Abstract

Description

由可弯曲的塑料制成的用于容器、尤其是瓶的闭锁机构
本发明涉及一种由可弯曲的塑料制成的用于容器,尤其是瓶的闭锁机构,其具有:一个环,该环具有用于固定在容器颈部上的机构;一个盖,该盖借助一个铰链与该环连接并具有一个塞件,该塞件在上端部由一个环形槽围住;一个管状倒出口,该倒出口用其下端部可密封地***容器颈部里面并在其上端部具有一个阻止滴液的倒出口棱边,当关闭闭锁机构时该棱边就啮合作用入盖的环形槽里。这样的闭锁机构大多也设有一个原装保险条。
例如在ES-A-9103392里所公开的一种这样的闭锁机构是整体式结构。分体式结构则在EP0685406,在西班牙的实用新型专利87024456、在巴西的实用新型专利7400915和在FR-A-2749565以及相应的BR-A-9605553中进行了描述。
以下则根据图1至4对于这种已知的现有技术进行详细的叙述。图1和2表示了一种已知的闭锁机构,如由EP-A-0685406,西班牙的实用新型专利9103392和巴西的实用新型专利7400915可以查得的那样。这种闭锁机构具有一个环11,该环具有用于固定在容器颈部15上的机构13。盖17借助一个铰链19与环11相连并具有一个塞件21,该塞件在上端部由一个环形槽23围住。管状倒出口25构成为单独的零件。倒出口25用其下端部27可密封地***容器颈部15里。该倒出口在上端部28有一个阻止滴液的倒出口棱边29,当关闭闭锁机构时(图2)该棱边就啮合作用入环形槽23里。
倒出口棱边29具有通常的形状,可以这样来描述该形状,就是棱边向外和向下拱弯。
倒出口25有一个卡圈31,其横断面与倒出口壁一起具有一种倒U字型。
在装到瓶颈15上的闭锁机构中有不同的密封位置,也就是在倒出口25的下部27和容器颈部15的内壁之间,在卡圈31和瓶颈15的上端部33之间,在塞件21和倒出口25的内壁之间以及在槽23的底部24和倒出口25的上部28之间。
在FR-A-2749565(BR-A-9605553)中建议了对倒出口端部和盖之间的密封改进,如在以下根据图3要详细叙述的那样。与塞件21同轴地设有一个环状卡圈35,因而在它们之间形成了一个环形槽23。当关闭闭锁机构时该槽23就适配地容纳住倒出口25的上端部28,其中倒出口端部28接触或者应该接触在槽23的底24上。其缺点是:若在使用容器后将闭锁机构关闭起来,那么空气就被封堵在环形槽23里受到压缩并具有重新打开闭锁机构的倾向。这同样也适应于在液体流出之后粘附在倒出口25上的残留液体,例如油。为了克服这种不希望的开启倾向,在引用的专利文件中建议采用一种迅动装置,例如由FR-A-2706425已众所周知的那样。这种已知的装置如图4所示。环形的围绕塞件21的凸起41用作盖17的制动件,当关上盖17时该凸起41就经过环形凸起43而推入倒出口25的里面。其缺点在于,关闭时需要相对较大的力。另外的缺点是这些凸起的成型比较昂贵并且使闭锁机构难于脱膜,因为这些凸起必须从深凹槽拉成型。
因而本发明的任务是对于文首所述类型的闭锁机构进行改进。尤其是要提出一种闭锁机构,其结构简单并仍可保证可靠地关闭。按照本发明这在开关所述类型的一种闭锁机构时用以下方法实现:环形槽具有至少一个排出口。通过该排出口就能够在关闭闭锁机构时使得处于环形槽里的空气流出,从而在该槽里就不会产生具有使盖重新抬起的倾向的过压。
更合适地是通过位于塞件和一个与之同轴布置的环形凸缘之间的空腔形成该环形槽。这就可以通过一个在环形凸缘里的槽口形成各排出口。
有利的是在倒出口棱边上测得的倒出口的直径略大于环形槽的外径。因而在将倒出口推入环形闭锁件时该出口棱边就与环形凸缘接触并向下弯曲。因而就获得一种在使用容器时产生阻碍滴液作用的最佳形状。
更为合适地是在槽的底部设置有相互间隔开的用于倒出口的支承面。由于支承面与倒出口相接触,因而在将闭锁机构安装到容器上时就将作用于盖上的力传递到倒出口上。由于倒出口仅贴靠在这些支承面上,因而在闭锁机构的上端部与槽的底部之间就产生一个中间腔,在这中间腔里同样没有粘附在倒出口上的余留液体,因而余留液体不会从排出口流出。
在倒出口上可以设有一个卡圈,当把闭锁机构装到容器上时该卡圈接触容器颈部的端部。该盖有利地在内部具有外突部分,当闭锁机构关闭上时该外突部分就靠在卡圈上。该外突部分同样用于在将闭锁机构装到容器上去时将力从盖传递到倒出口上。
闭锁机构可以设计成整体的或分体的。在分体式结构中管状倒出口作为单独的零件***在环里。如在开头所述的现有技术中那样,闭锁机构具有一个可撕去的原装保险条。
参照附图对本发明的一个实施例进行叙述。但为了更好地理解本发明,首先在图1至4中介绍了已知的现有技术。所示简图不是按比例的。

