技术领域
本发明涉及一种使流体混入自由流动的介质,例如纤维原料悬浮体的方法。本发明还涉及一种实施该方法的装置。
背景技术
各种方法要求蒸汽,反应气体,水或者化学产品单独地或者联合地混入流动介质。特别是在浆粕和造纸工业领域中,大多数情况中用蒸汽使水(滤出液)和悬浮体变暖。如今在大多数情况中,是在通向一反应罐的管子中进行这样的操作的。各种化学产品也被以气体形式和/或者液体形式混入流动介质。如果要混入液体,可以使用静止混合器,即待混入的液体例如通过喷管供给到管子中,然后纤维原料悬浮体与液体一起通过一种装置被输送,该装置通过多次偏转将两种介质流混合。如果要混入气体或者蒸汽,通常通过设置在管子圆周上的喷管进行这样的操作,使得通过几个(多个)配料点进行总量分配。所有这些方法和/或者结构的缺点在于特别是与反应性的化学产品和蒸汽的反应局部地发生在配料点处,可能导致不均匀地分配。如果使用蒸汽加热介质,注意到在配料点处的局部过热,在纤维原料悬浮体情况下,将导致损坏纤维。
发明内容
因此本发明的目标在于建立使流体均匀分布到流动的介质中。
将流体混入自由流动的介质如纤维原料悬浮体中的方法,其特征在于,所述流体通过在中空轴的端部的分配装置混入到介质中并且通过旋转所述分配装置使得所述待混入的流体可以被非常均匀地分配。
蒸气被混入到自由流动的介质中并且将该介质加热到180℃。
一种气体被混入到所述介质中。
所述气体选自氯气、臭氧或者氧气。
一种液体和/或者化学产品被混入到所述介质中。
所述液体是水,过氧化物,酒精,酸,添加剂或者辅助材料。
所述流体是蒸气和/或者气体和/或者液体的混合物。
混合的流体被同时传送。
所述自由流动的介质是纤维原料悬浮体。
一种用于实施上述方法的装置,一装置(10),具有用于供应所述流体的旋转中空轴(13),一分配装置(15),在该中空轴(13)的端部设置有在所述分配装置中排列的供待混入流体通过的开口(16)。。
所述分配装置是十字架形状。
所述转轮具有附加的输送效应。
因此本发明的特征在于待混入的流体以比介质高的相对速度被混入流动介质,例如纤维原料悬浮体。通过以比流动介质高的相对速度混入流体,可以获得该流体在介质中的非常均匀的分配。以这种方式,实践上可以避免局部过热(如当加入蒸气时)和损坏如纤维。当混入化学产品时,可以获得均匀分配和因此的均匀效应。
本发明的进一步的有利的进步在于蒸汽混入到流动介质例如纤维原料悬浮体中,特别是纤维原料悬浮体的介质被加热到更高的温度,例如达到180℃。在罐,例如纤维原料悬浮体的介质被均匀加热前不久,混入蒸汽。在合适的供入装置的设计中,所加入的蒸汽将甚至在所加入的蒸汽进入罐之前,在介质中冷凝,使得确保完全的加热。
如果一种气体,最好是一种反应气体,例如氧气,臭氧,或者氯气被混入到诸如纤维原料悬浮体的介质中,则提供了与介质的特别均匀的反应。
类似地,如果一种流体和/或者化学产品例如水,过氧化物,酒精,酸,添加剂或者辅助材料被加入到流体介质,例如纤维原料悬浮体也同样适用。
已经证明了使蒸气和/或者气体和/或者液体混合在一起特别有利。
一个特别有利的变形在于混合的流体被同时传输。
本发明还涉及一种将流体混入到流动介质,如纤维原料悬浮体中的装置。根据本发明,该装置的特征在于设置一产生一在待添加的流体和流通介质之间的高的相对速度的转轮。该待添加的流体以这种方式非常细地分配在诸如纤维原料悬浮体的介质中。
如果分配装置特别是喷管,设置在高的相对速度区域中,则待混合的流体可以在优选的点处加入。
对于转轮特别有优势的是具有一用于供给流体的中空轴。这样,待混合的流体可以直接供给到流动介质中并且可以被特别均匀地分配。
如果至少一个十字支架形状的分配装置设置在中空轴处,则可以获得特别有利的分配。这样提供了待混合的流体的特别好的分配。
如果转轮具有附加的输送效应,则在大多数情况下不需要设置一合适的泵。
选择在流动介质和待加入的流体之间建立高的相对速度还在于转轮装备有将流动介质传送经过供给喷管的叶片-通过该转轮,以高速供给待加入的流体。
本发明还在于一使流体混入到自由流动的介质,特别是纤维原料悬浮体中的装置组。最好该装置设置在一管子中,特别是在一管子的一偏转中。
另外,该装置可以设置在一罐中或者在一反应罐的正前方。

