发明的具体实施方式
接着,基于附图对本发明的实施例进行说明,该实施例是连续包装作为磁性体粉末的一种的一次性取暖带的原材料的一次性取暖带包装机。
图1表示了所述的一次性取暖带包装机A。该一次性取暖带包装机A的主要的构成要件是:计量滚筒1、密封滚筒4、密封装置5。另外,在该构造中另外还具有,第2密封装置6与密封部冷却装置7。这些第2密封装置6与密封部冷却装置7并不是必需的,但是由于设置其可以提高密封部的可靠性,因而是所希望的装置。
并且,本发明的包装机A的后续工序一侧具有切断密封部,从而制造出分离的包装体的切断装置80,及将被切开分离的包装体每一定量集中从而进行打包的打包装置90,成为可以进行直到能出货状态的连续生产。
图2表示了作为取暖带包装机A的主要部分的计量滚筒1、密封滚筒4及密封装置5。以下按顺序进行说明。
在所述计量滚筒1上附设有料斗8。该料斗8存储着一次性取暖带的原材料m,用于向计量滚筒1供给。该原材料m可以是铁粉、水、蛭石、活性炭、盐类等作为材料的磁性体粉末。
所述计量滚筒1用于将取暖带原材料m每一定量进行计量,并传送到密封滚筒4上,作为滚筒的基本构成部件,进而具有原材料计量机构、粉末保持机构及保持力切断机构。
下面对所述计量滚筒1进行详细说明。如图3、图4所示,符号10表示旋转轴,通过电动机等驱动源的驱动而旋转。该旋转轴10设置有插在其外部并被固定的固定筒11,相对该固定筒11,固定着圆桶状的滚筒体13与比其直径小的内滚筒15。
在所述滚筒体13的外周面上,形成多个收容原材料m的凹部14。该凹部14的数量可以自由设定,但从一次性取暖带的生产率的观点出发,形成4列并且多行的凹部14。另外,凹部14的形状并没有特定限制,可以是任意形状,但是为了配合一次性取暖带的一般形状,采用如图所示的方状。而且,凹部14的大小决定了构成一个一次性取暖带的原材料的量,其体积可以任意设定。
原材料计量机构将取暖带原材料m计量为每个一次性取暖带份额的原材料,如图2所示,由连接到滚筒1的表面上并在滚筒1的轴向并列设置的计量刮刀(ドクタ)19构成。图示的计量刮刀19的形状仅是一个例子,只要可以进行取暖带原材料的计量,可以使用任意形状和功能的部件。
粉末保持机构用于将原材料m保持在所述凹部14内,具有被分别设置在凹部14的下部,并被固定在所述内筒15上的多个磁铁16。即,磁铁16由三个一组的磁铁16a、16b、16c构成,各磁铁16被设置为沿着滚筒1的旋转方向,同时,磁极位于各凹部14的下部。而且,本实施例中三个磁铁16a、16b、16c作为一组设置在凹部14的下部,但是,也可以使用1个永久磁铁。另外,磁铁16也可以用电磁铁代替永久磁铁。
通过具有所述的凹部14与磁铁16的原材料保持机构12,被放置在凹部14内的原材料m通过磁力被吸附在凹部14的底面上,因而,在计量滚筒1旋转期间,可以不落下地被传送。
保持力切断机构是用于确保原材料m被输送到密封滚筒4的部件,如图3、图4所示,具有被设置在滚筒体13的内周面和所述磁铁16之间的遮蔽板18。遮蔽板18是由被弯曲为比筒体13的内周面的曲率半径稍小的曲面部18a与安装部18b构成的板材,曲面部18a的长度比筒体13的宽度稍小,其宽度形成为相当于一个或者两个磁铁16位置尺寸的大小。从而,遮蔽板18不会与计量滚筒1共同旋转,而是保持被固定的状态。但是,遮蔽板18在计量滚筒1内的设置位置可以任意设定。而且,遮蔽板18只需要可以切断磁铁16的磁通量,没有特别限制,可以使用任意材料的部件,而本实施例中为了具有良好的切断力而采用铁板。
本实施例中,如图1所示,遮蔽板18被设置在计量滚筒1与密封滚筒4的接点处、可以切断计量滚筒1一侧的磁铁16的磁力的位置。由此,接点上的计量滚筒1的凹部14上的取暖带原材料m因为磁铁16一侧的磁力被切断,另一方面被密封滚筒4一侧的磁铁46的磁力所吸引,因此,被传送到密封滚筒4的凹部44内。
