背景技术
已经公知,将导电织物用缝纫上的电极触点接通。但该方法在有些情况下成本很高。
此外公知了,金属或金属化的粘接带被用作平面加热电阻的电极。但在此情况下很难保证粘接连接的耐久性及从电极到平面加热电阻的电流充分可靠的过渡。
此外公知了铆接。但它体现为一个机械干扰源。此外它仅可形成点式电接触。
发明内容
根据本发明,提出了一种加热元件,它具有一个平面加热电阻及至少两个接触区域,这些接触区域彼此隔开地设在加热电阻上,其中:至少一个接触区域具有一个绞合线,该绞合线在一个延伸距离上与加热电阻形成导电连接,该绞合线具有多根金属丝线及不被绞转或仅被这样地绞转,使得接触电阻被明显减小。
上述加热元件可实现电流从电极大面积地流入平面加热电阻。此外,这种固定的建立可简单地自动形成及由此成本合理。另外这种电极的机械持续负荷能力增强。
有利的是,绞合线位于加热电阻上的延伸距离大于2cm,最好大于10cm。这种加热元件的特点是,在电极与平面加热电阻之间有良好的电流过渡。
有利的是,绞合线基本上完全地在加热电阻的延伸方向上与加热电阻形成导电连接。这种加热元件可在加热元件可提供的整个宽度或长度上实现馈入电流的分配。
有利的是,金属丝线的数目至少为40,优选为60与120之间,最好为80与110之间。这种加热元件具有大量数目的载流金属丝线,及由此在电极与平面加热电阻之间具有大的接触表面。
有利的是,金属丝线的直径为10与100μm之间,最好为40与60μm之间。这种加热元件与传统绞合线相比较其金属丝线具有相对大的直径。由此使单个金属线的电阻减小。
有利的是,代替设置单个绞合线,设置两个绞合线。这种加热元件允许可馈入的电流量增大,而不会使材料费用增大很多。
有利的是,金属丝线绞转成的绞合线绕其纵向轴线每米最多绞转10转,优选为每米最多绞转5转,最好为每米最多绞转1转。这种加热元件通过金属丝线至多较弱的绞转可使绞合线大面积地贴靠在加热电阻上。由此使接触电阻明显地减小。
有利的是,金属丝线和/或绞合线具有一个银覆层。这种加热元件同样导致接触电阻的减小。

图1表示根据本发明的一个加热元件1的片段的俯视图。该加热元件1具有一个带状的、平面加热电阻2。在加热电阻2的纵向侧上设有接触区域4,4’。这些接触区域4,4’分别通过加热电阻2的纵向边缘的折转形成。由此,每个接触区域4,4’具有一个软管形式的袋的构型。
在接触区域4,4’的软管形式的袋中各设有一个绞合线6,6’。绞合线6,6’具有相对多数目的金属丝线。最好每个绞合线具有40至110根金属丝线。在本实施例中它的数目为80。
这些金属丝线具有的直径为10-100μm,在本实施例中为50μm。
绞合线仅被很弱地绞转。绞转的转数最好在0与10之间,在本实施例中绞合线每米绞转一转。
这些金属丝线设有银覆盖层以提高导电率。这允许电流容易地从绞合线6,6’过渡到加热电阻2。
绞合线6,6’沿着加热电阻2延伸在其整个长度上。由此可在加热元件1的整个长度上使电流供给到加热电阻2中。以此方式,可实现很宽或很长的加热元件。
绞合线6,6’可被简单地插放在接触区域4,4’中的软管状袋中。但它们也可附加地例如通过缝制、粘接或铆接被固定。
接触区域的软管状袋也可不用电阻元件2的材料而用附加装上的材料条、例如粘接带或粘钩搭接带(Klettbnder)构成。也可考虑,不用接触区域的软管状构型。绞合线也可在一侧上未被覆盖地设置到电阻单元上。
也可不是用一个绞合线而是在每个接触区域中相邻地布置两个绞合线。由此可简单地提高可供给的电流量。虽然更多数目的绞合线也可考虑,但由于附加的材料费用不是很有利。

Claims (14)

1.一种加热元件(1),它具有一个平面加热电阻(2)及至少两个接触区域(4,4′),这些接触区域彼此隔开地设在加热电阻(2)上,其特征在于:至少一个接触区域(4,4′)具有一个绞合线(6,6′),该绞合线在一个延伸距离(8)上与加热电阻(2)形成导电连接,该绞合线具有多根金属丝线及不被绞转或仅被这样地绞转,使得接触电阻被明显减小。
2.根据权利要求1的加热元件,其特征在于:绞合线(6,6′)位于加热电阻(2)上的延伸距离(8)大于2cm。
3.根据权利要求1或2的加热元件,其特征在于:绞合线(6,6′)完全地在加热电阻(2)的延伸方向上与加热电阻(2)形成导电连接。
