本发明涉及一种肩关节内假骨,由一球形关节头和一可固定在肱骨内的带一假骨球头(2)的杆部(1)组成。其中假骨球头(2)在其外表面上具有许多孔(3),固定结节碎片(4)的销钉(5)可力和形锁合地压入这些孔内。

Description

肩关节内假骨
本发明涉及一种肩关节内假骨，由一球形关节头和一可固定在肱骨内的带有一假骨球头的杆部组成。
由DE 4314200C1已知这种类型的肩关节内假骨。这里涉及到创造一种带有用于韧带结构且包围肩关节的人造旋转皮碗(Rotatorenmanschette)状结构的全内假骨。
在肱骨球头粉碎性骨折时旋转皮碗的随结节一起脱落的肌腱必须可靠地固定在假骨上。这种固定必须是持久的和可承受载荷的，以及可以重新建立自然的运动可能性。
因此本发明的目的在于：创造一种肩关节内假骨，用它可以以简单的方法达到这种类型的固定。
按照本发明这个目的通过这样的方法来实现，使假骨球头在其外表面上具有许多孔，固定结节碎片的销钉可以力和形锁合地压入这些孔内。
优选的结构由从属权利要求得到。
开口或孔设置在假骨的这个区域内，它相应于肱骨球头的整个区域。通过设置大量这种类型的开口或孔结节碎片可以非常准确地布置和定位，使得可以完全重新达到臂的运动能力。
结节碎片首先放在假骨球头的相应位置上，然后将销钉穿过它压入位于它下面的孔内。这以一定的冲击进行。因为下面的或前面的销钉部分和孔例如做成锥形，销钉被力和形锁合地固定。销钉留下的末端被折弯。通过按本发明的解决方案，可以保留旋转皮碗并重建其自然位置。

未画出整个内假骨，因为这对于本发明的说明没有必要。
假骨杆部1由假骨球头2和构成杆部本身的杆段6组成。杆段做成环形，其中只有末端部分具有非圆形形状，以便达到更好的固定。杆段相互面对面的环形面具有齿形凸起，它们可以相互嵌合，也就是说是互补的。
假骨球头和杆段通过与纵轴同心分布的夹紧螺钉7固定在一起，而且是力和形状锁合地固定在一起。用这种方法防止旋转。另一方面-在夹紧螺钉松开以后-杆段可以相互相对地卡锁式地旋转，以便达到假骨球头的最佳取向。所采用的杆段数量取决于杆部所需要的长度。
图2表示，结节碎片4如何通过销钉5固定在假骨球头的外表面上，其中在销钉压入后伸出的端部被折弯。

Claims (5)

1．肩关节内假骨，由一球形关节头和一可固定在肱骨内的杆部(1)连同假骨球头(2)组成，其特征在于：假骨球头(2)在其外表面上具有许多孔(3)，固定结节碎片(4)的销钉(5)可以力和形状锁合地压入这些孔内。
2．按权利要求1的肩关节内假骨，其特征在于：销钉(5)和孔(3)具有锥形末端区域。
3．按权利要求1的肩关节内假骨，其特征在于：销钉(5)和孔(3)具有设有螺纹的末端区域。
4．按上述权利要求之任一项的肩关节内假骨，其特征在于：杆部(1)是模块化构造，其中假骨球头(2)与由各个环形杆段(6)组成的杆部(1)通过一与杆纵轴同心的夹紧螺钉相互连接。
5．按权利要求4的肩关节内假骨，其特征在于：杆段(6)相互面对面的环形面做成齿形，使得-在夹紧螺钉松开以后-杆段可卡锁式地相对旋转，而在夹紧螺钉(7)拉紧时存在力和形锁合的连接。