具体实施方式
图1示出相应于现有技术的一种装置。其中纤维原料或者浆粕悬浮体用泵从罐1中提取出,其中该罐1可以为例如一洗涤器的竖管或者存储罐。管子4包含有-除了泵2以外-一蒸气供给6,该蒸气供给6包括环绕管子圆周设置的多个蒸气阀。然后,悬浮体通过一增压泵8被供给到该处理罐9。该悬浮体在蒸气输入点必须具有比多数情况下为低压蒸气的加入蒸气的压力低的压力。
图2示出了根据本发明的装置10,其中自由流动的介质,例如纤维原料悬浮体通过一管子11被供给,混有流体的介质通过管子12排放。装置10设有旋转中空轴13,通过该旋转中空轴13,一诸如蒸气气体或者液体的流体14被供给。在中空轴13的末端设置有一具有开口16的分配装置15,待混入的流体通过开口16以高的相对速度直接被供给到流动的介质中。
在图3中示出了本发明的进一步的变形。装置10具有一转动的轴17,轴17具有转轮叶片18。另外,可以设置特别的分配装置19。在这个变形中,待混入的流体通过合适设置的喷管20供给,因此可以在不同的位置供给不同的流体。因此,例如,用于加热的蒸气可以在最靠近输入管11的供给点20’被供给。这个蒸气很快冷凝,使得在随后的位置20”可能已经均匀混入了诸如臭氧的反应气体或者诸如过氧化物的液体。
图4-6示出了装置10的不同的结构。图4大致相应于图2,其中具有设置在管弯头21中的装置10。由于流动的偏转,进一步改善了混合并且降低了摩擦损失。
图5中的结构示出了安装在一罐22中的根据本发明的装置10。其中,转轮23安装在中空轴13上。通过中空轴13,诸如蒸气,气体或者液体的合适的流体被均匀混入。在用于造纸工业的所谓的纸料柜情况中,由转轮23建立的涡流导致在罐中的整个液体循环流动,因此确保了均匀混合。
图6示出在反应器24中的根据本发明的装置10。诸如纤维原料悬浮体的介质通过一管子11’被供给到反应器24中。诸如蒸气,气体或者液体的流体反应介质,被以高的相对速度通过至少包括一个十字支架形的分配器的转轮中空轴13直接供给到流动介质中,并且在介质中均匀分配。
图7示出本发明的一转轮实施例。待混入流体的出口开口16在此被清楚地显示出。
本发明的优选应用是用于在浆粕的去木质作用和漂白中混入蒸气和/或者化学产品。总之,蒸气被混入到碎片/蒸煮的酒精悬浮体或者具有0.1-20%的纤维的浆粕悬浮体中,以便进行加热,并且/或者为了去木质作用和/或者漂白混入化学产品。根据需要,诸如氧气,臭氧,氯气,二氧化氯,二氧化硫的气体可以被混入,也可以混入诸如白液或者过氧化物的液体。另外,温度是一个重要的反应标准。范围在10-100℃之间的浆粕悬浮体的起始温度因此在蒸气的帮助下升高到约180℃。通过本发明可以均匀增加浆粕悬浮体的温度并且可以避免介质各部分的不利的局部过热。通过选择合适的供给位置,先前加热的悬浮体(设置需要的/期望的反应温度),需要的反应气体和/或者液体反应化学产品被均匀混合。还可以有利地加入酸和/或者酒精以便调整PH值。

Claims (11)

1.将流体混入自由流动的介质中的方法,其特征在于,所述流体通过在中空轴的端部的分配装置混入到介质中并且通过旋转所述分配装置使得所述待混入的流体可以被非常均匀地分配。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,蒸气被混入到自由流动的介质中并且将该介质加热到180℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,一种气体被混入到所述介质中。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述气体选自氯气、臭氧或者氧气。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,一种液体和/或者化学产品被混入到所述介质中。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述液体是水,过氧化物,酒精,酸,添加剂或者辅助材料。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述流体是蒸气和/或者气体和/或者液体的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,混合的流体被同时传送。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述自由流动的介质是纤维原料悬浮体。
10.用于实施权利要求1-9中任一项所述的方法的装置,其特征在于,一装置(10),具有用于供应所述流体的旋转中空轴(13),一分配装置(15),在该中空轴(13)的端部设置有在所述分配装置中排列的供待混入流体通过的开口(16)。
11.根据权利要求10所述的装置,其特征在于,所述分配装置是十字架形状。
