Abstract
一种混药嘴具有穿刺功能的输液袋,它包括袋体、一端与袋体装药室相通之混药管及通过出药管亦与袋体装药室相通之出药嘴,其特征在于所述混药管另一端与混药嘴相接,该混药嘴底端覆盖有保护膜,其内腔内设有可与混药管连通之针筒。本发明具有下列技术效果:(1)由于在输液袋上设置有带剌穿功能的混药嘴,从而在混药过程中不需要一次性注射器及消毒用的棉签,节约了的使用费用,减少药液二次污染,同时简化了混药过程,使混药操作方便,轻松;(2)混药嘴与输液袋为一整体,不会产生单独的混药嘴与输液袋同时使用时的漏液现象;(3)药液配好后,西林瓶仍可以吊在输液袋上,醒目、明了,可提高用药的安全性及可靠性。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及医药包装领域,具体涉及一种输液用药袋的改进。
背景技术:
目前,临床使用的混药方式有下列三种,其一是在袋体上设有出药嘴和混药嘴,混药时须用注射器将药水从袋中抽出,然后再将药水注入装有药物粉剂或水针剂的西林瓶内,重复上述工作,直到西林瓶内有足够的药液,再将西林瓶反复摇动直到瓶内的药混合均匀,最后再用注射器将瓶内的药抽出注入到输液袋中,反复几次,直到瓶内的药全部被抽出为止。目前大部分临床皆采用这种方式混药。其二是采用一种单独使用的混药嘴,它是由连接套及针筒组成,使用时需先将混药嘴的针筒***西林瓶中,针筒的另一头***输液袋上之混药嘴上。由于针筒与输液袋上混药嘴连接不很紧密,而且由于针筒内孔小,在挤压输液袋时会因其压力较大而使药液从针筒外壁流出,进而污染操作手及输液袋,影响使用,故这种方式使用较少。其三是采用一种带混药嘴的输液袋,它主要由袋体、出药嘴和混药嘴组成,由于其混药嘴结构为敞开状态,没有密封,若使用前混药嘴污染后无法消毒,特别是针筒内的角落污染,因而无法推广使用。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服上述现有技术的缺陷,提供一种可通过带有穿刺功能的混药嘴直接将西林瓶与输液袋连通且无任何污染的输液袋。
本发明的技术问题是通过下面的技术方案解决的。它包括袋体、一端与袋体装药室相通之混药管及通过出药管亦与袋体装药室相通之出药嘴,其特征在于所述混药管另一端与混药嘴相接,该混药嘴底端覆盖有保护膜,其内腔内设有可与混药管连通之针筒,在混药管上,还设有可实现其启闭之管夹。本发明混药嘴可由保护膜、连接套、密封嘴和针筒组成,其中保护膜覆盖于连接套底端,密封嘴置于连接套上端,针筒置于连接套所设的内腔内,与密封嘴相接,其接合处加工有折痕。混药嘴还可由保护膜,连接套,内塞和针筒组成,针筒置于连接套所设的内腔内,内塞套于针筒上,保护膜覆盖于连接套底端。
本发明具有下列技术效果:(1)由于在输液袋上设置有带刺穿功能的混药嘴,从而在混药过程中不需要一次性注射器及消毒用的棉签,节约了的使用费用,减少药液二次污染,同时简化了混药过程,使混药操作方便,轻松;(2)混药嘴与输液袋为一整体,不会产生单独的混药嘴与输液袋同时使用时的漏液现象;(3)药液配好后,西林瓶仍可以吊在输液袋上,醒目、明了,可提高用药的安全性及可靠性。

具体实施方式:
如图1所示,本发明主要包括袋体1、出药嘴2、混药管5和出药管7,混药管5一端与袋体1装药室相通,出药嘴2一端通过出药管7亦与袋体1装药室相通,另一端密封,其特征在于所述混药管5之另一端与混药嘴3相接,该混药嘴3下端为周边密封的筒状结构,既便于西林瓶瓶嘴置入,又可避免污染,其筒体内腔内装有有针筒6,可通过混药管5与药液室相连通,针筒6可刺入西林瓶内,以便使用时抽取药液,使其进入药室内。混药嘴3下端端面上覆盖有保护膜8,可将混药嘴3内腔密封,防止运输和包装时污染针筒6。
为防止在输液时药液从混药嘴3倒出,在混药管5上设有可实现其管路启闭之管夹4。
本发明混药嘴3可采用如图2所示的结构,如图所示,它由保护膜8,连接套9,密封嘴10和针筒6组成,其中保护膜8覆盖于连接套9底端,密封嘴10固定在连接套9上端,针筒6置于连接套9下端内腔内,上端与密封嘴10相接,其接合处加工有折痕,使用时须将密封嘴10与针筒6接合处折断,针筒6才能将两边连通,可使混药嘴3筒体内腔内药液全部注入输液袋内。连接套9、密封嘴10和针筒6可一次注塑成形,以防止接口位置泄漏和装配时的污染。
如图3所示,本发明混药嘴3也可由保护膜8,连接套9,内塞11和针筒6组成,其中针筒6置于连接套9下端内腔内,内塞11套于针筒6上,可保护针筒6,同时避免针筒6污染,保护膜8亦覆盖于连接套9底端,可避免污染整个连接套9内腔,连接套9、针筒6可设计成为一个整体,一次注塑成形。使用时可先将保护膜8撕开,将内塞11拨出即可。相对于图3所示的混药嘴3来说,使用更方便,更可靠。
本发明混药嘴3还可以做成如图4所示的结构,它亦由保护膜8,连接套9,内塞11和针筒6组成,针筒6可采用不锈钢材料,与连接套2一次注塑成形。使用时也只需将内塞3拨出即可。
本发明使用方法:混药时首先将混药嘴3上的保护膜8撕开,将混药嘴3上的针筒6刺穿西林瓶的胶塞,使输液袋与西林瓶连通,然后将输液袋高于西林瓶用手反复挤压输液袋,直到西林瓶内的药液可足够将瓶内的药混匀,再将西林瓶高于输液袋重复上述动作,直到把瓶内的药液全部抽回到输液袋内,用管夹4将混药管5管路夹紧使其关闭,则混药过程完成。
Claims (4)
1、一种混药嘴具有穿刺功能的输液袋,包括袋体(1)、一端与袋体(1)装药室相通之混药管(5)及通过出药管(7)亦与袋体(1)装药室相通之出药嘴(2),其特征在于所述混药管(5)另一端与混药嘴(3)相接,该混药嘴(3)底端覆盖有保护膜(8),其内腔内设有可与混药管(5)连通之针筒(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的混药嘴具有穿刺功能的输液袋,其特征在于混药管(5)上设有管夹(4)。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的混药嘴具有穿刺功能的输液袋,其特征在于混药嘴(3)由保护膜(8),连接套(9),密封嘴(10)和针筒(6)组成,其中保护膜(8)覆盖于连接套(9)底端,密封嘴(10)置于连接套(9)上端,针筒(6)置于连接套(9)所设的内腔内,与密封嘴(10)相接,其接合处加工有折痕。
4、根据权利要求1或2所述的混药嘴具有穿刺功能的输液袋,其特征在于混药嘴(3)由保护膜(8),连接套(9),内塞(11)和针筒(6)组成,针筒(6)置于连接套(9)所设的内腔内,内塞(11)套于针筒(6)上,保护膜(8)覆盖于连接套(9)底端。
