Abstract

本发明涉及一种再生革的制造方法,其工艺方法如下:1.皮纤维剥离制取;2.添加辅料并混合;3.铺网;4.针刺预固;5.热熔粘合;6.压挤、冷却。本发明的工艺方法对比传统的湿法工艺具有无污染、低能耗、高质量的优点。

Description

干法生产再生革
本发明涉及一种利用皮革废料进行再生产的再生革的制造方法。
目前传统的再生革制造方法都采用湿法制造工艺,其工艺方法需要使用大量的水,因而会产生大量的污水,按此方法,每生产10吨成品再生革会排出约80吨的污水。同时,这种方法所采用的粘合剂及其它助剂的成本高,烘干硫化加热耗能大,而生产出来的成品品质差,只能用于低档的产品上。
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种无污染、低能耗、高质量的再生革的制造方法。
本发明的工艺方法如下:1、皮纤维剥离制取2、添加辅料并混合3、铺网4、针刺预固5、热熔粘合6、压挤、冷却
本发明的工艺对比传统的湿法工艺具有如下优点:1、湿法生产的全过程离不开水,以连续生产的长网机为例,要生产1吨成品再生革要消耗80吨的水,也就是说每生产1吨再生革就要排出污水80吨,而本发明却无此项污染。2、湿法生产能耗大,因为湿法生产的再生革坯料经过挤压仍含有50%的水分,要把它烘干到含水量为10%的成品时需要大量的能耗,而本发明无此项能耗。3、湿法生产所需的粘合剂——乳胶占总量的50%且还需要其它多种助剂,本发明所需的粘合剂为热固纤维占重量的10~30%且不需其它助剂,所以成本低。4、在湿法生产过程中其皮纤维长度如果过长会使浆料产生絮聚作用,所以其纤维长度一般在3~8mm,由于纤维的长度过短使其成品的内部相互的聚合力差,直接影响了成品的物理性能,而本发明中皮纤维的长度不受此限制,所以各项物理性能均优于湿法生产。5、湿法生产至今在生产技术上无新的突破,没有新的发展,仍然保持用于低档产品,而本发明引入了现代的一些新技术、新工艺,如非织造布中的水刺技术、铺网技术、热粘合技术等转移应用在再生革的生产制造上,使其产品的质量有了明显地提高,可以满足制鞋、制箱及合成革等多种高档行业的要求。
以下结合附图及实施例进一步阐明本发明的详细内容。
附图为本发明的生产工艺简图。
本实施例是制造鞋用中底再生革。将废料皮革根据颜色、厚度等不同进行手工筛选,将经过筛选后的原料送入皮革开松剥离机构1内,该机构内设有外圆布满钢针的滚筒,滚筒高速旋转并通过钢针将送来的皮革撕离成纤维束,经该机构剥离的皮料基本达到开松和剥离,但还有还混有尚未被撕离的小块皮料和粉碎的粉末;将经过开松剥离机构处理的皮料送入风选机构2,该机构通过风力根据各物料的重量不同将纤维束分离出来;分离后的纤维束送入混合机构3,同时混入热固化纤——丙纶短纤维并使其含量达到整体重量的30%,均匀混合;混合后的混合料送入铺网机4,混合料在该机内经过梳理、混合、除杂后铺网形成再生革的纤网层;将该纤网层送入预固针刺机5内进行针刺,使其达到一定的强度;再送入烘箱6,当烘箱中温度达到170℃时,纤网层中的丙纶纤维熔化将皮纤维粘合;当纤网层离开烘箱后由压辊7进行压挤,使疏松的网层压缩致密,同时冷却定型。

Claims (4)

1、一种再生革的制造方法,其特征在于工艺方法如下:1、皮纤维剥离制取2、添加辅料并混合3、铺网4、针刺预固5、热熔粘合6、压挤、冷却。
2、根据权利要求1所述的再生革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的辅料是热固化纤,其含量占总重量的10~30%。
3、根据权利要求1活2所述的再生革的制造方法,其特征在于:所述的皮纤维剥离制取包括手工分拣,皮纤维制取和皮纤维提纯。
4、根据权利要求3所述的再生革的制造方法,其特征在于:皮纤维制取在剥离机构内实现,皮纤维提纯在风选机构内实现,添加辅料并混合在混合机构内实现,铺网在铺网机内实现,针刺预固在预固针刺机内实现,热熔粘合在烘箱内实现,压挤、冷却由压辊实现。
