Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及绝缘外壳,并具体涉及用于电抽头或接头连接器的透明绝缘外壳以及与电抽头或接头连接器关联的标签盖罩。
背景技术
保护并绝缘抽头或接头的现有抽头或接头盖罩是黑色或彩色的,因此不透明,以致在关闭时看不见连接部。如果怀疑连接部有问题,则为了检查目的必须移开该盖罩。在移开过程中可能损坏连接部。特别地如果在特定电路中有许多连接器,则这种检查将非常费时。同样,在移开盖罩的时候,对处于通电状态中的电路执行这些检查是危险的。
因此允许抽头或接头的安装后检查是有利的。本发明的盖罩也提供用于抽头或接头连接部的改进的标记和识别保护。
发明内容
本发明具体涉及用于电连接器的透明外壳。该外壳包括第一隔间和同样的第二隔间。每个隔间具有由第一壁、第二壁、和端部限定的主体。每个隔间的第一壁具有外凸片和相邻外凸片设置的内凸片,该外凸片具有至少一个向内延伸的凸起。每个隔间的第二壁具有穿透的开孔。当将一个隔间固定到另一个隔间时,每个第一壁的凸起被设置在每个第二壁的开孔中以便将两隔间彼此固定从而形成外壳。在第一隔间和第二隔间之间安置电连接器以便当隔间彼此固定时,电连接器被固定在隔间之间。

具体实施方式
图1和图2所示的设计公开了一种根据本发明的优选实施例的用于电连接器90的透明绝缘外壳10。
外壳10由两个分离的相同的半个部分或隔间12a和12b构成。每半个部分或隔间12a和12ba具有由第一壁16a、16b,第二壁18a、18b和端部20a、20b限定的主体14a、14b。每半个外壳12a、12b的第一壁16a、16b和第二壁18a、18b借助新的闭锁***合在一起以形成绝缘外壳。
闭锁***的第一壁16a、16b包括具有两个凸起24a、24b的主外凸片22a、22b和从外壳内侧支撑并固定另外半个外壳的第二壁18a、18b的两个内凸片28a、28b。两个内凸片28a、28b具有侧面30a、30b和端部32a、32b引入斜面,该引入斜面有利于装配中两个半个外壳部分的相互定位。主外凸片22a、22b也包括用作外壳的闪络屏障的延伸端部26a、26b。

脊44a、44b被设置在每个主体14a、14b上的凸缘40a、40b的外侧,以便在其间形成凹槽48a、48b。凹槽48a、48b容纳标签或标记50以及标签罩52。重要的是将标签放置在外壳内部,以防止在完成连接并且将外壳卡合在一起连接器之后的对标签上信息的篡改。标签的内部放置的另一好处是标签罩和标签不会因被偶然地除去或脱落而丢失。
标签罩52包括在标签罩两侧上设置的凹口54。凹口54啮合外壳壁由此使标签罩52任何一侧朝外地被***。
标签罩52的每侧都具有无光的毛面,该无光的毛面使标签罩52可被用作一分离的标签的支持件。如果没有标签,则可将信息直接写在标签罩无光的表面
为利于标签50的去除,在用于撬具***的各脊44a、44b之间提供开口46a、46b。

