技术领域
本申请基于2000年9月12日申请的名称为“用于粉末的可重复封闭的易打开端”的临时申请60/232,085，并要求该临时申请的优先权，该临时申请的全部公开内容在此援引以作参考，本申请还基于2001年1月31日申请的名称为“一改进的用于未加工食品的可重复封闭的易打开端覆盖件”的美国临时申请60/265,481，并要求该临时申请的优先权，该临时申请的全部公开内容在此援引以作参考。
发明背景
本发明涉及一种用于诸如罐头、广口瓶、瓶子等等的容器的可重复封闭的易打开的封闭端或端部，尤其涉及用于密封含有粉状或颗粒状材料的容器的这样一种端部。
易打开端部(“EOE”)是指罐头端部(顶部)，该罐头端部具有相对于一撕裂型力而削弱的端部但相对于一真空和/或压力型力能保持强度的刻痕线或类似的削弱部分。一拉片是端部的一部分，通过拉该拉片，在刻痕线内的端部的部分被撕掉，因而不用使用罐头开启工具就能打开罐头。
对于粘结密封的EOE，通常将整个EOE取下。对于饮料(软饮料、啤酒、非碳酸盐饮料、果汁和类似产品)的情况，只有端部的一小部分被撕掉(或有时被推入和留在罐头的内部上而开口或被提到和留在罐头的外面上而开口)。
对于汤、肉等等的情况，端部的大部分被撕掉，留下一小部分在刻痕线的外面(即朝罐头壁)。如果是热密封或粘结密封，就不需要刻痕线，整个部分都去掉，尽管带有一刻痕线的热密封或粘结密封也使用。
对于用于诸如肉、鱼、汤、蔬菜、水果等等的清毒食物的易打开端部的情况，被撕掉的部分在目前通常是被丢弃的，一般不提供再封闭，罐头一般具有的尺寸使它们成为一次性使用的罐头，或者，如果是可多次使用的罐头，其内含物被转移到一不同的可关闭的容器(诸如一冰箱中的可密封的容器)，或被打开的罐头的顶部盖上裹复箔膜或塑料膜。
对于不需要对诸如干食物、果粒咖啡、糖果、油炸食物(土豆或其它油炸片)、脆饼干、和其它小吃食品进行杀菌的那些情况，对于鸟饵或甚至运动物品(例如网球)和工业产品(例如化学制品或小零件)，如果设置一易打开端(在这些情况中，也可以是一被粘贴或热密封到容器的隔膜(被刻痕或未被刻痕))，通常还设置一单独的扣合的塑料覆盖件，容器自身可以是金属、塑料或复合物(纸—箔—塑料)。总之，对于在较大压力或真空下的产品，是不用隔膜的。
对于用于饮料(软饮料、啤酒和非碳酸盐饮料)的易打开端部的情况，这些端部有一小部分被刻痕或附上粘结剂，碳酸度的损失和/或卫生要求使得将这些产品即使存放一小段时间也变得困难，因此，提供了螺旋或卡销类的可再封闭的盖子，这需要用两只手进行再封闭。
由于可重复封闭的易打开端部很有用和很需要，已有技术中有许多专利涉及可重复封闭的易打开端部。这些专利具有共同的结构要素，即，有一连接于罐头的框架件，可重复封闭的易打开端部连接于该框架件。因此，这些专利可以或不可以有一连接于框架件的撕裂带，可以或不可以有留在罐头上的一部分端部。在所有这些情况中，有许多零件必须用于实现所需的功能。这组专利包括美国专利5,758,793、5,617,968、5,511,679、5,125,528、5,085,339、5,050,763、5,042,680、5,020,686、4,724,979、4,724,978、4,699,290、4,682,706、4,660,735、4,529,100和3,557,998。
部分打开的端部使得取出内含物变得困难，端部密封于其的塑料圈使价格变得更加昂贵，即用两个零件代替一个零件。由于必须用两只手，一只手要在边缘或其它凸起上用力，另一只手要抓住罐头以抵抗该力，使端部的再封闭变得笨拙。
由于除了必须设置可取下部分或一单独的关闭盖之外，还必须模制一框架件，使这些端部变得昂贵。除了能代表了高达20％-80％系数的费用之外，如果罐头的费用不太高，这些端部不利于周围环境，这是因为需要将盖子上的塑料扔掉或将注射模制的框架件扔掉。
在某些情况下，也需要一铰接的副片(flap)，而且部分盖子留在罐头上，即使它不是一个单独的构件，或需要一撕条。这组专利包括美国专利：5,145,085、5,085,339、5,050,763、4,741,450、4,724,979、4,724,978、4,699,290、4,473,168、4,434,907、4,433,793、4,427,128、4,385,708、4,165,016、3,998,354、3,557,998、3,356,250和2,998,158。
