本发明涉及在大便器或小便器上使用的活塞式冲刷阀,具体地说,本发明涉及带有一过滤器和旁通管开孔的活塞式冲刷阀,所述过滤器和旁通管开孔以流体流串联的方式带有多个过滤器。
诸如US专利461545所示的冲刷阀之类的活塞式冲刷阀业已使用了经由活塞组件的过滤旁通管开孔。所述旁通管在活塞上提供入口流体压力,以便关闭然后在冲刷操作之后将活塞组件保持在阀门座上。所述开孔的大小能使预定量的流体在阀门关闭之前流过冲刷阀。所述过滤器能防止小旁通管开孔被来自流体入口的颗粒堵塞并且配置成即使在过滤器的一部分被捕获的颗粒或沉淀物堵塞之后也能使足够的流体流过所述开孔。
上述’545专利中的冲刷阀的缺点是:所述过滤器是单级的并能使不规则形状的颗粒穿过,这就可能在以后堵塞下游的开孔。
另一个缺点是:在所述开孔的上游仅设置有有限数量的平行过滤凹槽。如上述专利的图3所示的平行凹槽模制成与用于活塞缸的模具的分离线相平行。当这种有限数量的过滤凹槽明显被沉淀物堵住时,必须拆开冲刷阀才能清洁过滤器。
上述冲刷阀的再一个缺点是:所述开孔是通过模制的活塞缸的中间部分模制而成的水平开孔。所以,必须用芯杆来模制该开孔,这就会增加模制过程的复杂性。由于所述开孔中流量限制装置的大小决定了经由冲刷阀的流体流量和流速,所以,为了改变流速,必须提供有不同大小开孔的不同活塞缸。
本发明提供了一用于活塞式冲刷阀的多级过滤器和易于更换的旁通管开孔,其中,所述过滤器中的各个开口小于旁通管开孔中的限制装置,以便阻止水中的颗粒堵塞所述开孔。
本发明提供了多个独立过滤开槽,它们在开孔的上游处位于多个共心阵列上。
本发明提供了一旁通管开孔部件,其中,可在不改变活塞的情况下很容易地改变开孔上的流量限制装置,以改变在各次冲刷操作过程中流经冲刷阀的水流量和流速。