然后,基于图2及图5对密封滚筒4进行详细的说明。
密封滚筒4是,一面保持从所述计量滚筒1供给的取暖带原材料m,一面通过第1原材薄膜p与第2原材薄膜q挟持,并用于在后述密封装置5种进行密封的部件,其详细说明如下所述。
如图5所示,符号40表示旋转轴,其通过电动机等驱动源的驱动而旋转。在该旋转轴40上固定着圆筒状的筒体43。
在所述筒体43的外周面上形成多个收容原材料m的凹部44。关于该凹部44的大小、形状、排列等,与所述计量滚筒1的凹部14大致相同。
原材料保持机构用于将原材料m保持在密封滚筒4的表面上,具有被设置在密封滚筒4的内周面上的多个磁铁46。此外,多个磁铁46分别被设置在各凹部44的下部,由固定板45所支撑。而且,本实施例中的磁铁使用永久磁铁,但是也可以使用电磁铁。
该密封滚筒4与后述密封装置5共同进行薄膜的密封作业,因而是热滚筒结构。即,旋转轴40的内部组装着电热片等的热源,并且,在滚筒体43内填充着油等热介质。热源产生的热介由油被传送到筒体43,因而筒体43的外表面可以保持充分的温度以进行热封。
如图2所示,在该密封滚筒4上通过未图示的原材滚筒供给第1原材薄膜p,因此,从计量滚筒1传送来的原材料m介由第1原材薄膜p被保持在凹部44内。从而,介由第1原材薄膜p被保持在凹部44上的原材料m即使在密封滚筒4旋转时也不会落下,伴随着密封滚筒4的旋转,被运送到与密封装置相汇合的位置。
所述密封装置5用于将原材料m热封从而包装,如图2所示,其被设置为与密封滚筒4的外周位置相接。
基于图6对该密封装置5进行详细说明。符号50表示旋转轴,用来支持密封辊51。在该密封辊51的外表面上形成5条纵密封面51与多条横密封面54,内部内装着未图示的盒式加热器(カ一トリツジヒ一タ)。
所述纵密封面53与横密封面54被设置成围绕在两片薄膜p、q之间的划分开为4列并被挟持的原材料m的周围的位置关系。
此外,如图2所示,在密封装置5的密封辊51上通过未图示的原材滚筒供给第2原材薄膜q,在密封辊51上卷绕半周程度后被供给到密封滚筒4上。
基于所述结构,密封装置5在密封辊51每旋转1周时,纵、横密封面53、54将挟持着原材料m的第1及第2原材薄膜p、q按压到密封滚筒4的表面上,因而,这时,通过纵、横密封面53、54的热量热封两片薄膜p、q。
而且,密封装置5与密封滚筒4通过齿轮或同步皮带等简单取得同步的相互旋转相位,因此不容易产生定时的偏差及薄膜位置的偏差,可以在很高的位置精度下进行密封。
如图1所示的第2密封装置6由现有的加热密封辊构成。该第2密封装置6是为了慎重起见对通过所述密封装置5密封的密封部进行再次按压,因此,可以提高密封性。从而,如果通过所述密封装置5的密封具有充足的可靠性,可以不使用。
密封部冷却装置7具有用于冷却的一对辊,因而,是被设置为用来冷却密封部分的。即,通过密封装置5或者其与第2密封装置6进行密封,冷却仍旧具有热量的密封部分,密封部分就固定化,因而可以更早地进行下一工序的切断。
接着,基于图1及图2对使用本实施例的一次性取暖带包装机A的一次性取暖带的包装作业进行说明。
I:首先,料斗8内的原材料m通过磁铁16被吸引到计量滚筒1的凹部14内。
II:被吸引在凹部14内并盛得满瞒的原材料m通过磁铁16被保持在凹部14内,在计量滚筒1旋转的同时开始向密封滚筒4的方向传送。这时,削除通过计量用部件19填入凹部14内的部分以外的其余部分,仅仅将被保持在凹部14内的原材料m向密封滚筒4的方向传送。
