Abstract

本发明公开一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,包括由上至下依次连接的圆形筒体、锥形筒体和集尘盒,圆形筒体上的出风管和进风管,所述锥形筒体上端小、下端大,锥形筒体内位于出风管的下方设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与侧壁之间设有落尘环隙:该装置的气压损失小、吸尘效果好、滤尘精度高、工作噪音低,可以有效地避免空气的二次污染,特别适用于吸尘器的二级过滤***、分离细小灰尘。

Description

吸尘器减速离心除尘装置
                        技术领域
本发明涉及一种吸尘器。
                        背景技术
现有的吸尘器中都装有过滤罩或集尘袋,目的是用过滤罩或集尘袋将真空电机吸入的脏空气进行过滤,并把灰尘颗粒留在集尘筒或集尘袋中,因此,上述吸尘器在使用一段时间以后,用户应将过滤罩或集尘袋进行清理或更换,否则,过滤罩或集尘袋的过滤孔被细灰尘堵塞后,会增大真空电机的吸尘阻力,严重者甚至会烧坏电机,所以,传统的吸尘器在其结构上还存在着许多不足之处,它不仅给用户带来了麻烦,也影响了吸尘器的使用性能。
为了克服上述缺点,生产厂商用旋风分离原理应用于吸尘器的除尘装置中,并且得到较好的使用效果。该旋风分离除尘装置于集尘盒内设置一上端大、下端小的倒锥形筒体,倒锥形筒体的上端封闭并纵向设置一出风管,倒锥形筒体的下端开口以便于灰尘落入集尘盒底部,进风管于倒锥形筒体上部侧壁并沿切线方向进入,使带有灰尘的气流在倒锥形筒体内产生旋转,灰尘颗粒在离心力的作用下沿倒锥形筒体侧壁下落到集尘盒底部,除尘后的气流向上经出风管排出。
中国专利局子2001年10月17日授权公告了由本申请人申请的、专利号为ZL00266255.8、公告号为CN2453827的实用新型专利“吸尘器的分体式旋风滤尘装置”。该专利“公开了一种吸尘器的分体式旋风滤尘装置,包括一容器,容器上设有脏空气进口和干净空气出口,所述容器分隔成粗尘室和细尘室,粗尘室设有旋转筒体,旋转筒体内设有过滤网管,脏空气进口位于粗尘室的上侧方,细尘室内设有旋转锥体,旋转锥体的顶部为干净空气出口,所述过滤网管设有一与旋转锥体连通的导向风道:该装置改变了传统的吸尘器的过滤方式,采用旋风分离的结构,不仅使脏空气过滤得更干净,而且也不会增大电机的吸尘阻力,同时还给用户的使用带来了方便。”
由于上述专利产品的旋转筒体呈倒锥形状,靠气流加速旋转来分离灰尘,所以气流的压力损失较大,从而影响了吸尘器的吸尘效果。另外,加速的气流容易将沉入底部的细小灰尘再次扬起,并随气流一起从出风管排出,从而使空气产生二次污染。另外,该产品较适合于分离粗大颗粒灰尘,而对细小颗粒灰尘的分离效果则相对较差。
                        发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,该装置的气流压力损失小、吸尘效果好、滤尘精度高、工作噪音低,可以有效地避免空气的二次污染,特别适用于吸尘器的二级过滤***、分离细小灰尘。
本发明的技术方案是:一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,包括由上至下依次连接的圆形筒体、锥形筒体和集尘盒,圆形筒体的上端设有出风管,出风管纵向设置并伸入圆形筒体内,圆形筒体的外壁上部设有进风管,所述锥形筒体上端小、下端大,锥形筒体内位于出风管的下方设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与侧壁之间设有落尘环隙。
本发明进一步的技术方案是:一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,包括由上至下依次连接的圆形筒体、锥形筒体和集尘盒,圆形筒体的上端设有出风管,出风管纵向设置并伸入圆形筒体内,圆形筒体的外壁上部设有进风管,所述锥形筒体上端小、下端大,锥形筒体内位于出风管的下方设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与侧壁之间设有落尘环隙;所述进风管至少延圆形筒体侧壁绕过90°圆弧后再进入圆形筒体内。
本发明更详细的技术方案是:一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,包括由上至下依次连接的圆形筒体、锥形筒体和集尘盒,圆形筒体的上端设有出风管,出风管纵向设置并伸入圆形筒体内,圆形筒体的外壁上部设有进风管,所述锥形筒体上端小、下端大,锥形筒体内位于出风管的下方设有伞形反射盘,伞形反射盘的中心设有回流孔,伞形反射盘的周缘与侧壁之间设有落尘环隙;所述进风管至少延圆形筒体侧壁绕过90°圆弧后再进入圆形筒体内:所述落尘环隙内设有若干个筋条使伞形反射盘连接固定。
上述技术方案中,所述伞形反射盘可以安装在锥形筒体的下部,也可以安装在集尘盒的上部。
本发明的优点是:
1.由于本发明的锥形筒体为上端小、下端大的形状,气流在在锥形筒体内旋转时呈减速离心状态,使气流压力损失小,因此能保证吸尘器的吸尘效果不受影响。
2.本发明锥形筒体下部的气流旋转速度比上部慢,因此可避免集尘盒底部的灰尘产生扬尘现象,从而使通过出风管流出的空气不会产生二次污染的情况。
3.本发明的进风管在进入圆形筒体之前已经绕圆形筒体旋转了四分之一圈以上,可以使带有灰尘的气流在进入圆形筒体后的旋转效果更好。
4.现有技术中的旋风除尘装置体积较大,较适合于分离粗大颗粒灰尘,而对细小颗粒灰尘的分离效果相对较差,而本发明就比较适合于分离细小颗粒的灰尘,尤其是用在吸尘器的二级过滤***中效果最佳。
5.本发明的尺寸大小可按比例缩放,当装置尺寸较小时,其滤尘效果更好。
6.本发明不仅可以除去细小的灰尘颗粒,而且还可以降低噪音,其工作时发出的声响比现有技术要低得多。

