技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料***(薄膜层压体)、尤其可用于模内装潢(IMD)工艺范畴的薄膜层压体模具。
背景技术
在IMD工艺中,透明塑料薄膜、尤其PC薄膜是主要用丝漏印刷工艺反印的、任选地粘合到一种进一步的薄膜上、一般地随后成形、往后置于一种注塑成形工具中、然后反填充一种热塑性塑料材料,以期得到现成的装饰成形品。
这种工艺,例如,用于生产装潢的或有符号的塑料零件-也与逆光照明技术一起用于汽车中,以及用于开关罩、装配零件、装配屏幕、和装饰条,还用于通讯成形品例如移动电话、壳体、键盘、开关板和键、还用于家用电器及其它电子设备的成形品。
反填充也称为反成形(back-molding)(本文中使用的“反填充”这一术语系指诸如用注射法向一种模型中填充热塑性成形组合物,该模型包括一种预置装饰薄膜)、尤其由于热量和机械剪切而产生的应力,特别需要装潢,还需要该反填充热塑性塑料粘合到该装潢上。DE-A4424106描述了一种层结构,其中,使用一种热塑性塑料层,该层用一种聚氨酯粘合剂粘合到着色层上,以期保护该装潢。
这样的粘合层压体的缺点在于它们只能用惯常印刷工艺、尤其丝漏印刷工艺、以特别稳定的、风干性的、含溶剂的或紫外线固化性和含丙烯酸酯的丝漏印刷墨生产。在这些惯常的非数码工艺中,不可避免地必须生产一种印刷丝网、一种印刷影像、或一种照相凹板辊筒,这意味着最低限度印数对于用IMD技术生产的塑料零部件的经济性来说是根本性的。
当使用借助于静电力施用低熔点着色层的数码印刷技术时,它们必须受到特别保护,以免于反填充熔点较高的热塑性塑料所引起的应力的影响。
进而,这些低熔点着色层是与已知热熔体粘合剂不兼容的,因而无法得到具有足够粘合强度的薄膜复合材料。
发明内容
公开了一种可用于模内装潢(IMD)工艺的复合材料***(薄膜层压体)。该复合材料包含一种厚度为20~1000μm的第一热塑性半透明塑料薄膜、一种层厚为0.5~20μm的底涂层、一种含有颜料和塑料粘结剂的着色层、和任选一种可以不同于B)的、层厚为0.5~20μm的第二底涂层、一种肖尔A硬度为55~95的热塑性聚氨酯层、以及一种可以不同于第一塑料薄膜的、厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性塑料薄膜。
具体实施方式
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种复合材料,该材料使得该薄膜能用数码静电印刷工艺印刷和装潢、对于熔点较高的热塑性塑料的反填充是稳定的、而且有良好层压强度。
这个目的可以借助于按照本发明的复合材料***实现。
本发明提供一种复合材料***(层压体),该***可以用于通过IMD工艺生产数码装潢塑料成形品,包含
A)一种厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性半透明塑料薄膜,
B)一种厚度为0.5~20μm的底涂层,
C)一种低熔点着色层,较好其厚度为0.5~80μm、含有至少一种颜料和一种其软化点低于塑料薄膜A)的软化点的塑料粘结剂,
D)任选地一种可以不同于B)的、厚度为0.5~20μm的第二底涂层,
E)一种肖尔A硬度为55~95、极限拉伸强度大于15MPa(ISO37)的热塑性聚氨酯层,所述聚氨酯是下列成分的一种反应产物:一种有机二异氰酸酯(a),至少一种平均具有最少1.8个~最多2.5个Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子且数均分子量为600~5000g/mol的Zerewitinoff活泼聚合物二醇(b),和至少一种平均具有最少1.8个~最多2.5个Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子且数均分子量为60~500g/mol的Zerewitinoff活泼二醇作为链增长剂(c),其中,二异氰酸酯(a)的NCO基团与(b)和(c)的Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子的摩尔比是0.9~1.2、较好0.95~1.1,