III:凹部14内填入的原材料m被传送到计量滚筒1与密封滚筒4的接点上时,通过计量滚筒1的遮蔽板18切断磁铁16的磁力线,原材料m从凹部14内分离,并通过密封滚筒4一侧的磁铁46被吸引。此外,在密封滚筒4上供给第1原材薄膜p,因此,原材料m介由第1原材薄膜p而被保持在凹部44内。
IV:伴随着密封滚筒4的旋转,被保持在凹部44内的原材料m被送向密封装置5。在密封装置5与密封滚筒4之间供给第2原材薄膜q,因此原材料m在密封装置5与密封滚筒4之间处于被第1原材薄膜p与第2原材薄膜q所挟持的状态。
V:密封装置5与密封滚筒4同步旋转,每旋转一周,纵、横密封面53、54将第1及第2原材薄膜p、q按压到密封滚筒4的表面上,并进行热封。该被热封的状态如图7和图8所示。
图7中,通过纵密封面53密封的部分是纵密封部S3,通过横密封面54密封的部分是横密封部S4。通过该纵、横密封部S3、S4,由该两片薄膜p、q所挟持的取暖带原材料周围被围起来。由此,大致的密封完成了。
VI:在设置有第2密封装置6与密封部冷却装置7的情况下,进一步加上下面的工序。第2密封装置6在所述V工序中被热封的密封部分S3、S4上重复进行热封。
并且,原材料m被传送到密封部冷却装置7的下面。密封部冷却装置7使所述V工序中被热封的密封部分S3、S4冷却并固化。
VII:密封与冷却完成时,原材料m在通过第1及第2原材薄膜p、q被连续包装的状态下被送出,并被送往下一工序。
即,如图1所示,通过切断装置80将密封部分散地切开,然后集中为每一定量通过打包装置90进行打包。由此,到达可以作为产品出货的状态。
下面,对本发明的其它实施例进行说明。
本发明中,计量滚筒1与密封滚筒4的位置关系,及密封滚筒4与密封装置5的位置关系,只要能达成相互间的功能,可以任意设定。
从而,在图2所示的设置例以外,例如,可以有如下的设置例子。
图9所示的实施例中,计量滚筒1设置在斜上,密封滚筒4设置在斜下,相对图2的实施例其上下关系相反。另外,密封装置5相对密封滚筒4处于横向位置,与图2的实施例中位于上方不同。
该实施例中,按照计量滚筒1从料斗8中接收原材料m,伴随着其旋转将原材料m传送到密封滚筒4,在密封滚筒4上通过第1原材薄膜p及第2原材薄膜挟持原材料m,由密封装置5进行热封的工序的顺序连续进行。
而且,被包装的一次性取暖带半成品在密封后虽然被导向上方,但是可以使用合适的导引辊将其转换为水平方向,从而进行后续工序,也可以一直向上进行后续工序的一部分或者全部。
如图10所示的实施例中,计量滚筒1与密封滚筒4被上下设置,计量滚筒1位于正下方,密封滚筒4位于正上方。
在该实施例中,也是按照计量滚筒1从料斗8中接收原材料m,伴随着其旋转将原材料m传送到密封滚筒4,在密封滚筒4上通过第1原材薄膜p及第2原材薄膜挟持原材料m,通过密封装置5进行热封的工序的顺序连续进行。
而且,被包装的一次性取暖带半成品在密封后虽然被导向上方,但是可以使用合适的导引辊将其转换为水平方向,从而进行后续工序,也可以一直向上进行后续工序的一部分或者全部。
除此以外,计量滚筒1、密封滚筒4、密封装置5的设置例子,只要可以进行连续包装,当然也可以是所述实施例以外的设置。
如上所述,通过所述各实施例的一次性取暖带包装机A将一次性取暖带的原材料m计量为每一个取暖带分额的量并传送,在第1原材薄膜p及第2原材薄膜之间挟持原材料m,并进行密封,从而可以使每一个被包装的一次性取暖带在滚筒上连续形成,由于这些一系列的操作是在旋转的滚筒上进行的,因此不会产生定时(タイミング)偏差及薄膜位置偏差,因而不需要配合定时的装置。从而,容易进行一次性取暖带的连续制造,因此可以提高作业效率。另外,主要并大型的构成要件只有计量滚筒1和密封滚筒2两个滚筒,因此,可以构成结构紧凑的取暖带包装机。
