本发明涉及一种用于高速旋转的轴的轴承,带有布置在一个壳体中的浮动衬套。
本发明的任务是以简单的手段构造这样一种轴承,能够有效地衰减振荡激励。
根据本发明,上述任务是这样实现的:浮动衬套在面对轴的正面端部具有径向向外变窄的环形缺口,与证明相邻的抵靠板的内径小于缺口的径向高度。
在这种设计方案中,在缺口中积聚了油储备,在浮动衬套振荡运动时保证了衬套面向壳体的面的良好润滑。这里,油储备防止了空气进入抵靠板与衬套之间的间隙中,从而导致衰减中断。
按照本发明的一种设计方案,在正面和/或在抵靠板中布置径向的槽。由此实现即使在抵靠板与衬套之间的间隙很小时也保证有足够的油量形成外部润滑膜。

图2与图1所示相应的第二种实施例。
图1中用1表示轴承的固定壳体,用2表示轴。轴2借助两个浮动衬套3,4支承。在两个衬套3,4之间有一个隔离衬套5,该隔离衬套5借助一个圆柱销32阻止转动。此外,轴承通过外部的盘形抵靠板6,7向外封闭。
衬套3布置在隔离衬套5和抵靠板6之间,有轴向间隙。此外,隔离衬套5借助一个圆柱销32阻止转动,其中该圆柱销固定在壳体中并且嵌入到隔离衬套5的一个相应的至少沿轴2的轴向提供了运动间隙的缺口33中,该缺口例如是一个较大直径的孔或者一个深孔。
在衬套3的面对抵靠板6的正面8中和面对隔离衬套5的一个抵靠板9的正面10中,分别有一个环形的缺口11或12,该缺口由一个斜面限定。缺口11,12沿径向向外变窄。抵靠板6的内径小于缺口11的径向高度。由于这种设计方案,可以在缺口11远离轴的部分内形成油储备。该油储备用于在衬套3振荡运动时不会将空气吸进它和盘6之间,从而在壳体1和衬套3之间保持恒定的润滑剂膜以衰减振荡激励。
为了在轴2转速较低时保证衬套3与壳体1之间有足够的润滑膜,可以在衬套3的正面设置径向槽15,16。当然这些槽也可以设置在抵靠板6或7面对衬套3的面上。
在壳体1的另一端为浮动衬套4的结构布置同上。
根据图2所示的实施例与图1所示基本相同。这里设置了一个壳体17,该壳体具有抵靠板18,19用于浮动的衬套20,21。衬套20,21的轴向向外的运动又被抵靠板22,23限制。在衬套20的正面24,25中设置缺口26,27,这些缺口通过具有弯曲界面的刻槽构成。这里,抵靠板18,22的内径28,29也小于缺口26,27的径向高度,从而可以积聚油储备30或31,由此防止空气进入壳体17和衬套20之间的润滑油膜中。衬套21的结构和支承与上面类似。
在应用本发明时,不仅良好地衰减振荡激励,而且使轴承的摩擦功更有利。

Claims (8)

1、用于高速旋转的轴的轴承,带有布置在一个壳体中的浮动衬套,其特征在于,每个浮动衬套(3,4,20,21)在面对轴(2)的正面(8,10,24,25)端部具有径向向外变窄的环形缺口(11,12,26,27),与正面相邻的抵靠板(6,7,9,18,19,22,23)的内径小于缺口的径向高度。
2、按照权利要求1所述的轴承,其特征在于,在正面(8,10,24,25)中和/或在抵靠板(6,7,9,18,19,22,23)中有径向槽(15,16)。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的轴承,其特征在于,缺口(11,12)由斜面构成。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的轴承,其特征在于,缺口(26,27)由具有弯曲界面的刻槽构成。
5、按照前述权利要求之一所述的轴承,其特征在于,抵靠板(6,7,22,23)设计成盘。
6、按照权利要求1至4之一所述的轴承,其特征在于,抵靠板(9)通过位于浮动衬套(3,4)之间的隔离衬套的侧壁构成。
7、按照权利要求1至4之一所述的轴承,其特征在于,抵靠板(18,19)是一个固定壳体(17)的侧壁。
8.按照权利要求1至4之一或6所述的轴承,其特征在于,隔离衬套(5)借助一个圆柱销(32)相对壳体(1)抗扭地布置,其中该圆柱销嵌入到隔离衬套(5)的一个相应的至少沿轴的轴向提供了运动间隙的缺口(33)中,该缺口优选是一个较大直径的孔。