该复合材料***也可以由以上列举的薄膜/层但按以下顺序组成:A)、E)、D)、C)、B)、F)。
本发明也提供一种成形品,包含如上所述的复合材料***(薄膜层压体)和反填充的热塑性塑料材料。
本发明也提供按照本发明的复合材料***的生产工艺,其特征在于
a)向一种厚度为20~1000μm的半透明热塑性塑料薄膜(A)上施用一种底涂层(B),达到0.5~20μm的厚度,
b)然后,借助于一种静电印刷工艺施用一种着色层(C),较好达到0.5~80μm的厚度,呈一种基于颜料和其软化点低于塑料薄膜(A)的软化点的塑料粘结剂的液体染料或墨的形式,
c)任选地施用一种可以不同于第一底涂层(B)的第二底涂层(D),达到0.5~20μm的厚度,
d)将一种涂布了热塑性聚氨酯(E)的、厚度为20~1000μm、较好50~500μm的热塑性塑料薄膜(F)层压到由(A)、(B)、(C)和任选(D)组成的层***上,其中,底涂层(D)任选地还存在于这种涂布TPU的塑料薄膜上。
本发明也提供按照本发明的复合材料***的生产工艺,其特征在于
a)向一种厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性塑料薄膜(F)上施用一种底涂层(B),达到0.5~20μm的厚度,
b)然后,借助于一种静电印刷工艺施用一种着色层(C),较好达到0.5~80μm的厚度,呈一种基于颜料和其软化点低于塑料薄膜(A)的软化点的塑料粘结剂的液体染料或墨的形式,
c)任选地施用一种可以不同于第一底涂层(B)的第二底涂层(D),达到0.5~20μm的厚度,
d)将一种涂布了热塑性聚氨酯(E)的、厚度为20~1000μm、较好50~500μm的热塑性半透明塑料薄膜(A)层压到含有(F)、(B)、(C)和任选地(D)的层***上,其中,底涂层(D)任选地还存在于这种涂布TPU的塑料薄膜上。
本发明也提供按照本发明的成形品的生产工艺,其特征在于
i)任选地形成按照本发明的复合材料***(薄膜层压体),
ii)任选地修剪所形成复合材料***(薄膜层压体)的露头残留物,
iii)给该复合材料***(层压体)反填充一种热塑性塑料材料。
塑料薄膜(A)和塑料薄膜(F)较好含有聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚酯碳酸酯(PEC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)、聚萘二甲酸1,3-丙二醇酯(PMN)、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)、无定形聚酰胺(PA)、聚氯乙烯(PVC)、聚醚砜(PES)、聚芳基砜(PAR)、聚砜(PSU)、聚醚酰亚胺(PEI)、环烯烃(COC)、脂肪族聚酮、其共混物、或这些塑料材料的共聚物。从所列举物质群得到的产物,透明的那些是较好的。PC、PC-PBT共混物和PC-PET共混物特别优先地用来作为该塑料材料。
在按照本发明的复合材料***中,底涂层(B)是施用到半透明塑料薄膜上的。这种底涂层B)和底涂层D)较好含有一种基于二聚体脂肪酸的共聚酰胺。这种底涂层较好作为一种所谓热熔体粘合剂(例如汉高公司的MaKromelt6239)在一种有机溶剂较好正丙醇中的溶液或分散液以5~20vol.%的浓度存在。该分散液或溶液是施用一次或多次的,直至较好形成0.5~5μm的涂层厚度。
该着色层(装潢层)C)较好含有颜料和一种塑料粘结剂。较好的粘结剂的软化点低于塑料薄膜A)的软化点、且低于为了生产成形品而用来进行反填充的塑料材料的加工温度。较好的颜料是用于静电印刷的那些。这些颜料在例如US-A 5,407,771(列为本文参考文献)中有描述。这种着色层是通过使用上述专利和下一段中提到的专利中所述的调色剂分散液产生的。
