轴承密封装置
本发明涉及一种轴承密封装置,特别是用于高速旋转和会有润滑剂如油或脂的滚动轴承的密封装置。
在相对于一通过轴承隔开的、含有润滑剂的半空间和一不含润滑剂的半空间高速旋转的内圈的密封方面轴承做得带有轴承密封装置。
按US 3915519支承在滑动轴承内的轴具有与旋转方向有关的螺旋形的润滑剂输送槽,它将润滑剂向轴承内部输送,由此在滑动轴承内形成润滑剂的流体动力高压以起支承作用,并使润滑剂始终向轴承内回输,以使轴承密封。
同样一具有滑动地旋转的、线接触地贴合在轴承内圈上的密封棱的轴承密封装置在沿旋转的轴承内圈处分成一灌满油或脂的驱动部分如传动箱和一没有润滑剂的部分的一圆环形弹性密封唇口和一具有单侧张开的滚动体保持架的滚动轴承一起构成一***,在该***中通过滚动体的运动处于轴承内的润滑剂向滚动体保持架张开一侧的方向挤出,而做得与旋转方向有关的螺旋槽将润滑剂送回轴承内和密封棱处。通过螺旋槽的输送力可以在密封棱区域内克服由弹性密封唇口产生的预紧力形成一局部的润滑剂的流体动力高压,由此克服密封棱的预紧力,并由此在密封棱和轴承内圈之间形成润滑剂的泄漏。
按DE 4215905 A1密封唇口在相对于含有润滑剂的半空间的内侧上具有一径向螺线形的榫舌(Noppen),它形成一径向的螺旋形凸起(Wendelgang)和在它们之间的螺旋槽。通过轴承内圈的高速旋转润滑剂流体动力学地从位于径向内侧的密封间隙处压向轴承外圈方向。
本发明的目的是,实现对于即使在高转速时也能使轴承得到良好密封和充分的润滑的那种轴承的简单的轴承密封装置。
这个目的主要通过独立权利要求的特征来解决。优良的改进结构由从属权利要求得到。
主要的是在一设置在轴承外圈和同心地可旋转地支承在内部的轴承内圈之间的、带有一线接触滑动地贴合在轴承内圈上的弹性密封唇口的轴承密封装置在相对于含有润滑剂的半空间的密封唇口内侧设有一径向螺旋形凸起(道)(Wendelgang),在装配状态下它线接触地贴合在轴承内圈表面上。由此保证即使在高速旋转时既使密封唇口有充分的润滑又有足够的密封性。
径向螺旋形凸起的高度有利地径向向外逐渐加大,由此进一步改进润滑剂的输送,而不降低密封性。
为了确保密封棱的使用寿命轴承内圈相配的表面在粗糙度方面有利地具有高的表面质量。

Claims (3)

1.带弹性密封唇口(2)的轴承密封装置,它安装在轴承外圈(3)和同心地可旋转地支承在其内部的轴承内圈(4)之间,并以其密封棱(5)线接触地滑动地贴合在轴承内圈(4)上,其中在密封唇口(2)的相对于含润滑剂的半空间的内侧上设有径向螺旋形凸起(6),其特征为:螺旋形凸起(6)在装配状态下贴合在轴承内圈(4)表面上。
2.按权利要求1的轴承密封装置,其特征为:径向螺旋形凸起(6)的高度径向向外逐渐加大。
3.按权利要求1或2的轴承密封装置,其特征为:轴承内圈(4)与密封棱(5)相配的表面在粗糙度方面具有高的表面质量。
