本发明涉及一种内孔免切削变形铝合金电机外壳生产工艺,其特征在于:有下列步骤(1)用热挤压机以挤压模将铝合金坯锭挤压成电机外壳型材,(2)将长条的电机外壳型材校直,(3)把校直后的电机外壳型材锯切成所需长度的电机外壳,(4)将整形模用液压机压过电机外壳进行整形,(5)将整形后的电机外壳在150—200摄氏度的条件下用2—6小时进行时效定形。本发明的优点是免除了车削机加工直接通过热挤压校正工艺得到铝合金电机外壳,省时省料。

内孔免切削变形铝合金电机外壳生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电机外壳生产工艺,特别是一种内孔免切削变形铝合金电机外壳生产工艺。
背景技术
目前生产电机外壳的主要工艺是铸造(黑色金属),压铸和热挤压(铝合金),特别是热挤压工艺得到广泛的应用,但是由于铸造、压铸、热挤压的生产工艺精度不够,必须经过车削加工后方可压装定子,造成工时浪费及材料的损耗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术中生产电机外壳的热挤压的生产工艺精度不够,必须经过车削加工后方可压装定子,造成工时浪费及材料的损耗的问题。本发明设计内孔免切削变形铝合金电机外壳生产工艺,其特征在于:有下列步骤(1)用热挤压机以挤压模将铝合金坯锭挤压成电机外壳型材,(2)将长条的电机外壳型材校直,(3)把校直后的电机外壳型材锯切成所需长度的电机外壳,(4)将整形模用液压机压过电机外壳进行整形,(5)将整形后的电机外壳在150-200摄氏度的条件下用2-6小时进行时效定形。本发明的优点是免除了车削机加工直接通过热挤压校正工艺得到铝合金电机外壳,省时省料。
下面实施例对本发明作详细说明,
具体实施方式首先按照产品的设计要求设计热挤压模具,然后在热挤压机以挤压模将铝合金坯锭挤压成电机外壳型材,将长条的电机外壳型材校直,把校直后的电机外壳型材锯切成所需长度的电机外壳,将整形模用液压机压过电机外壳进行整形,将整形后的电机外壳在200摄氏度的条件下用3小时进行时效定形,整形后并经时效定形后的电机外壳有高的强度及尺寸精度,能直接安装定子大大地降低了生产工时及材料成本。

  1. 内孔免切削变形铝合金电机外壳生产工艺,其特征在于:有下列步骤(1)用热挤压机以挤压模将铝合金坯锭挤压成电机外壳型材,(2)将长条的电机外壳型材校直,(3)把校直后的电机外壳型材锯切成所需长度的电机外壳,(4)将整形模用液压机压过电机外壳进行整形,(5)将整形后的电机外壳在150-200摄氏度的条件下用2-6小时进行时效定形。
