本发明涉及清洁物体用的清洁剂,例如用于清除漆、喷漆、橡胶、粘合剂和塑料。
背景技术
氯化溶剂,如二氯甲烷和三氯乙烯,相当长久以来在工业上一直用于此种目的。
目前,一个众所周知的事实是,此类物质致癌并且导致中枢神经受损。它们对自然界中的酸化也起一定作用。
目前,工业涂漆加工使用大量双组分型涂料,例如环氧和异氰酸酯漆以及粉末涂料。在涂漆过程中不时会出现缺陷,因而需要除掉漆并重涂,尤其在贵重物品和大系列(series)的情况下。涂漆加工还常常用特殊固定装置来悬吊工件。这些固定装置也要定期清除漆。除漆所采用的方法习惯上细分为热、机械和化学除漆方法。
热法,指的是高温烧掉。这仅对能够耐受高温并且对变形不敏感的零部件才有可能。由例如铝制成的零部件,就不适合这种方法。该法还产生烟雾,从环境角度不可心。
机械除漆主要指以不同喷丸剂,如砂或钢球进行喷丸(blast)。该方法也不适合对机械变形敏感或者对表面细部有要求的零部件。该方法还产生粉尘,从质量考虑不利于喷漆车间生产。
基于烧碱或二氯甲烷的清洁剂一向主要用于化学漆的清除。烧碱不能用在铝上,因为烧碱对这种金属具有强烈腐蚀作用。它对现代双组分漆或粉末涂料也不起作用。二氯甲烷是从大多数基材上清除大多数涂料的非常好的除漆剂,尤其当与诸如甲酸之类的所谓活化剂配合使用时。然而,二氯甲烷由于其上面所述的环境特性在许多国家被禁用。
工业粘合加工要用到工具和固定装置,它们都需要定期清洁。所用的粘合剂常常是环氧或聚氨酯型的。
橡胶工业中使用模具和工具,为保证其正常功能需要清除其上的橡胶残余。此种清洁几乎一律采用各种各样配方中的二氯甲烷。
可见,目前在上面提到的应用领域尚无合适的用起来有效且对环境友好的可接受清洁剂可用。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的,因而首先是找出氯化溶剂,主要指二氯甲烷,的替代剂,它还应表现出可接受的环境和技术特性。
实施发明的方式
以上目的可借助本发明清洁剂实现,其特征主要在于,它含有N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,同时加入不饱和脂肪酸的碱性盐以及水。
采用N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,常用首字母缩写NMP,从木或金属制零部件上清除漆或喷漆的可能性,此前曾经公开过。NMP表面张力低并且能渗透漆层,导致漆层鼓胀并与基材脱离,随后可轻易地通过例如刷洗或喷水而除掉。然而,纯NMP只适用于诸如醇酸或丙烯酸漆之类的“较简单”漆材料。基材所受处理的本性也非常重要。譬如,铬化铝表面或磷酸盐化钢表面提供对漆材料非常好的粘附力,从而使其非常难以清除。在实验室试验和实际操作试验的过程中发现,少量油酸钾或不饱和脂肪酸的其他碱性盐的加入能大大改善NMP渗透漆层的能力并导致上面提到的层从铬化或磷酸盐化基材上的剥离。
最佳功能是在80~110℃的高温,优选在恒温控制容器内获得的。粘合剂和橡胶残余也可用此种方法去除。油酸钾是油酸的钾盐。油酸属于不饱和脂肪酸类,即,它们包含一个或多个双键。这类物质表现出的一项特征是,它们易于在高温下氧化。因此,油酸钾在高温氧化并生成酸性产物壬酸或壬二酸,它们显著损坏该清洁剂的耐久性和功能。已经试验过无数市售的所谓氧化抑制剂,旨在防止上述氧化,但迄未获得任何结果。然而,在实验室试验中以及在实际操作条件下进行的试验中却发现,少量水的加入——这种通常在NMP配制中不可取的做法,却能产生所希望的正面效应。水的含量优选介于1.0~15%,以NMP的量为基准计。
脂族醇,例如乙醇的加入,显著改善上述碱性盐的溶解。脂族醇的含量优选介于1~10%。
实施例
测定上述清洁剂酸化的一种方法是通过电位滴定至pH9.4来测定每5mL样品消耗的0.1-N氢氧化钠溶液。该消耗的毫升数被称为酸值。
一种在110℃陈化1000小时并包含3%油酸钾的样品,在试验终了时据发现具有等于8.0的酸值并且其功能不复存在。
另一种样品,按上面所述那样陈化并且,除了3%油酸钾之外还包含6%水,在试验终了时发现具有等于2.5的酸值并完好地保持充足功能。油酸钾的恰当含量优选介于0.2~6%,以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的量为基准计。
在实际试验的过程中发现,少量水在NMP与油酸钾的溶液中的加入显著缩短从金属或塑料制零部件上清除漆、粘合剂和橡胶的处理时间。
本发明单一一种试剂以简单、有效而且环境友好的方式解决了上述种种问题。
本发明当然不限于上面所述这些。在不偏离如权利要求所规定的保护范围的前提下,仍可能做出各种修改,尤其就试剂的性质而言或通过等价技术的采用。

Claims (6)

1.一种清洁物体用的清洁剂,例如用于清除漆、喷漆、橡胶、粘合剂和塑料,其特征在于,该清洁剂包含N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,同时加入不饱和脂肪酸的碱性盐以及水。
2.权利要求1的清洁剂,其特征在于,碱性盐采取油酸钾形式。
3.权利要求1~2中任何一项的清洁剂,其特征在于,碱性盐的含量介于0.2~6%,以N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮的量为基准计。
4.权利要求3的清洁剂,其特征在于,水的含量介于1.0~15%,以NMP的量为基准计。
5.权利要求1~4中任何一项的清洁剂,其特征在于,该清洁剂还包含脂族醇。
6.权利要求5的清洁剂,其特征在于,脂族醇的含量介于1~10%。
