Description

轮胎缓冲胶
本发明涉及轮胎制造方法,详细讲是一种轮胎缓冲胶。
我们知道,轮胎缓冲胶粘结轮胎帘布层与轮胎基部,缓冲路面与胎面的冲击力,保持帘布层与基部不脱层。现有的轮胎缓冲胶由1~3号烟片胶、1500丁苯胶、氧化锌、硬脂酸、4020防老剂、RD防老剂、通用炭黑、CZ促进剂、TMTD硫化剂、硫磺、高耐磨炭黑、芳烃油组成。这种轮胎缓冲胶,粘结性低,弹性低,抗拉强度低,定伸强度低,动态生热快,易脱层。
本发明的目的,是提供一种粘结性高,弹性高,抗拉强度高,定伸强度高,动态生热慢,不易脱层的轮胎缓冲胶。
为达到上述目的,本发明可以采用以下方案来实现:
1500丁苯胶2%~3%,氧化锌2.38%~2.63%,硬脂酸1.19%~1.31%,4020防老剂0.89%~0.99%,RD防老剂0.89%~0.99%,P6204K1.19%~1.31%,白炭黑2.75%~3.75%,NOBS促进剂0.59%~0.65%,DTDM硫化剂0.59%~0.65%,硫磺1.33%~1.47%,高耐磨炭黑19.56%~21.62%,芳烃油2.96%~3.28%,其余是1~3号烟片胶,所说的百分比是重量百分比。
本发明1~3号烟片胶是基础材料,是天然高分子聚合物,拉伸率高,回弹性高,粘结性高,可以使胶料混炼均匀,挤出表面光滑,提高胶料的粘结性和抗拉强度。1500丁苯胶是高分子聚合物,耐老化,与烟片胶共混,能够产生最佳性能的高分子合金,起到互补的作用。氧化锌、硬脂酸是硫化活性剂,能够提高胶料硫化活性,加快硫化速度,提高胶料交联度。4020防老剂、RD防老剂共同作用,能够阻止自然条件的老化,延长胶料的使用寿命。NOBS促进剂能够促进、加快硫化速度,提高生产效率。硫磺是硫化剂,能够使胶料线型大分子混合物与氧化锌、硬脂酸活性剂、NOBS促进剂共同作用,变成立体网状高弹性的胶料。高耐磨炭黑是补强剂,能够提高胶料硬度、撕裂强度和抗拉强度,降低成本。芳烃油是软化剂,能够使胶料分散均匀,调节胶料硬度,增加挤出性能。白炭黑增加挺性及增加帘布与胶料的粘合性能。DTDM硫化剂能够提高胶料的定伸强度,增加胶料耐热性和耐疲劳性,。P6204K是酚醛增粘树脂,能够均匀分布各种配合剂,使各种配合剂有机的结合在一起,界面接触粘合优良,提高轮轮胎高速性能。本发明粘结性高,弹性高,抗拉强度高,定伸强度高,动态生热慢,不易脱层,适用于制造各种轮胎。
实施例1:1500丁苯胶2%,氧化锌2.63%,硬脂酸1.31%,4020防老剂0.99%,RD防老剂0.99%,P6204K1.31%,白炭黑3.75%,NOBS促进剂0.65%,DTDM硫化剂0.65%,硫磺147%,高耐磨炭黑21.62%,芳烃油3.28%,其余是1~3号烟片胶,所说的百分比是重量百分比。
实施例2:1500丁苯胶3%,氧化锌2.38%,硬脂酸1.19%,4020防老剂0.89%,RD防老剂0.89%,P6204K1.19%,白炭黑2.75%,NOBS促进剂0.59%,DTDM硫化剂0.59%,硫磺1.33%,高耐磨炭黑19.56%,芳烃油2.96%,其余是1~3号烟片胶,所说的百分比是重量百分比。
实施例3:1500丁苯胶2.5%,氧化锌2.5%,硬脂酸1.25%,4020防老剂0.94%,RD防老剂0.94%,P6204K1.25%,白炭黑3%,NOBS促进剂0.6%,DTDM硫化剂0.62%,硫磺1.4%,高耐磨炭黑20%,芳烃油0.62%,其余是1~3号烟片胶,所说的百分比是重量百分比。