在上述的所有专利中，具有留在罐头上一单独的框架件、一铰接的覆盖件、一留在罐头上的覆盖件的一部分、一撕条、一与上述之一组合的削弱部分、多个零件、若干被削弱的部分、若干单独的隔膜(即两件式端部)的至少一个或组合，或它们需要双缝合。上述专利都没有示出一个简单的、一个零件的容易制造的可重复封闭的易打开端部。
于2001年2月27日授权的名称为“可重复封闭的易打开闭端和罐头”的美国专利6,193,094 B1的全部公开内容在此援引用作参考，该专利公开了一与其顶部具有专用结构的罐头一起使用的可重复封闭的易打开端部(REOE)。该REOE和它的各种实施例用于各种液体、半固体、固体和流动的颗粒固体。这种罐头/REOE组合可以或不可以依靠内部压力而给予刚度。当***用于粉末或精细颗粒材料(诸如奶粉、婴儿配方奶粉(infant formula)、调制可口可乐(cocoa mix)、调制冰茶(iced tea mix)时，当首先打开REOE，最初会有粉末溢出，这是因为溢出增压气体在最初的打开阶段可能会带出某些粉末。对于一些诸如咖啡这样的自身会产生气体的材料来讲，也是如此。
发明概要
本发明的一个目的是提供一易打开端部，它能防止粉末溢出，同时允许增压或所产生的气体不夹带内含物地溢出。本发明的另一个目的是提供一种可再封闭的端部。
根据本发明的一些原理，这些和其它目的是用一个用于罐头的易打开封闭端实现的，该封闭端包括诸如副片或裙边的结构，当要从罐头中取下封闭端，这些结构就起作用，以允许气体从罐头中溢出，同时防止罐头中的内含物溢出。
从以下结合附图对本发明的说明中，使本发明的其它特征和优点变得更清楚。

较佳实施例的详细说明
参阅图1，美国专利6,193,094B1的***包括一密封于罐头11的可重复封闭的易打开端部10。该端部10有一连接于其的拉片12并在位于罐头壁内部的密封区13密封于罐头。
罐头11有一卷曲的内部16，该内部16有一凹槽17或凹痕，该凹槽分别形成上凸起边沿18和下凸起边沿19。
为了开启易打开端部，使拉片朝上移动。然后对该拉片12施加一力，使该拉片剥离其密封区13和下凸起边沿19。随后从罐头11中取出端部10，此后通过将端部朝下推到周边，直至易打开端部10扣入凹槽17，就可使端部10再封闭。
参阅图2和3，图中示出了本发明的尤其适用于密封一含有诸如粉末的颗粒材料的罐头11的一个实施例。该实施例在REOE 10的底部使用一连接于拉片端部的副片20，该副片20的形状做成：在最初的打开动作期间，能够沿是罐头一部分的密封凸起边沿19的边缘21摩擦，而且该副片20在其摩擦表面23上具有若干如图3最清楚所示的窄的槽22，容许增压的或所产生的气体溢出，同时能防止罐头中的粉末溢出。然后继续剥离REOE10，至取下该REOE。
副片20可有若干小孔或多孔性(未示出)取代槽22，增压的气体可经这些小孔或多孔性溢出。副片20也可以没有槽和凸脊，这些槽和凸脊可以设在罐头的和副片20摩擦的那一部分21上，或者，罐头的该部分或紧接在摩擦部分上的部分可以有一些小孔。这些槽或小孔不管设在何处，其横截面尺寸最好小于罐头中的粉末的颗粒尺寸，从而允许任何气体溢出，但阻止任何粉末溢出。
沿副片20底端的反过来的曲率使得替换REOE很容易。不管是第一次密封REOE还是再封闭罐头，对REOE都无方向要求。槽22可以是弯曲的，也可以是直的，也可以有不同的深度和宽度，或可以是一系列凸起的交错凸脊，使得溢出路径截留粉末，而允许增压气体不夹带任何粉末地溢出。副片20的长度、弹性等等可调整到对应于粉末的大小、轻盈性(重量)和其它性能，从而对于使用材料最少的副片能够获得粉末最多的截留。使用具有这种REOE的增压薄壁金属罐头，对环境有极大的好处，那是因为目前使用的许多罐头是用有金属底部的纸板和金属箔制成的复合物。这些金属/复合罐头和REOE需要一单独的塑料覆盖件来再密封。复合罐头很难再回收利用和在废弃纸板的垃圾中终结(end up)(即使是由再生纸制造的也如此)。金属底、金属或复合密封件和单独的覆盖件通常是不回收的。
