Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种灯,尤指应用于机动车辆以及特别是多用途运载车的整合有摄影机(camera)的停车灯(stop light)。
背景技术
摄影机的安装在本领域中是公知的,例如,用作监视车辆周围驾驶员不能直接看到的区域的转向辅助工具(shunting aides)。用于公众检索的公开文献DE 198 16 054 A1描述了一种用以监视车辆周围不能直接看到的区域的摄影机***。所需监视周围的摄影机安装在车辆的后面并且与外镜(outsidemirror)齐平,以监视所谓的车辆死区。
商业上应用的摄影机***使用安装在车辆上的摄影机,以及从外部可见的零件如尾灯,停车灯,第三尾灯(third rear light)等。由于车辆制造者必须考虑附加配件及其在整个车辆封装内的位置,即为了将独立的部件整合入完整的车辆中,所以作为附件必须安装在车辆内的摄影机将会导致成本较高,尤其在车辆车身的设计上以及构造上。
此外,在车辆空气动力学设计上也必须加以考虑必须加到车身上的摄影机,并且必须通过合适的壳体保护摄影机以免其受损害。
发明内容
考虑到本领域现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种摄影机***,由于其整合入车辆,故摄影机以相对车辆封装无附加成本的方式安置。从而提供给车辆制造者设计和构造车辆的最大自由。
本发明的目的是通过根据独立权利要求1所述的灯来实现的。
将摄影机整合在附加或一体化于车辆车身的灯罩中,意味着车辆制造者无需处理一必须整合入车辆车身的附加部件。相反,可以保持目前使用的设计或构造过程,而仅仅需要在任何装备摄影机的灯的内部的一附加连接,以及一在车辆内的相应的电缆连接。另外,在设计车辆的空气动力学性能时,不必再单独考虑摄影机,并且还比摄影机安置在车身的相当暴露位置,更利于保护以免受损害。
在本发明一个优选的实施例中,该摄影机安装在照明元件的下方或旁边。
如果依照本发明的灯用作例如货车、活动房屋等的转向辅助工具,这种设计非常有利。在这些车辆上,最好尽可能多地在较高的位置安装摄影机,以使摄影机覆盖尽可能宽泛的区域。如果灯和摄影机安装在接近车辆的盒型车身的顶部尤其是位于中间,则非常有利。由于当摄影机用作货车的转向辅助工具时,该摄影机定位于例如该照明元件的下方,并且头朝下安装,这样获得的影像质量不会受到开启的照明元件的影响。而且,使用依照本实施例的发明作为一些国家法律要求的第三停车灯(third stop light),是非常有利的。在这种情况下,本实施例有利于照明元件例如倒车灯(reverse light)的平面照明元件不被摄影机遮断,以便当背光灯(back light)开启时,外部存在一封闭的照明面并且该一体化摄影机也不会被观察者注意到。
依照本发明的另一种优选的实施例,该摄影机被该照明元件包围。
将该摄影机安置在由数个照明元件组成的照明区域中心,可在灯的设计上获得最大可能的自由度。如果照明元件为LED或发光二极管,而不是在车辆装配中通常使用的卤灯、氙灯或白炽灯,这种设计尤其有利。
如果该摄影机相对于该照明元件以不让照明元件的光照射入该摄影机的方式安置时,同样可以得到本发明的一个优选实施例。
从摄影机获得的影像的影像质量可受照明元件点亮的影响。然而如果该摄影机相对于照明元件的光源向前移动,照明元件的光线仍然不可能到达摄影机,这样就不会对得到的影像有不利的影响。如果照明元件的光线的主方向与摄影机方向不同时,例如如果在光线的主方向和摄影机的方向之间形成的夹角大于0°,这也同样适用。在这种情况下,该摄影机的安置可以防止照明元件的光线进入该摄影机。
在本发明的另一实施例中,在灯上提供一屏蔽物以屏蔽该摄影机免受来自照明元件的入射光。在这种情况下,该屏蔽物可以安置在该照明元件上和/或在摄影机周围。
如上所述,摄影机的影像质量受照明元件开启的影响。为了避免必须复杂和使用昂贵的摄影机来克服意外的感光过度的影响,例如,当停车灯在摄影机上照亮时,可例如借助环绕摄影机一套管的方式将摄影机屏蔽,以便在摄影机旁的照明元件的灯不会对摄影机的影像产生不利影响。
在本发明的另一实施例中,该摄影机可以围绕至少一轴转动和/或转移,使得可以例如按照驾驶员的意愿观察到车外的不同区域。这样的可移动的摄影机可以取代多个固定摄影机。
在本发明的另一实施例中,该摄影机以其可在至少两个自由度内调节的方式安装。更精确地,该摄影机借助球窝接头支架来安装以使其可枢转,从而,该摄影机以具有至少两个自由度安装,因此,依照该第六方面的摄影机能比仅围绕一轴转动的摄影机所观测到的范围大。
本发明的另一实施例包括依照本发明设置有具有一凸面盖(convexcover)摄影机的灯。该盖位于摄影机镜头的前方,并且优选为凸面,这样凸面盖的中心重叠于摄影机镜头的中心之上。
这种设计是非常有利的,因为液体例如雨滴在液体以液滴的形式在重力的作用下从盖上下落之前,能以最长的时间停留在凸面、平面盖中心的周围。由于该凸面的形状,液体仅仅在凸面盖中心的周围,即当摄影机头朝下时在其最低点遗留压滤残渣(lime scum)和灰尘残渣。压滤残渣和灰尘残渣仅仅产生在一很小的区域,其影响几乎可以忽略,特别是在使用具有短焦距的摄影机时。因此可相当地延长清洁盖的间隔时间。
此外,依照另一实施例,该壳体本身可以是一盖或具有一在至少一个区域是凸起的盖,在该区域中,摄影机穿过壳体摄像。这表明该壳体可以具有一个完全凸起的盖,但也可以具有一个仅在盖的一部分处拱起的凸面。
盖朝下,或者盖的该区域朝下,会得到与前述的直接在摄影机上盖的同样的优点。而且该实施例具有优势还由于摄影机上特殊形状的盖可以省略。并且,该摄影机可以完全整合在壳体内,并且仍然可以得到凸面形状盖的优越性。

