Description

防止水渗透的地毯
本发明是关于一种簇状毯,更特别地,是关于一种防止水渗透的簇状地毯。
                      发明背景
已知的簇状地毯包括一个基垫,它由粗纹平织布,比如,黄麻或合成纤维或无纺布,以及一簇,比如,用起簇机在基垫形成簇的羊毛或合成纤维组成。衬底用粘合剂粘在带簇基垫的背面,以将簇固定在基垫上。衬底的功能也用于支持整个地毯。衬底由平织机织物,比如,黄麻或合成纤维或无纺布组成。
地毯经常铺在木地板上。簇状地毯不能具有足够的防水能力。如果宠物在簇状地毯上小便,或水洒在簇状地毯上,就不可能完全擦掉或去掉洒在地毯上的水,剩下的水将在人踩在地毯浸湿部分时穿过地毯到达地毯的背面或底部。簇状地毯底部的水很难蒸发,停留在那里很长时间,并腐蚀地毯和/或地板。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种簇状地毯,它可防止地毯上表面的水移动到地毯背面,并可使水易于蒸发从而防止地毯和/或地板因潮湿而受到腐蚀。
                      发明概要
根据本发明,当用一种粘合剂将一个簇粘合在一个基垫上时,使用的是一种具有远红外辐射材料的颗粒或粉末的合成树脂粘合剂或橡胶粘合剂。涂好的粘合剂形成覆盖住基垫整个背面的层。一般地,涂在基垫背面的粘合剂层厚度需要为100μ或更厚。
通过用上述粘合剂覆盖基垫的整个背面,可以防止洒在地毯上表面的水渗入到地毯的背面,此外,粘合剂中的远红外辐射材料起到给簇加热的作用,有助于地毯上面残余的水快速蒸发。

                      优选实施例的详细说明
图1是根据本发明的一个实施例的簇状地毯的横截面图。簇状地毯包括一个基垫1,它由结实的布料构成,比如,粗纹平织黄麻或合成纤维或无纺布,簇2由,比如,簇集在基垫1上的羊毛或合成纤维构成。基垫1和簇2构成“簇片”3。在图中,簇2由几个竖实线表示。每条线代表一个由许多捻丝组成的竖纱线,每条竖纱线的下端受迫以稍深于基垫1的下表面的深度穿过基垫1。
衬底布5通过具有远红外辐射材料粉末的粘合剂的层4粘在基垫1的下表面。
远红外辐射材料可从氧化铝、二氧化硅、二氧化锆、石墨、碳、碳化硅和氧化钛中选出至少一种。从粘合层4的强度和防水性角度看,远红外辐射材料的颗粒直径应为300μ或更小,在实践上,颗粒直径可从5μ至100μ。
粘合层4的粘合成分可以是合成树脂粘合剂,比如,乙烯基乙二醇二乙酸酯(ethylene-acetate vinyl)粘合剂,聚氨酯粘合剂,聚丙烯粘合剂,聚酯粘合剂,或硅树脂粘合剂。作为选择,也可以是橡胶粘合剂,比如,SBR粘合剂,氯丁橡胶粘合剂,聚氨酯橡胶粘合剂,硅橡胶粘合剂,或天然橡胶粘合剂。粘合剂可以是热熔型,有机溶解型,或水型。水型乙烯基乙二醇二乙酸酯粘合剂为最佳。
加在粘合剂中组成粘合层4的远红外辐射材料的量最好为100份重量的粘合剂固体成分中加入重量为3到70份远红外辐射材料。如果少于3份,远红外辐射材料就不能起到作用。另一方面,如果量超过70份,粘合层4的防水功能和粘合力度会极剧降低。尤其是当粘合层4的远红外辐射材料的颗粒很大时,粘合层4的粘合力会更加减少,因而,远红外辐射材料的量应该更少。
衬底布5粘合在簇片3的底部,用于防止当地毯铺在地板上时起皱变形。一般地,黄麻或聚丙烯的平织织物被用于衬底5,但也可使用其它布料,比如无纺织物,毡或粗棉布。
图1B显示根据本发明的另一个实施例的簇状地毯。此地毯与图1A中的地毯不同,它包括装在粘合层4和衬底5之间的另一个粘合层6。与粘合层4不同,粘合层6为用于相关技术领域中并不包含远红外辐射材料的普通粘合剂。
粘合层6用于加强粘合层4的粘合作用。起簇有时会在基垫4背面表面产生高低不平。在此情况下,粘合层4也许不能将基垫1和衬底5完全粘合。然而,粘合层6可以加强这种粘合。
粘合层6也可用于当粘合层4中的远红外辐射材料的数量太多以致于不能提供足够的粘合力与强度的情况。
粘合层6也可用于当粘合层4不能提供足够的防水功能的情况。
实验证明了使用包含远红外辐射材料的粘合层4的功能。
首先,用起簇机在由合成树脂的无纺织物制成的基垫1上做出簇2,由此形成簇片3。如固体成份为50%的水型乙烯基乙二醇二乙酸酯聚合物的固体成份占100份,颗粒直径约为30μ的石墨粉即占重量的30份,其混合物搅拌,用于准备粘合层4的粘合剂。粘合剂被涂在簇片3的背(下)表面,其厚度在干燥后达到0.4mm。粘合层4干燥后形成图2或图4所示的簇状地毯10。
水型乙烯基乙二醇二乙酸酯聚合树脂的成份与粘合层4所具有的相同,但没有远红外辐射材料,它涂在簇片3的背面,具有一定厚度以提供一个干燥后厚度为0.4mm的粘合层7,因而形成用于比较的如图3或图5中所示的簇状地毯11。
如图2和3所示,一个表面保持在42℃的热源板13放在与粘合层4和7平行相对的位置,并与之相距50mm。温度传感器14贴靠在粘合层4和7上,用来测量其表面温度,温度传感器15贴靠在相对位置,即图2和图3所示的每个簇片3的有簇面,用来测量表面温度。与一个人站在上面可能施加的压力相当的足够压力P和-P加在传感器14和15上。
类似地,如图4和5所示,热源板13放在与每个地毯10和11的有簇面平行位置,并与之相距50mm。在图2和3的情况下,施有足够压力-P的传感器15用于测量具有簇2的表面的温度,同时施有足够压力P的传感器14用于测量粘合层4和7的表面温度。
测量结果如表1所示。