按图5至9所示实施例的闭锁机构具有一种与已知的闭锁机构类似的结构,这些已知的闭锁机构在开头已根据图1至3进行了描述。该实施例表示了一种分体式结构。但也可以将闭锁机构设计成整体式的。该闭锁机构具有一个环11,该环具有用于在容器颈部15处固定的机构13。盖17借助于铰链19与环11连接并具有一个塞件21。管状倒出口25作为单独零件推入在环11里,并在推入之后与之形成一个单元。***这种单元以使容器闭锁。固定机构13握在以15表示的容器上,而倒出口25用其下端部27密封地贴靠在容器颈部15的内壁上。
倒出口25在其上端部28具有一个阻止滴液的倒出口棱边29,该棱边具有通常的形状,就是向外和向下拱弯。在制造倒出口25时,在倒出口棱边29上测得的直径dv可以略大于所测量的槽23的外径dn。因而在装配闭锁机构时倒出口棱边29就碰靠在凸缘35上并因而形成最佳的阻止滴液的形状(图10)。倒出口25具有一个卡圈31,该卡圈与倒出口壁一起具有一种倒U字形。在装上闭锁机构之后卡圈31就位于容器颈部的上端部33上。在倒出口25内部以已知类型构成有一种栅条34形式,该栅条用于调节液流。
在盖17上与塞件同轴地布置有一个环形的凸缘35,因而在塞件21和凸缘35之间形成了一个环形槽23。
但是与开关所描述的现有技术不同,设有至少一个排出口或槽口45。如图6所示,这个排出口例如可以构成为在环形凸缘35里的通孔。在所示的实施例中设有六个这样的排出口45或通孔,从而将环形凸缘35分配成六个扇段47。
如图6结合图9所示,在槽23的底部24上有相互间隔开布置的用于倒出口25的上端部28的支承面50。如图7和8所示,因而在倒出口25的上端部28和底部24之间设有空腔49,在这空腔里必要时能够容纳粘附在倒出口棱边29的余留液体。与所描述的现有技术不同,在端部28和底部24之间并无密封。但可以看到,在将盖17关闭时在槽23里不封存有空气,而是可以通过扇段47之间的排出口45使空气流出。
在盖17上圆周分布形成有外突部分52,当闭锁机构关闭时该外突部就贴靠在卡圈31上。在把闭锁机构装到容器颈部15上时它们的任务是将力从盖传递到卡圈31上。
图5和6所示的实施例也指出了一种可撕去的原装保险条55。
小结如下:
该闭锁机构包括有环形件11,在该环形件上借助铰链19铰接了一个盖17,还包括有推入环形件11里的倒出口25。将倒出口25推入时倒出口棱边29就碰靠在扇段47上并因此形成最佳的阻止滴液的形状。盖17关闭时槽内空气通过排出口45逸出,因而空气并不阻碍关闭或者不具有打开闭锁机构的倾向。另外倒出口25的上端部28在关闭时与相互间隔布置在槽23里的支承面50接触,其中余留液体就可以容留在空腔49里。

Claims (11)

1.由可弯曲的塑料制成的用于容器,尤其是用于瓶的闭锁机构,其具有一个环(11),该环具有用于固定在容器颈部(15)上的机构(13);还具有一个盖(17),该盖借助一个铰链(19)与环(11)相连接并具有一个塞件(21),该塞件的上端部由一个环形槽(23)围住;还具有一个管状倒出口(25),该倒出口用其下端部(27)可以密封地***在容器颈部(15)里并在上端部(28)处具有一个阻止滴液的倒出口棱边(29),该棱边在闭锁机构关闭时啮入盖(17)的环形槽(23)里,其特征在于,环形槽(23)具有至少一个排出口(45)。
2.按权利要求1所述的闭锁机构,其特征在于,该环形槽由位于塞件(21)和一个与之同轴布置的环状凸缘(35)之间的空腔(23)形成。