具体实施方式
图1至图3显示依照本发明的停车灯的一实施例。
从图1至图3中可以看出,摄影机安装在摄影机支架4上,在该情况下,该支架4为球窝接头支架的形式,以能够转动。本发明的该实施例作为一种停车灯,其可以被安装在,例如具有盒型车身的货车的尾部和在顶端上。该停车灯的壳体2的中心位置安置有摄影机3是非常有利的。由此,整合在停车灯壳体2中的摄影机3通常为朝下的方式并且还位于该灯的照明元件1之下。在这种方式中,该货车紧后方的区域通过合适的焦距可以被完全监视到,而避免照明元件1的光影响通过摄影机获得的影像质量。标号5标示摄影机的凸面形状的盖,其可以使压滤残渣和灰尘残渣仅以小点的形式堆积在盖中心的附近位置,以便该影像质量仅受到微不足道的影响。
本发明的另一实施例中,摄影机的方向在操作过程中可通过传动装置(未显示)加以改变。而且,手动调节同样有利于将摄影机置于适宜操作的启动位置。

Claims (9)

1.一种灯,尤指停车灯,具有一壳体(2)和至少一个照明元件(1),其特征在于,一摄影机(3)整合于该壳体(2)中。
2.如权利要求1所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机(3)安装在该照明元件(1)的下方或旁边。
3.如权利要求1所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机被该照明元件(1)包围。
4.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机(3)相对于该照明元件(1)以这样的方式安置:该照明元件(1)的光不进入该摄影机(3)。
5.如权利要求1至3中任一项所述的灯,其特征在于还设置一屏蔽物,以防止该照明元件(1)的光进入该摄影机。
6.如前述任一项权利要求所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机(3)能转动。
7.如权利要求6所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机(3)是借助一球窝接头来安装,以能转动。
8.如前述任一项权利要求所述的灯,其特征在于该摄影机(3)设有一凸状的盖(5)。
9.如前述任一项权利要求所述的灯,其特征在于该壳体(2)至少在一个区域凸出,在该区域中该摄影机通过该壳体(2)摄像。