换句话讲，钢或铝永远可回收，而且REOE使用极少的材料，这是因为只用一个零件而不是两个零件，如果REOE留在空的钢制罐头上，它就可以在炼钢过程中烧掉，实际上使用很少的能量，这在钢行业中是已知的。
图4A示出了本发明的具有可全打开的可重复封闭的易打开端部的另一个实施例，该实施例具有图4B所示的端部的不同结构。首先参阅图4A，图中示出了一罐头40和具有一悬垂环形裙边42的易打开端部41。该易打开端部41最好是用真空成型或注射模制方法制造，以形成一个一体的拉片46。根据本发明，环形裙边42中具有若干孔或槽。环形裙边42可以围绕易打开端部的整个周边延伸，或仅仅沿比当要从罐头取下易打开端部时最初打开的那部分略大的范围延伸，如图4B所示。还应知道的是，也可采用一两件式的端部(未示出)取代一体的拉片46。可将密封的粘结剂(未示出)施加于易打开端部41的下侧和/或罐头的密封表面45或任一个中。
图5示出了一罐头和易打开端部的另一实施例。如图5所示，该实施例包括一罐头50和一具有悬垂的环形圈52的易打开端部51，在该环形环52中有从其朝外延伸的一小的凸起或一定位圈53。罐头的顶部包括一平的密封表面54。环52可包括若干孔或槽(如图4A所示)，或者，这些孔或槽53形成在罐头自身上的一部分55上。
美国专利6,193,094B1所示的易打开封闭端和罐头的改进在于2001年1月31日申请的名称为“一种用于未经处理的食物和其它产品的改进的可再封闭的易打开端盖件”的美国临时申请60/265,481中有所揭示。
U.S.60/265,481中所示的易打开端部包括一塑料(或与其它材料组合的塑料，或是一些其它适用的弹性材料)覆盖件61，形状做成能够扣在罐头60的可打开端部上，一可剥离密封件形成在覆盖件的下侧与容器开口的顶部之间。该密封件可以是一将两个部分粘结在一起的粘结材料。这种粘结可被包括热能、超声波、UV(紫外辐射)或其它辐射、RF能、惰性气体焊接或摩擦焊接(inertial or spin welding)等等的多种手段所激活。也可通过简单地熔化覆盖件61的弹性材料的与罐头60的打开端部接触的一薄层来制造密封件，使覆盖件粘结到罐头的打开端部，在两个部分之间形成一可剥离的密封。
为了打开罐头，使用者在覆盖件的周边简单地朝上拉(为便于打开，可设置一拉片或推片)并将该覆盖件剥离罐头的边缘，从而破坏在罐头与容器开口之间的粘结周边密封。为了再闭合罐头，使用者将覆盖件放在罐头的开口顶部上并把它压到位。
覆盖件中的凸起或定位掣子62扣在罐头60的配合凸起或定位掣子63上，并在罐头60与覆盖件61之间形成密封。
根据该发明的某些原理，覆盖件61设置有悬垂的裙边64。与前面的实施例一样，在裙边64、或者在罐头中可设置若干孔或槽66。
说明书和所附的权利要求书中所用的术语“罐头”指任何容器，诸如金属罐头、塑料容器、玻璃容器或任何需要使用可重复封闭的易打开端部的类似物品。
此外，尽管结合一可重复封闭的易打开端部描述了本发明，但它的应用不是如此限定的，可将它与任何易打开端部相结合使用。
尽管已相对本发明特定的一些实施例对本发明进行了说明，但许多其它的变体和改变和其它使用对本领域的技术人员来讲是显然的。因此，最好是，本发明不能受在此的特定公开内容的限制，而是仅受所附的权利要求书的限制。

Claims (14)

1.一种罐头和一用于所述罐头的易打开封闭端的组合，
所述罐头包括一在第一端封闭的空心本体和一相对的被所述封闭端封闭的第二端；
所述封闭端包括当所述封闭端被从罐头中取下时起作用的结构，以允许气体从罐头中溢出，同时防止罐头中的内含物溢出；以及
一在所述封闭端上的拉片，用于拉该封闭端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一罐头和一易打开封闭端的组合，其特征在于，所述结构包括一副片，当所述封闭端被取下时，该副片与所述罐头配合，以允许气体从罐头中溢出，同时同时防止罐头中的内含物溢出。
3.如权利要求2所述的一罐头和一易打开封闭端的组合，其特征在于，副片包括多个槽或孔，以允许气体从罐头中溢出，同时同时防止罐头中的内含物溢出。

14.如权利要求1-13中的任何一项所述的一罐头和一易打开封闭端的组合，其特征在于，所述罐头和所述封闭端的结构设置成在封闭端从罐头中取下后可以再封闭罐头。
