Description

一次性尿布
本发明涉及一次性尿布。
目前，在一次性尿布中，多是将大致平坦地形成的内面弯曲使其贴紧尿道口与***周围，由此来迅速吸收并保持***物。但是，如穿用这种尿布时***了软便，软便被吸收前流向身体前侧，往往要污染裆部与尿道口周围。这样的例子，常见于排软便较多的婴幼儿情况下。
在日专利实开平7-7620号公报中展示的已为公知的一次性尿布中，为防止软便这样流动，在抵接于***周围的尿布内面上形成环状***部。***部内侧是便兜，如使用这样的尿布，可减少对身体前侧的污染。
前述现有尿布这样软便流动污染尿道口近旁是很不卫生的；而且，其软便的处理也很麻烦。在尿与软便同时***的情况下，其处理更是特别麻烦。
如使用前述公知的尿布，可以解决这样的问题，但在此情况下，环状***部必须紧贴***周围，这就成了尿布穿用时的限制。另外，如穿用者成仰势，其环状***部紧紧贴在皮肤上，会有因穿用尿布引起的不舒服感。
因此，本发明的课题即在于提供：穿着容易、穿着时无不舒服感觉、而且可以防止软便流向身体前侧的一次性尿布。
为解决前述课题，本发明的一次性尿布是：具有宽度方向和与其相正交的长度方向，由透液性表面层、不透液性背面层、以及夹于该两层中间的吸液性芯所形成的一次性尿布，其特点是，它形成有位于前述尿布穿用者尿道口与***间、在前述尿布宽度方向中央区内面的局部***部。
本发明可有如下的最佳实施例。
(1)前述***部，当其与皮肤接触时可弹性变形。
(2)前述***部离开前述尿布内面的高度在10～100mm范围内。
(3)前述宽度方向与长度方向中的至少一方的前述***部断面形状是台形。
(4)前述断面形状成台形的前述***部的前述宽度方向与长度方向的底边尺寸分别为10～100mm；其顶边的尺寸在前述底边尺寸的5～80％范围内。
参照附图，对本发明的一次性尿布详细说明如下。
图1是尿布局部剖视平面图；图2是图1的X-X剖视图；图3是图1的Y-Y剖视图；图4是与表示实施形态之一例的图2同样的图。
图1上以平面图表示的一次性尿布1由透液性表面层2、不透液性背面层3、以及夹于该两层间的吸液性芯形成。在宽度方向将尿布一分为二的是中心线Y-Y，在长度方向将其一分为二的是中心线X-X。表、背层2、3形成了从芯4周缘延出、在该延出部分成角形重合、在宽度方向相互并行延伸的一对端缘部挡片(フラツプ)11，和向长度方向相互并行延伸的一对侧缘部挡片12。该尿布1在其长度方向上具有前腰围区6、后腰围区7、以及位于该两区6、7间的裆下区8，裆下区8两侧向内方弯曲。在后腰围区7的端缘部挡片11和一对侧缘部挡片12中，配有腰围弹性构件13与腿围弹性构件14；这些弹性构件13、14位于表、背层2与3之间，通过热熔粘结剂(未图示)粘接于这些层2或3中至少一方的内面上。在后腰围区7的两侧缘部挡片12上装着收集带15。
在该尿布1的裆下区8，于宽度方向中央区域，最好在中心线Y-Y上形成***部21，***部21在尿布1长度方向的位置定位于：当穿用尿布1时，它处于穿用者的尿道口与***之间。作为其一例，在图中表示了存在于中心线X-X上的情况。
图2、图3是沿图1的X-X线与Y-Y线的剖面图。依尿布1的大小，***部呈图示的台形时，距尿布平坦内面22的高度H在10～100mm范围内；X向的底边长Ax在10～100mm范围内，Y向的底边长Ay在10～80mm范围内；在X向或Y向的顶边长度BX、BY则分别在底边长度Ax、Ay的5～80％范围内。如更好一点的话，顶边BX、BY至少5mm，且在底边长度AX、AY的20～80％范围内。台形顶部不要成为尖锐端。底边长度AX与AY相互间以及顶边长度BX、BY相互间，可以尺寸相同，也可以长度AX比AY长，长度BX也比BY长。***部21的各斜边与平坦的内面22构成的角度为C1、C2、D1、D2。C1与C2相等，而在图3中，靠近尿布1的前腰围区6与后腰围区7呈现的角D1与D2，可以有相等和不相等的情况。***部21这样形成时，容易从下方紧贴于尿布穿用者裆部。
图示例中的***部21，由芯4局部***成形芯4，以透液性表面层2覆盖其芯4的上面即可制得。这时若有必要，可用热熔粘结剂将含有***部21的芯4的上面与表面层2间断粘结起来。芯4的构成材料并没有什么特别规定，比如，将粉碎浆料或粉碎浆料与高吸水性聚合粉末的混合物压缩成要求的形状。
具有这样的***部21的尿布1，当其被穿用时，***部21在内面22对尿道口与***间前后方向起隔壁作用，可以阻止尿向身体后侧流动，阻止软便向身体前侧流动。其阻止效果，即使***部21不紧贴于裆部也有效果；而当紧贴着时其效果更显著。
图4是表示本发明实施形态之一例的图2一样的图。在这种尿布1中，作为单独构件设计的***部21以粘结剂23装于内面22上。***部21由断面成台形的芯材24、与包覆层26形成。芯材24是由海绵与纤维的集合体形成的弹性体，在与皮肤接触时沿图中上下方向或左右方向弹性变形。其变形最好是，当芯材24上作用了10gf/cm2的压力时，厚度减少10～80％左右。为得到这样的弹性，可在前述纤维中使用卷缩的复合纤维。包覆层26，保持芯材24的形状，为外观与肤感良好，可使用不织布或织布、塑料薄膜等。在这种包覆层26中有亲水性材料与疏水性材料，当芯材24与包覆层26中使用亲水性材料时，***部21可具有体液吸收功能；与此相反，当芯材24与包覆层26中使用疏水性或防水性材料时，***部21可具阻止尿与软便吸收的功能。
在本发明中，作为断面成台形的已说明的***部21，其形状也可以变成半球形或半圆柱形等适当的形状。
本发明的一次性尿布，由于具有位于尿布穿用者尿道口与***间的***部，可以防止软便流向身体前侧，阻止尿流向身体后侧，阻止软便与尿的混合。该***部，即使不是紧贴于裆部也能发挥其功能，而且，只要是在尿道口与***间位于何处都能发挥作用；因此，这种尿布，在穿用时不必对***部位置有特别考虑，容易穿用。另外，该***部不会对仰姿的穿用者产生刺激。

Claims (5)

1．一种一次性尿布，具有宽度方向和与其正交的长度方向，由透液性表面层、不透液性背面层、以及夹于该两层间的吸液性芯形成，其特征在于，
在前述尿布穿用者的尿道口与***间的前述尿布宽度方向中央区内面上，形成了局部***部。
2．按权利要求1所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，前述***部当其抵接皮肤时可产生弹性变形。
3．按权利要求1或2所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，前述***部离开前述尿布内面的高度在10～100mm范围内。
4．按权利要求1～3中任一项所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，前述宽度方向与长度方向中的至少一方的前述***部断面形状是台形。
5．按权利要求4所述的一次性尿布，其特征在于，前述断面形状成台形的前述***部的前述宽度方向与长度方向的底边尺寸分别为10～100mm与10～80mm，顶边尺寸在上述底边尺寸的5～80％的范围内。
