Abstract

一种超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,该方法按下列步骤进行:将加工好的石板材平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板或半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板,常温加压6~10小时,完全固化后取出。本发明简单易懂、操作简便,制得的成品强度高,耐压、保温、隔热、防水、防震等性能好,具有较大的应用推广价值。

技术领域
本发明及一种超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法。
技术背景
目前,建筑上常用的材料多是天然石材或合成石材,不仅厚重、易破损、运输不便,而且不能满足隔音、隔热、抗冲击力、抗剪应力等条件。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为建筑业提供一种简便的、成本低的、实用的超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,制得的成品强度高,耐压、保温、隔热、防水、防震等性能好,施工效率高。
本发明的超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,其特征在于该方法按下列步骤进行:将加工好的石板材平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板或半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板,常温加压6~10小时,完全固化后取出
本发明的优点在于:一是该制造方法简单易懂、操作简便、成本低;二是制得的成品强度高,耐压、保温、隔热、防水、防震等性能好,施工效率高。
具体实施方式
实施例一:
本实施例是按下列步骤进行的:
(1)制备玻璃纤维胶粘体:将玻璃纤维方格布真空浸泡于双组份阻燃环氧改性胶中,10~15分钟后取出。
(2)制造半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板:在可加热压力机工作平台上放置1500×3500mm的平板膜具,依次涂上一层脱模剂,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再将厚度为15mm、孔边长为5mm的铝蜂窝芯条拉伸成铝蜂窝芯板后粘上,加压0.5Mpa,常温初干2小时后,50℃加热2小时,待完全固化时压取出半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板;
(3)制造复合石材:用40目的粗铣盘将1500×3500mm、厚度为6mm的需要复合的天然大理石的双面铣平,清洗干净,置于烘干房内烘干后取出,平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板,常温加压8小时,完全固化后取出。
实施例二:
(1)制备玻璃纤维胶粘体:将玻璃纤维方格布真空浸泡于双组份阻燃环氧改性胶中,10~15分钟后取出。
(2)制造半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板:在可加热压力机工作平台上放置1500×3500mm的铝板,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再将厚度为15mm、孔边长为5mm的铝蜂窝芯条拉伸成铝蜂窝芯板后粘上,加压0.5Mpa,常温初干2小时后,50℃加热2小时,待完全固化时压取出半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板。
(3)制造复合石材:用40目的粗铣盘将1500×3500mm、厚度为6mm的需要复合的天然花岗岩的双面铣平,清洗干净,置于烘干房内烘干后取出,平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板,常温加压8小时,完全固化后取出。
本发明简单易懂、操作简便、成本低,制得的成品强度高,耐压、保温、隔热、防水、防震等性能好,施工效率高,具有较大的应用推广价值。

Claims (4)

1.一种超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,其特征在于该方法按下列步骤进行:在可加热压力机工作平台上放置一平板模具,依次涂上一层脱模剂,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再将厚度为5~70mm、孔边长为3~10mm的铝蜂窝芯条拉伸成铝蜂窝芯板后粘上,加压0.3~0.6MPa,常温初干1~2小时后,40~60℃加热1~4小时,待完全固化时压取出半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板;将加工好的石板材平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面玻璃钢蜂窝基层板,常温加压6~10小时,完全固化后取出。
2.一种超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,其特征在于该方法按下列步骤进行:在可加热压力机工作平台上放置一铝板,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再将厚度为5~70mm、孔边长为3~10mm的铝蜂窝芯条拉伸成铝蜂窝芯板后粘上,加压0.3~0.6MPa,常温初干1~2小时后,40~60℃加热1~4小时,待完全固化时压取出半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板;将加工好的石板材平放于可加热压力机工作平台上,贴上玻璃纤维胶粘体,再贴上预先制造好的半成品单面铝蜂窝基层板,常温加压6~10小时,完全固化后取出。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,其特征在于所述的石板材按下列步骤加工:用25~50目的粗铣盘将厚度为6~10mm的需要复合的天然大理石或花岗岩板材的双面铣平,清洗干净,置于烘干房内烘干后取出。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的超薄石材蜂窝板的制造方法,其特征在于所述的玻璃纤维胶粘体按下列步骤制备:将玻璃纤维方格布真空浸泡于双组份阻燃环氧改性胶中,10~15分钟后取出。
