Abstract

本发明公开了一种自力通球式管道***保护装置,包括主阀(1)和用于控制主阀开启与关闭的第一控制器。主阀(1)具有与流体管(2)连通的阀体、配置在阀体中的主阀芯以及与所述主阀芯相联的主阀杆(3)。第一控制器包括第一活塞式液压控制缸(4),与设置在该液压缸缸体内的控制活塞(5)连接的控制杆(7)与所述主阀杆(3)传动相联,用于将所述活塞的直线往复移动转换为所述主阀芯的启闭运动;所述第一液压缸的缸腔由所述活塞分隔成第一腔和第二腔,所述第一腔中装设有使所述控制活塞(5)复位的复位弹簧(6),所述第二腔形成有用于排放其中的流体的第一缸口(10),控制阀设置用来控制第二腔中的流体经由所述第一缸口的排放;以及感流器(18),用以感测所述流体管中流体的流速,并根据所述流体管中流体的流速控制所述流体管与所述液压缸第二腔的连通或断开,在流体的流速超过一预先设定的流速值时,所述感流器将所述流体管与所述液压缸的第二腔连通;所述感流器(15)可在位于流体管中的第一位置和从流体管中移出的第二位置间移动。所述自力通球式管道***保护装置还包括用以控制所述感流器移动的控制装置。