由于相当坚固并有弹性,指提供连接电缆的良好夹持并防止如果轻微移动绝缘外壳而产生的卡嗒卡嗒声。
外壳通过自身的特征和强度保持电连接器周围的稳固。而且,如果需要,可使用电缆系带或蜡绳增加稳固。
每半个绝缘外壳12a、12b具有外定位插槽70a、70b。当半个外壳部分12a、12b彼此固定时,定位插槽70a、70b对准以围绕外壳产生连续的插槽。将对准定位插槽设计为用来接纳卷绕外壳的电缆带76或蜡绳。外壳还包括与插槽70a、70b相邻设置、以容纳电缆系带头78的凹进部72a、72b,以及设置在插槽70a、70b侧面上和半个外壳部分的顶部的凸缘74a、74b。凸缘74a、74b有助于在环绕外壳的定位插槽中保持电缆带。
透明外壳能够实现不打开绝缘外壳对电连接器的的压接质量和电连接器上的所有标记的质量进行检测。
另外,绝缘外壳可在指上模制有确定的识别信息以便它不阻碍对外壳内的电连接器的观察。
图3和图4描述了用于电连接器的透明绝缘外壳的可选实施例。除上述特征外,可选实施例包括在每半个外壳中的一对夹持凸缘80a、80b。该夹持凸缘对80a、80b设置在外壳长度的中部。该夹持凸缘80a、80b用作电连接器的夹持物并且不会凸出超过电缆绝缘的外表面。没有夹持凸缘80a、80b,则只能通过在外壳和电缆绝缘之间的摩擦夹持抽头型电连接器。该固定方式不够有效。中心夹持凸缘80a、80b***到插槽中,该插槽形成在确定类型的抽头电连接器中以有效地夹持外壳中的电连接器。
此外,在显示和描述本发明特定优选实施例的同时,对于本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明教导下进行的变化和改进都是显而易见的。在前面描述和附图中陈述的内容只起说明作用而不用于限制。当根据现有技术在其合适范围中认定本发明时发明的实际范围限定在后面的权利要求中。
Claims (9)
1、一种用于电连接器的外壳,该外壳包括:
具有主体的第一隔间,该主体通过第一壁、第二壁、以及端部限定,该第一壁具有外凸片和与外凸片相邻的内凸片,该外凸片具有至少一个向内延伸的凸起,该第二壁具有穿透的开孔;以及
与第一隔间相同的第二隔间,其中第二隔间具有通过第一壁、第二壁以及端部限定的主体,该第一壁具有外凸片和与外凸片相邻的内凸片,该外凸片具有至少一个向内延伸的凸起,第二壁具有穿透的开孔;
其中第一隔间或第二隔间中的一个固定到第一隔间或第二隔间中的另一个,以使第一隔间的第一壁的至少一个凸起被设置在第二隔间的第二壁的开孔中,并且第二隔间的第一壁的至少一个凸起被设置在第一隔间的第二壁的开孔中,由此电连接器被设置在第一隔间和第二隔间之间。
2、根据权利要求1的外壳,其特征在于,还包括从第一隔间和第二隔间端部延伸的多个指,诸指设置成一角度用以夹持连接至电连接器的电缆。
3、根据权利要求1的外壳,其特征在于,还包括用于固定电连接器并延伸穿过第一隔间主体和第二隔间主体的至少一个凸缘。
4、根据权利要求1的外壳,其特征在于,还包括用于固定电连接器并延伸穿过第一隔间主体和第二隔间主体的一对夹持凸缘。
5、根据权利要求1的外壳,其特征在于,第一隔间和第二隔间是透明的。
6、一种用于电连接器的透明外壳,该外壳包括:
具有通过第一壁、第二壁和端部限定的主体的第一隔间,该主体具有延伸穿过主体的至少一个凸缘以及接近主体上的凸缘而设置的至少一个脊,其中凸缘和脊限定一个凹槽;
适合于固定到第一隔间的第二隔间,其中第二隔间具有通过第一壁、第二壁和端部限定的主体,该主体具有延伸穿过主体的至少一个凸缘以及接近主体上的凸缘而设置的至少一个脊,其中凸缘和脊限定了一个凹槽;以及
在其中一个凹槽中设置的、用于提供识别标记的至少一个标签,以及在凹槽中的标签上设置的、用于保护标签和识别标记的至少一个盖罩;
其中第二隔间固定到第一隔间以便对准凸缘来紧固其间的电连接器。
7、根据权利要求6的外壳,其特征在于,盖罩具有用于将盖罩紧固到主体的多个凹口。
8、一种用于电连接器的外壳,该外壳包括:
具有通过第一壁、第二壁和端部限定的主体的第一隔间,该主体具有至少一个用于接纳电缆系带的定位槽和至少一个用于接纳电缆系带头的凹进部;
适合于固定到第一隔间的第二隔间,其中第二隔间具有通过第一壁、第二壁和端部限定的主体,该主体具有至少一个用于接纳电缆系带的定位槽和至少一个用于接纳电缆系带头的凹槽;
其中第二隔间固定到第一隔间以对准定位槽用于使电缆系带能卷绕外壳来紧固其中的电连接器。
9、根据权利要求8的外壳,其特征在于,第一隔间的主体和第二隔间的主体还包括至少一个用于将电缆系带保持在定位槽中的至少一个凸缘。
