Abstract
井下智能堵水阀是油田采油过程中,为堵塞井下油层出水而设计的一种井下新工具。该阀根据水与油的不同密度产生的浮力不同,使该阀的浮子开关处于不同的开关位置,当油层完全充满水时,浮子被浮起,关闭阀孔堵塞水流入油管中,当油层充满油时,浮子下沉,打开阀孔,油流入油管中。该阀是目前井下最先进的堵水方法。
Description
本发明是油田采油过程中,为堵塞井下油层出水而设计的一种井下新工具。
在采油过程中,因不断对地层注水驱油,导致油层出水,因此就要将水层堵塞,让其出油不出水,使水能起到驱油的目的,这一工程是采油工艺中的一大难题,本发明的目的就解决这一难题的。
本发明是这样实现的,本发明根据水与油的不同密度产生的浮力不同,使本发明的浮子开关处于不同的开关位置,当油层完全充满水时,浮子被浮起,关闭阀孔堵塞水流入油管中,当油层充满油时,浮子下沉,打开阀孔,油流入油管中。因此实现了堵水而不堵油的目的。
本发明的具体结构由以下附图及实施例给出。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明提出的装置细节及工作情况:
由附图一看出该发明包括:上主体1;导液阀孔2;上渗液孔3;下渗液孔4;油管连接扣体5;尼龙凡尔6;游动密度浮子7;浮子护体8。
由附图二看出:油管9;套管10;抽油泵11;上封隔器12;油层13;下封隔器14;本发明15。
具体实施时,本发明安装于图二所指的位置,封隔器12、14,将本发明封隔在油层13之中,当油层充满油液时,根据油液的密度小于1,浮力不能浮起游动密度浮子7,此时游动密度浮子7下沉,离开导液阀孔,打开油液通道,当抽油泵上抽时将油液抽入油管中,当抽油泵下行时,尼龙凡尔6回落封堵导液阀孔2,防止油液倒流油层。当油层充满水时,根据水的密度等于1,浮力浮起游动密度浮子7,此时游动密度浮子7上浮,封堵导液阀孔2关闭通道,当抽油泵上抽时不能将水抽入油管中。因此起到了通油堵水的作用。本发明是目前油田采油堵水最先进的技术装置,安装容易运行可靠。
Claims (2)
1、一种能解决堵塞井下油层出水而设计的一种井下新工具。包括:上主体1;导液阀孔2;上渗液孔3;下渗液孔4;油管连接扣体5;尼龙凡尔6;游动密度浮子7;浮子护体8。
2、根据权利要求1所述工具,其特征在于根据水与油的不同密度产生的浮力不同,使本发明的浮子(游动密度浮子7)开关处于不同的开关位置,而达到的生产运行所需要的状态。