一次性取暖带的原材料是本发明中磁性体粉末的一个例子,一次性取暖带制造机也是本发明的连续包装机的一个例子。从而,一次性取暖带以外的用途的磁性体粉末也是本发明的适用对象,本发明的连续包装机及包装方法,只要是包装磁性体粉末,可以应用在任何的产业领域。
发明的效果
本发明技术方案1的作用效果如下所述。计量滚筒通过粉末保持机构将供给的磁性体粉末保持在滚筒表面上,在该状态下旋转时,在保持力切断机构使粉末保持力失去的位置上将磁性体粉末传送到密封滚筒。由于预先将第1原材薄膜供给到密封滚筒上,因此,磁性体粉末可以通过粉末保持机构被保持在上表面。随着密封滚筒的旋转,第2原材薄膜被供给到密封滚筒上时,与第1原材薄膜共同挟持磁性体粉末,因此,在该状态下通过密封装置进行密封,磁性体粉末可以通过两片薄膜进行包装。如上所述,伴随着2个滚筒的旋转所述作业被执行,因而包装作业可以连续进行,并且旋转动作没有往复动作那样的额外能量损失,因此能进行高效率包装作业,并且,由于2个滚筒就足够,因此,实现了包装机结构的紧凑化。
通过本发明技术方案2,粉末保持机构是通过磁铁吸引滚筒表面的凹部中载有的磁性体粉末的结构,因此,被保持在滚筒表面上的磁性体粉末即使朝下或者朝横向也不会落下。因此,可以确保在旋转的同时向密封滚筒的传送。另外,保持力切断机构的切断板可以切断滚筒内周面与磁铁之间的磁力线,因此该切断板被设置在应该使磁性体粉末传送到密封滚筒上的位置时,可以确保不会使磁性体粉末落下,而稳妥地传送到密封滚筒。
通过本发明技术方案3,粉末保持机构是由磁铁吸引在滚筒表面的凹部中载有的磁性体粉末的结构,因此被保持在滚筒表面上的磁性体粉末即使朝下或者朝横向也不会落下。因此,在到由密封装置进行密封为止的期间,可以稳固保持磁性体粉末。
通过本发明技术方案4,密封辊具有围绕被两片薄膜所挟持的磁性体粉末地进行热封的密封面,因此,可以不产生密封泄漏地进行包装,并且因为是通过旋转动作而进行地,可以高效率连续地进行密封。
通过本发明技术方案5,磁性体粉末在两片薄膜之间被划分开并挟持,因此,仅仅围绕被夹持的磁性体粉末的周围地进行密封,可以实现磁性体粉末的连续包装。

Claims (5)

1.一种使用两片薄膜包装磁性体粉末的连续包装机,其特征在于,其具有:计量滚筒、密封滚筒及密封装置,所述计量滚筒具有将供给的磁性体粉末保持在滚筒面上的粉末保持机构和用于将磁性体粉末传送到密封滚筒的保持力切断机构,所述密封滚筒具有介由所供给的第1原材薄膜将从所述计量滚筒传送来的磁性体粉末保持在滚筒面上的粉末保持机构,所述密封装置是将供给到所述密封滚筒上的第2原材薄膜以挟持着所述磁性体粉末的状态相对所述第1原材薄膜进行密封的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁性体粉末的连续包装机,其特征在于,所述计量滚筒的所述粉末保持机构具有对应在滚筒表面上形成的多个凹部而分别被设置在所述各凹部的下部的多个磁铁,所述保持力切断机构具有被设置在计量滚筒的内周面与所述磁铁之间的切断磁力的切断板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的磁性体粉末的连续包装机,其特征在于,所述密封滚筒的所述粉末保持机构具有对应在滚筒表面上形成的多个凹部而被分别设置在所述各凹部的下部的多个磁铁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的磁性体粉末的连续包装机,其特征在于,所述密封装置具有,设有将所述第1原材薄膜与所述第2原材薄膜在由该两片薄膜所挟持的磁性体粉末的周围进行热封的密封面的密封辊。
5.一种磁性体粉末的包装方法,其特征在于:在第1原材薄膜与第2原材薄膜之间将磁性体粉末每一定量划分开并挟持,围绕各划分部分的周围地将所述第1原材薄膜与所述第2原材薄膜进行密封。
