本发明公开了骨髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置。特征是在逆行交锁髓内钉的近端和远端各设有两个螺纹孔,锁定钉中间带有螺纹,锁定钉穿过股骨和股骨髁与髓内钉的螺纹孔锁定,在股骨髁的两侧与锁定钉帽之间固定有两块倒“,”形髁钢板,锁定钉穿过两块倒“,”形髁钢板与股骨髁锁定,两块倒“,”形髁钢板留有锁定钉孔备用。该装置具有良好的力学稳定性,可有效控制骨折远端的后方移位和旋转移位,有利于股骨轴线的恢复和维持,有利于早期关节活动,加快了创伤的愈合与恢复。

髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置
一、技术领域
本发明涉及骨骼创伤固定装置技术领域,特别涉及股骨远端及髁间粉碎性骨折治疗的骨髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置。
二、背景技术
目前,股骨远端骨折及髁间粉碎性骨折是一种严重的损伤,处理较为困难,其骨折部位不愈合、延迟愈合及膝关节功能受限等并发症发生率较高。根据临床的数据报告总结,股骨远端骨折不愈合发生率达20%。近几年来,由于AO技术以及新型内固定材料的开发应用,使股骨远端不愈合发生率有所下降。AO技术的逆行交锁髓内钉,是近年来常用的一种治疗股骨远端骨折的装置,它是在股骨逆行***交锁髓内钉。实验和临床结果表明,逆行交锁髓内钉取得了较好的疗效,但对于股骨、远端合并髁间粉碎性骨折的病例则不能应用,因其不具备治疗髁间粉碎性骨折的装置。
三、发明内容
本发明就是针对股骨、远端合并髁间粉碎性骨折而研制的髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置,是同时治疗股骨远端合并、髁骨粉碎性骨折为一体的内固定装置,在治疗股骨远端合并、髁间粉碎性骨折时取得良好的医疗效果。
本发明的技术方案是这样解决的:髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置,在逆行交锁髓内钉的近端和远端各设有两个螺纹孔,锁定钉中间带有螺纹,锁定钉穿过股骨与髓内钉的螺纹孔锁定,锁定钉穿过股骨髁与髓内钉的螺孔锁定,其特征在于:在股骨髁的两侧与锁定钉帽之间固定有两块倒“,”形髁钢板,髁钢板形状与股骨髁形状匹配,锁定钉穿过两块倒“,”形髁钢板与股骨髁锁定,两块倒“,”形髁钢板留有锁定钉孔备用。
本发明的特点是:逆行交锁髓内钉的近端穿过股骨的固定孔,固定了骨折近端,远端通过倒“,”型髁钢板与骨髓内钉配合,髁钢板通过锁钉与髓内钉螺孔旋紧加压,使髁间粉碎性骨折得到还原和稳定,使股骨髁间粉碎性骨折得到治疗和恢复。该装置还具有良好的力学稳定性,可有效控制股骨髁间粉碎性骨折的后方移位和旋转移位,有利于股骨轴线的恢复和维持,有利于早期关节活动,加快了创伤的愈合与恢复。并对AO长管状骨折的综合分类C1、C2、C3型骨折具有较好治愈效果。

五、具体实施方式
髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置具体实施方式(见图1、2),在逆行交锁髓内钉2的近端和远端各设有两个螺纹孔,锁定钉3中间带有螺纹,锁定钉3穿过股骨1与髓内钉2的螺纹孔锁定,锁定钉3穿过股骨髁6与髓内钉2的纹螺孔锁定,在股骨髁6的两侧与锁定钉3、5帽之间固定有两块倒“,”形髁钢板4,髁钢板4形状与股骨髁形状匹配,锁定钉5穿过两块倒“,”形髁钢板4与股骨髁6锁定,两块倒“,”形髁钢板留有锁定钉孔7备用(见图2)。

1、髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置,髓内钉联合钢板内固定装置,在逆行交锁髓内钉的近端和远端各有两个有两个螺纹孔,锁定钉中间带有螺纹,锁定钉穿过股骨与髓内钉的螺孔锁定,锁定钉穿过股骨髁与髓内钉的螺孔锁定,在股骨髁的两侧与锁定钉帽之间固定有两块倒“,”形髁钢板,髁钢板形状与股骨髁形状匹配,锁定钉穿过两块倒“,”形髁钢板与股骨髁锁定,两块倒“,”形髁钢板留有锁定钉孔备用。