在用底涂层B)预处理的薄膜上的印刷(产生该着色层)较好通过使用一台“Omnius Multistream”机器(现名为HP Indigo Presss2000)的Hewlett-Packard-Indigo公司的所谓静电成像工艺进行。这种印刷在US-A 4,842,974、US-A 4,860,924、US-A 4,980,256、US-A 5,286,593和US-A 5,300,390中有描述,这些全都列为本文参考文献。该印刷机在一个感光电子影像鼓上产生一种印刷影像,并将该部分影像(每个分辨率的每种工艺色(Y、M、C、K)之一或斑点色)转移到一种中间体基材上。这种中间体基材集合所有着色层(可多达16个着色层),然后在一个单一步骤中将其转移到基材-在这种情况下为底涂层处理的薄膜-上。

利用分子量为600~5000的线型羟基末端多元醇作为聚合物二醇(b)。作为其生产方法的一个结果,这些通常含有少量非线型化合物。因此,通常也使用“实质上线型多元醇”这一短语。较好的是聚酯二醇、聚醚二醇、聚碳酸酯二醇或其混合物。
适用的聚醚二醇可以通过使一种或多种亚烷基中有2~4个碳原子的烯化氧与一种包含2个结合活泼氢原子的启动器分子反应来制备。可以列举下列作为烯化氧的实例:环氧乙烷、1,2-环氧丙烷、表氯醇、1,2-环氧丁烷和2,3-环氧丁烷。较好利用环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷、和1,2-环氧丙烷与环氧乙烷的混合物。这些烯化氧可以各自单独使用、以交替顺序使用、或作为混合物使用。下列可视为例如启动器分子:水、氨基醇例如N-烷基二乙醇胺如N-甲基二乙醇胺,和二醇例如乙二醇、1,3-丙二醇、1,4-丁二醇和1,6-己二醇。任选地也可以利用启动器分子的混合物。进而,适用的聚醚二醇是含羟基的四氢呋喃聚合产物。相对于二官能聚醚而言,也可以以0~30wt%的比例利用三官能聚醚,然而,其最大量应使得能得到一种热塑性可加工产物。实质上线型的聚醚二醇具有600~5000的分子量。它们既可以单独使用,也可以以与另一种的混合物形式使用。
适用的聚酯二醇可以,例如,从有2~12个碳原子、较好4~6个碳原子的二羧酸和多元醇制备。例如,可以将下列视为二羧酸:脂肪族二羧酸例如琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸和癸二酸,以及芳香族二羧酸例如邻苯二甲酸、间苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸。这些二羧酸可以单独使用,或作为混合物,例如以琥珀酸、戊二酸和己二酸混合物的形式使用。为了制备聚酯二醇,任选地可能有利的是使用对应的二羧酸衍生物例如醇基中有1~4个碳原子的羧酸二酯、羧酸酐或羧酰氯代替二羧酸。多元醇的实例是有2~10个、较好2~6个碳原子的二醇,例如乙二醇、二甘醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,5-戊二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,10-癸二醇、2,2-二甲基-1,3-丙二醇、1,3-丙二醇和二聚丙二醇。因所希望的性能而异,该多元醇可以单独使用,或任选地以与另一种的混合物使用。碳酸与所列举二醇尤其有4~6个碳原子的那些例如1,4-丁二醇或1,6-己二醇的酯,羟基羧酸例如羟基己酸的缩合产物,和内酯例如任选地有取代己内酯的聚合产物是进一步适用的。下列是优先用来作为聚酯二醇的:乙二醇聚己二酸酯、1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯、乙烷-1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯、1,6-己二醇新戊二醇聚己二酸酯、1,6-己二醇-1,4-丁二醇聚己二酸酯、和聚己内酯。该聚酯二醇有600~5000的分子量,可以单独使用,或以与另一种的混合物的形式使用。
