本发明是一种果树上使用的植保用品,套在果实上以提高果实品质,本发明是这样实现的,在普通塑膜果袋制作过程中吹塑时,在聚乙烯原料中加入占质量百分比1—5%的细度在400目以上的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙,使塑膜果袋具有反射阳光中紫外光线的特性,由于多数害虫对紫外光线具有较强的回避特性,因而可驱避害虫,减少果园打药次数,降低投资投工,防止害虫对未套袋果实与叶片的危害。

驱虫塑膜果袋
本发明是一种果树上使用的植保用品,套在果实上以提高果实品质。在落叶果树上利用特制的塑膜果袋套在果实上,可起到防烂果,防病虫害,提高品质和商品率的效果。然而由于果园不可能100%的全部套袋,造成未套袋果实和叶片更易遭受害虫侵袭。
本发明的目的是要设计具有驱虫功能的塑膜果袋,防止害虫对未套袋果实与叶片的危害。
本发明是这样实现的。制作驱虫塑膜果袋,其方法是在普通塑膜果袋制作过程中吹塑时,在聚乙烯原料中加入占质量百分比1-5%的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙,加入的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙要求细度在400目以上,使塑膜果袋具有反射阳光中紫外光线的特性。由于多数害虫对短波紫外光线具有较强的回避特性,因而可驱避害虫。
本发明可以驱避害虫,减少果园打药次数,降低投资投工,防止害虫对未套袋果实与叶片的危害。
在普通塑膜果袋制作过程中吹塑时,在聚乙烯原料中加入占质量百分比1-5%的进口二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙,加入的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙的细度在400目以上,塑膜果袋就能较强烈地反射太阳光中0.4μm(紫外光)以下的短光波,当反射的短光波与可见光比例大于1.5倍时,对多数害虫就具有较强的驱避作用。添加量过高,驱虫效果更好,但对苹果上色有影响,并使膜袋加厚,不易加工,适宜的添加量能增加膜袋的透气度,降低膜袋内温度,减少由于套袋引起的日烧病和黑点病,全面提高果实质量。

1.驱虫塑膜果袋,其特征在于在普通塑膜果袋吹塑时,在聚乙烯原料中加入占质量百分比1-5%的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙,使塑膜果袋具有反射阳光中紫外光线的特性。
2.如权利要求1所述的驱虫塑膜果袋,其特征在于加入的二氧化钛或轻质碳酸钙要求细度在400目以上。