当加热本发明的地毯10和先有技术的地毯11的粘合层4和7时,如图2和3所示,粘合层4的温度比粘合层7的温度高2.2℃,地毯10的簇2的温度比先有技术的地毯11的簇2的温度高1.5℃。
当从有簇面加热地毯10和11时,如图4和5所示,本发明的地毯10的粘合层4的温度比先有技术的地毯11的粘合层7的温度高1.0℃,地毯10的簇2的温度比先有技术的地毯11的簇2的温度高2.1℃。
通常,地毯由灯、加热***、各种电器、太阳等的红外辐射加热。因而,根据本发明的地毯的温度比先有技术的地毯升得高些。所以,根据本发明,基垫1和簇2吸收的水因远红外辐射作用而易于蒸发,从而有效防止水从地毯的上部表面移动到地毯的下部表面。
本发明的另一个优点在于减少从地毯上传到坐在地毯上的人的地板的冷量。如根据本发明的地毯铺在加热地板上,可减少用于房间空调的能源。

Claims (7)

1、一种防止水渗透的地毯,它包括一个有簇基垫,一个衬底,一个将上述衬底粘在上述有簇基垫上、用于固定簇的基部的粘合剂,其中上述粘合层中混有远红外辐射材料粉末。
2、一种防止水渗透的地毯,包括一个有簇基垫,一个位于上述有簇基垫底表面上、用于固定簇的基部的第一粘合剂层,一个衬底,和一个将上述衬底粘在上述第一粘合层上的第二粘合层,其中上述第一粘合层中混有远红外辐射材料粉末。
3、根据权利要求1或2的地毯,其中所述远红外辐射材料包括从一组材料氧化铝、二氧化硅、二氧化锆、石墨、碳、碳化硅和氧化钛中选出的至少一种。
4、根据权利要求1或2的地毯,其中所述远红外辐射材料粉末的颗粒直径为300μ或更小。
5、根据权利要求4的地毯,其中所述远红外辐射材料粉末的颗粒直径为从5μ至100μ。
6、根据权利要求1或2的地毯,其中从重量的3份至70份所述远红外辐射材料粉末加到100份的所述粘合剂固体成分中。
7、根据权利要求1或2的地毯,其中所述粘合层的厚度不小于0.1mm且不大于5.0mm。