本发明涉及供活塞式冲刷阀或其它管道设备中旁通管开孔使用的多级过滤器。本发明的活塞式冲刷阀如图1所示并带有通常为中空的主体10,它包括入口连接件12、出口连接件14以及手柄连接件16。阀体的顶部被罩盖18所覆盖。主阀座20于入口与出口之间形成在阀体的内壁上。
操作手柄22启动阀门,操作手柄22在手柄连接件处与阀体相连。所述手柄连接于延伸进阀体内部的柱塞24。’545专利中示出了手柄的其它细节及其操作,本文引用了上述专利的内容。
通常用标号26表示的活塞组件用于在阀体内往复移动。该活塞组件包括一中空的通常为柱形的活塞28,图9-13中分别示出了该活塞。活塞28带有一位于开放的顶部处的环形边缘30以及一内部活塞室32。活塞的底部34是开放的。
所述活塞还带有一呈向内阶梯状的突肩36,它位于中间外表面上。环形外部突肩支承着主阀密封件38,该阀密封件密封并盖住主阀座20,以便控制经由冲刷阀的流体流。阶梯状突肩的内表面还限定了一环形突出物42,它支承着安全阀座44。
如图13所示,主阀密封件38和安全阀座44均通过过模模制过程直接模制在外部阶梯状突肩36和活塞缸的内部环形突出物42上。对主阀和安全阀密封表面进行过模模制能在改进冲刷阀的整体密封的同时允许在模制活塞时有较松的公差。
活塞组件还包括一安全阀46,它通常盖住活塞的底部开放端34。安全阀具有—套环45,它接合于活塞的环形突出物上的安全阀座44。操作柄48可在安全阀的中心中空部内滑动。操作柄延伸至与柱塞24相邻的点。弹簧50有助于将安全阀46保持在其密封位置。
活塞组件26还包括一如图7和8所示的活塞嵌入件52。活塞嵌入件在所述边缘下方旋拧进活塞缸的上部内壁。弹簧50的一端对接于活塞嵌入件上的中心止动件54。活塞嵌入件还带有一环形凸缘56,它在上述嵌入件的顶部边缘处向上延伸。
活塞嵌入件凸缘将唇形密封件58夹持在活塞的顶部边缘与活塞嵌入件之间。图4、5和6所示的唇形密封件58固定在活塞嵌入件与活塞缸的顶部边缘之间,以提供滑动密封,从而限定了活塞组件上方压力箱60。
活塞嵌入件具有旁通管开孔62,它在径向环形凸缘56上垂直定向,以便提供与活塞压力箱60的流体通连。旁通管62具有约为0.22”的小直径,它易于被经由阀门的水中的沉淀物或类似物质所堵塞。带有开口的开孔的垂直定向会减少颗粒堵塞住开孔的可能性,所述开口朝向活塞嵌入件的凸缘的底部。还有,上述垂直定向会使所述开孔能更容易地用注模模制而成,而不是使用用于前述开孔的径向定向的芯杆。
冲刷阀的操作要求所述旁通管开孔能完全地摆脱水中的任何碎物。本发明实现这一点的方法是提供一种过滤器,该过滤器易于制造和维护并且能有效地操作。参照图4和9,本发明提供了一迷宫状通路,这种通路可对从入口12流至向旁通管开孔供水的环形箱64的水进行三重过滤。如在图10的放大图中详细所示,来自入口12的水径向向内流经第一组开槽66,所述第一组开槽是由活塞28上模制的垂直突出部68构成的第一外部共心阵列形成的。第二组径向开槽70是由相对第一组开槽径向向内由模制的垂直突出部72构成的第二内部共心阵列形成的。第二阵列中的径向开槽70径向地偏离第一径向开槽66。一环形通道74形成在第一与第二开槽之间并将它们连接起来。
所述过滤开槽的尺寸能按顺序地过滤可能堵塞旁通管开孔的任何颗粒。最佳的是,所述过滤开槽顺序地按大小排列,以便能按顺序地过滤掉越来越小的颗粒。因此,内部径向开槽74最好小于环形通道74,环形通道74最好小于外部径向开槽66。为了能够起作用,在成组开槽的至少一组处,内部径向开槽70最佳地是必须小于所述开孔。径向开槽66(第一过滤器)、环形通道74(第二过滤器)以及内部径向开槽(70)的组合构成了三级过滤器,它与环形沉淀物箱76相通连,环形沉淀物箱76则与旁通管开孔62相通。
冲刷阀操作如下:在冲刷阀的正常关闭位置上,入口水压包围着活塞的外部并且通过旁通管62进入环形箱76和压力室。由于活塞组件顶部的面积大于阀座周围的面积,故压力差会使活塞牢固地合拢在阀座上。当沿任何方向移动操作手柄时,操作手柄就会使柱塞逆着安全阀杆向内,从而使安全阀倾斜离开安全阀座。压力箱中的入口流体压力经由活塞缸上的下部开口释放进冲刷阀的出口。入口水流会使活塞组件上升离开阀座,从而使水从入口完全流至出口。
即使对操作手柄操作了不适当的长时间,冲刷阀也会在预定的时间内进行冲刷循环然后关闭。安全阀杆的下端贴靠在柱塞的顶部并且在安全阀的中空部分内伸缩。安全阀然后在弹簧和重力的帮助下合拢在安全阀座上,从而使压力箱隔离于入口开口。这就能使得有差值的压力去形成通过旁通开孔流进压力箱的水流,从而慢慢地使活塞组件下向并最终封住阀座,以便再次切断水流。
本发明具体涉及形成在活塞上的三重或三级过滤器。经过这种由尺寸渐减的通道构成的过滤器阵列的水可流至限定在活塞、活塞嵌入件与密封件58之间的环形箱。箱76通向垂直定向的旁通管62。本发明的一个优点是,可在不需要精密公差的情况下形成所述活塞。开槽的完全的圆周阵列允许在基本上不损失流过开槽的流体流的情况下堵塞某些开槽。
本发明的另一个优点是,通过提供带有不同直径开孔的活塞嵌入件,可以很容易改变经由旁通管的流速。这就能在初始生产阀门过程中设定流速或者在以后通过在现场仅更换嵌入件而改变流速。
尽管示出并说明了本发明的最佳形式,但是,应该认识到,在以下权利要求的范围内可以有多种改进形式、替代形式和改变形式。

Claims (7)

1、一种冲刷阀,该冲刷阀包括:
一中空的阀体,它带有一入口、一出口以及位于上述入口与出口之间的阀座;
一活塞组件,它可在上述中空阀体内移动至上述阀座上的关闭位置,以便控制上述入口与出口之间的流体流。
一位于所述活塞组件上方的压力箱,它用于使所述活塞组件保持在上述阀座上;以及
一旁通管通道,它经由上述活塞组件,以便使前述入口与所述压力箱形成流体连通,从而提供流体以使所述活塞组件移至上述关闭位置,所述旁通管通道包括过滤装置和一开孔,所述过滤装置包括多个过滤器,形成流体流动的串联形式,以便使所述入口与上述开孔相连;
所述多个过滤器包括多个独立过滤开槽,它们设置在多个共心的环形阵列上;
各环形阵列中的独立过滤开槽的剖面开口小于过滤开槽的共心相邻阵列中的独立过滤开槽的剖面开口;
所述环形阵列中的独立过滤开槽径向地定向,并且在圆周上偏离于过滤开槽的共心相邻环形阵列中的独立过滤开槽。
2、如权利要求1的冲刷阀,其特征在于,在至少一个由开槽构成的环形阵列中的独立过滤开槽的剖面开口小于所述开孔的剖面开口。