利用分子量60~500的二醇、较好有2~14个碳原子的脂肪族二醇例如乙二醇、1,6-己二醇、二甘醇、二聚丙二醇、尤其1,4-丁二醇作为链增长剂(c)。然而,对苯二甲酸与有2~4个碳原子的二醇的二酯例如对苯二甲酸二乙二醇酯、对苯二甲酸二-1,4-丁二醇酯,氢醌的羟基亚烷基醚例如1,4-二(羟乙基)氢醌、乙氧基化联苯酚,也是适用的。以上列举的链增长剂的混合物也可以利用。也可以添加相对少量的三醇。
可以利用少量的惯常单官能化合物,例如,作为链终止剂或脱模剂。例如,可以列举醇类如辛醇和硬脂醇,或胺类如丁胺和硬脂胺。
为了制备TPU,这些反应物可以任选地在催化剂、辅助物质和添加剂的存在下以如此数量反应,以致NCO基团与NCO反应性基团、尤其低分子量二醇/三醇和多醇的OH基团总和的当量比为0.9∶1.0~1.2∶1.0、较好0.95∶1.0~1.10∶1.0。
TPU生产的适用催化剂是从先有技术得知的惯常叔胺,例如三乙胺、二甲基·环己基胺、N-甲基吗啉、N,N′-二甲基哌啶、2-(二甲胺基乙氧基)乙醇、二氮杂双环[2,2,2]辛烷等,以及尤其有机金属化合物例如钛酸酯、铁化合物、锡化合物如二乙酸锡、二辛酸锡、二月桂酸锡、或脂肪族羧酸的锡二烷基盐如二乙酸二丁基锡、二月桂酸二丁基锡等。较好的催化剂是有机金属化合物,尤其钛酸酯、铁化合物或锡化合物。
除TPU反应物和催化剂外,其它辅助物质和添加剂也可以添加。例如,可以列举下列:润滑剂例如脂肪酸酯、其金属皂、脂肪酸酰胺和硅酮化合物,抗粘连剂,抑制剂,水解,光,热和变色稳定剂,阻燃剂,染料,颜料,无机或有机填料,和增强剂。增强剂特别好的是纤维性增强材料例如无机纤维,而且也可以为其提供某一尺度。关于所列举辅助物质和添加剂的更详细信息,可以参阅专门文献,例如,J.H.Saunders,K.C.Frisch:“High Polymers”,Vol.XVI,Polyurethane,Parts1 and 2,Interscience Publishers 1962和1964。

可以掺入该TPU中的进一步添加剂是热塑性塑料,例如聚碳酸酯和丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物、尤其ABS。其它弹性体例如橡胶、乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物、苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物以及其它TPU同样可以使用。进而,惯常商用增塑剂例如磷酸酯、邻苯二甲酸酯、己二酸酯、癸二酸酯和烷基磺酸酯也适用于掺入。
该TPU是不添加溶剂就以不连续方式或连续方式制备的。在连续方式中,按照本发明的TPU可以,例如,用混合头/带工艺或所谓挤塑机工艺制备。在挤塑机工艺中例如在多螺杆挤塑机中,成分a)、b)和c)可以同时分配,就是说用一种一釜式工艺,也可以顺序分配,就是说用一种预聚物工艺。在此,该预聚物可以采取间歇形式,也可以在该挤塑机的一部中或在一个单独的上游预聚物单元中以连续方式制备。
该TPU的肖尔A硬度(ISO 868)为55~95、其极限拉伸强度(ISO37)大于15MPa。
特别好的是,使用一种已经施用了层(E)的薄膜(F)进行从(A)、(B)、(C)和任选地(D)产生的装潢复合材料的层压。在生产期间,取一种TPU薄膜,然后,以所希望的厚度将薄膜(F)的热塑性塑料挤塑上去。也可行的是取一张薄膜(F),然后以所希望的厚度将TPU挤塑上去。该TPU与薄膜(F)的热塑性塑料的共挤塑同样是可能的。
任选地还可以给较好已经涂布了TPU的薄膜(F)提供一种底涂层在该TPU上。
该透明、有底涂层和印刷的薄膜较好与该涂布了TPU的薄膜一起在110~140℃、较好120~130℃之间的温度层压。得到一种有非常高层压强度的固体复合材料***。
反填充之前薄膜或复合材料***的三维成形是IMD工艺的特征。按照本发明的复合材料***较好是在中等温度下用例如压花工艺或借助于所谓“高压成形”工艺(DE-A 3844584和美国专利5,108,530,均列为本文参考文献)成形的。该复合材料***的成形较好在薄膜(A)的软化点以下进行,使得能保留其纹理且不损害印刷层。
