既是运动员又是裁判员的不公平现象。易使保险双方在发生法律纠纷时，遭受重大损失。
D.医院存在前来体检的人寿保险客户和前来就诊的病人间交叉感染的致命缺陷。“非典”以后，人寿保险客户个性化单独服务的市场需求需要得到最大限度的满足，新形势使保险公司内设医检中心既不经济，也不安全。