成形之后,按照本发明的复合材料***较好是按照成形品等高线通过冲压、切边、激光切割、水射流切割或铣分离突出部分。
成形和切割的复合材料***随后置于一种注塑成形工具中并反填充热塑性塑料材料、较好PC或PC与ABS的共混物。得到一种现成装潢的塑料成形品。
按照本发明的复合材料***或用其生产的塑料成形品可以用来作为键、开关和配件,尤其在汽车行业和电子行业中,例如用于开关罩、装配零件、装配屏幕、和装饰条,以及用于通讯成形品例如移动电话、壳体、键盘和开关板和键,以及家用电器及其它电子设备的成形品,以及用于广告板和包装物品。
本发明通过参照随后的实施例更详细地加以解释。
实施例
实施例a):
给一种厚度为0.175mm的聚碳酸酯薄膜(MakrofolDE 1-4,拜耳公司)提供一种厚度为0.001mm的底涂层(Topaz,惠普公司,马斯特里赫特)。
然后,借助于一台HP Indigo Press s2000机器,在该薄膜上以4种基色黄(Y)、品红(M)、青(C)和黑(K)印刷着色印地。该着色层的厚度在0.001~0.009mm之间。
将该印刷薄膜置于一台注塑成形工具中,进行反填充。
工艺参数:
模型: 75×155mm片材
厚度: 调到2.4mm
浇口: 中央浇口,8mm直径
反填充: 聚碳酸酯(Makrolon2400,拜耳公司)
熔融温度:290℃
模型温度:80℃
螺杆直径:25mm
注射速率:38mm/sec
注射时间:1.8sec
结果:
反填充该聚碳酸酯之后,该成形品显示大面积颜色已被洗掉。印刷影像完全破坏。
实施例b):
像a)中所述那样进行实验,所不同的是,除外薄膜的数码施用着色层外,在该着色层上进一步施用一层底涂层Topaz,达到0.001~0.002mm的厚度。为了保护该装潢,将一种壁厚为0.175mm的聚碳酸酯薄膜(MakrofolDE 1-4,拜耳公司)层压上去。这种保护膜事先用丝漏印刷涂布一种粘合剂,达到大约15μm的厚度。所使用的粘合剂是AquapressME(Prll公司,魏森堡/巴伐利亚洲,高分子量交联型聚酯聚氨酯的阴离子水分散液)。
层压参数:
热压机: 购自Bürkle公司
温度: 120℃
接触压力: 33巴
加压周期: 20分钟
结果:
反填充后,成形品显示大面积颜色已被洗掉,尽管有保护薄膜。印刷的影像受到破坏。该薄膜复合材料的层压强度不够。该薄膜复合材料在拉伸试验中会被拉开,着色层撕成扇形,既残留在外薄膜上,也残留在保护薄膜上。
实施例c):
像b)中所述那样进行实验,但使用不同的注塑成形工具;且该保护薄膜的壁厚是0.2mm:
模型: 99mm×129mm片材
厚度: 调到3mm
浇口: 薄膜浇口在窄侧,99mm×1.8mm厚度
反填充: 聚碳酸酯(Makrolon2400,拜耳公司)
熔融温度:290℃
模型温度:60℃
注射时间:1.67sec
结果:
反填充后,尽管该成形品中既没有洗掉任何颜色也没有发生任何其它颜色变化,但层压强度依然不够。
实施例d):按照本发明
给厚度为0.175mm的聚碳酸酯薄膜(MakrofolDE 1-4,拜耳公司)提供一种底涂层(Topaz,惠普公司,马斯特里赫特),达到0.001mm的厚度。
然后,在薄膜上用4种基色黄(Y)、品红(M)、青(C)和黑(K)以不同的不透明性印刷着色印地。该着色层的厚度在0.002~0.008mm之间。
在该着色层上施用另外一层底涂层(Topaz,惠普公司),达到大约0.002mm的厚度。
与此平行,给一种0.1mm厚聚碳酸酯薄膜(MakrofolDE 6-2,拜耳公司)提供一层0.025mm厚、肖尔A硬度为70的TPU(DesmopanKU 2-8670,拜耳公司)。
两种这样制备的薄膜像b)中所述那样层压在一起。
参数:
热压机: Bürkle
温度: 120℃
接触压力: 33巴
加压周期: 20分钟
将该复合材料***置于一种注塑成形工具中,像a)中所述那样反填充。
结果:
层压强度如此良好,以致该保护薄膜比TPU层/底涂层/着色层复合体先撕裂。反填充之后,印刷影像/装潢没有受损,即使所施用的保护薄膜选择得非常薄且直接浇口对该层压体和装潢产生特别高的应力。
尽管以上为了说明目的已经详细描述了本发明,但要理解的是,这样的细节仅仅是为了该目的而已,业内人士在不背离本发明的精神和范围的情况下可以在其中做各种改变,除权利要求可能予以限制者外。
Claims (8)
1.复合材料***,按顺序包含
A)一种厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性半透明塑料薄膜,
B)一种厚度为0.5~20μm的底涂层,
C)一种低熔点着色层,含有颜料和一种其软化点低于塑料薄膜(A)的软化点的塑料粘结剂,
D)任选地一种可以不同于B)的、厚度为0.5~20μm的第二底涂层,
E)一种肖尔A硬度为55~95、极限拉伸强度大于15MPa(ISO 37)的热塑性聚氨酯层,该聚氨酯是下列成分的一种反应产物:一种有机二异氰酸酯(a),至少一种平均具有最少1.8个~最多2.5个Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子且数均分子量为600~5000g/mol的Zerewitinoff活泼聚合物二醇(b),和至少一种平均具有最少1.8个~最多2.5个Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子且数均分子量为60~500g/mol的Zerewitinoff活泼二醇作为链增长剂(c),其中,二异氰酸酯(a)的NCO基团与(b)和(c)的Zerewitinoff活泼氢原子的摩尔比是0.9~1.2、较好0.95~1.1,
F)一种可以不同于A)的、厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性塑料薄膜。
2.按照权利要求1的复合材料***,其中,该顺序是A)、E)、D)、C)、B)和F)。
3.一种成形品,包含
I)按照权利要求1的复合材料***,和
II)一种反填充热塑性材料。
4.按照权利要求1的复合材料***的生产工艺,包含
(a)在厚度为20~1000μm的半透明热塑性塑料薄膜(A)上施涂厚度为0.5~20μm的底涂层(B),
(b)借助于静电印刷工艺向(B)的表面上施涂一种着色层(C),该层呈基于颜料和其软化点低于塑料薄膜(A)的软化点的塑料粘合剂的液体染料或油墨的形式,其厚度为0.5~80μm,
(c)任选地向(C)的表面上施涂一个厚度为0.5~20μm的第二底涂层(D),所述(D)与(B)相同或不同,以得到一种包含(A)(B)、和(C)、和任选的(D)的层***,和
(d)用热塑性聚氨酯(E)涂布一种厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性塑料薄膜(F),和
(e)将有涂层的(F)层压到由(A)、(B)、(C)和任选的(D)组成的层***上。
5.按照权利要求2的复合材料***的生产工艺,包含
a)在厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性塑料薄膜(F)上施涂厚度为0.5~20μm的底涂层(B),
b)借助于静电印刷工艺向(B)的表面上施涂一种厚度为0.5~80μm的着色层(C),所述(C)含有至少一种基于颜料和至少一种其软化点低于塑料薄膜(A)的软化点的塑料粘合剂的液体染料或油墨,和
c)任选地在(C)的表面上施涂一种厚度为0.5~20μm的第二底涂层(D),所述(D)与所述层(B)相同或不同,以形成包含(F)、(B)、(C)和任选地(D)的层***,
d)用热塑性聚氨酯(E)涂布厚度为20~1000μm的热塑性半透明塑料薄膜(A),和
e)将有涂层的塑料薄膜(A)层压到包含(F)、(B)、(C)和任选地(D)的层***上。
6.成形品的生产工艺,包含
(i)得到按照权利要求1的复合材料***并任选地使其成形,
(ii)将该复合材料***放入一个模腔中,和
(iii)对该模腔反填充熔融热塑性材料。
7.一种成形物品,包含权利要求1的复合材料***。
8.一种成形物品,包含权利要求2的复合材料***。