                        具体实施方式
实施例:如图1、图2、图3所示,一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,由上至下依次为圆形筒体(1)、锥形筒体(2)、集尘盒(3),圆形筒体(1)的顶部延轴线设置有出风管(4),出风管(4)向下伸入圆形筒体(1)内,出风管(4)的下端面呈喇叭形状,圆形筒体(1)的外侧壁连接有进风管(5),并且进风管(5)至少延圆形筒体(1)绕过90°弧度后再进入圆形筒体(1);锥形筒体(2)呈上端小、下端大的形状,锥角V的最佳范围为5°--60°,锥形筒体(2)的下部设有伞形反射盘(6),伞形反射盘(6)与锥形筒体(2)的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙(8),落尘环隙(8)内设有筋条(9)使伞形反射盘(6)与锥形筒体(2)连接固定,伞形反射盘(6)的中心设有回流孔(7)。
本发明圆形筒体(1)直径D的最佳范围为18-80mm,出风管(4)直径的最佳范围为3-40mm,高度的最佳范围为0.8-1.5D,出风管(4)下端喇叭口宽度t的最佳范围为小于0.3D,锥形筒体(2)锥角V的最佳范围为5°--60°,进风管(5)宽高比的最佳范围为0.1-1,回流孔(7)孔径的最佳范围为小于0.5D,落尘环隙(8)间隙宽度的最佳范围为小于0.5D。
工作时,含尘气流沿切线方向进入圆形筒体(1)内,由上而下地减速旋转到达伞形反射盘(6),此时,已经靠离心力净化的气流大部分形成上旋气流从出风管(4)中排出,少部分气流则与因离心力作用而被分离出来的尘粒一起沿着锥形筒体(2)的内壁呈螺旋状向下滑落,经伞形反射盘(6)周缘的落尘环隙(8)进入集尘盒(3),在伞形反射盘(6)的顶部即整个除尘装置的中心位置则无粉尘积聚,由于伞形反射盘(6)的作用,防止了返回气流重新卷起粉尘,避免了扬尘现象和空气二次污染的产生,同时也提高了除尘效率。
由于本发明的锥形筒体(2)为上端小、下端大的形状,气流在在锥形筒体(2)内旋转时呈减速离心状态,使气流压力损失小,因此能保证吸尘器的吸尘效果不受影响;本发明锥形筒体(2)下部的气流旋转速度比上部慢,因此可避免集尘盒(3)底部的灰尘产生扬尘现象,从而使通过出风管(4)流出的空气不会产生二次污染的情况;本发明的进风管(5)在进入圆形筒体(1)之前已经绕圆形筒体(1)旋转了四分之一圈以上,可以使带有灰尘的气流在进入圆形筒体(1)后的旋转效果更好;现有技术中的旋风除尘装置体积较大,较适合于分离粗大颗粒灰尘,而对细小颗粒灰尘的分离效果相对较差,而本发明就比较适合于分离细小颗粒的灰尘,尤其是用在吸尘器的二级过滤***中效果最佳;本发明的尺寸大小可按比例缩放,当装置尺寸较小时,其滤尘效果更好;本发明不仅可以除去细小的灰尘颗粒,而且还可以降低噪音,其工作时发出的声响比现有技术要低得多。

Claims (11)

1.一种吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,包括由上至下依次连接的圆形筒体(1)、锥形筒体(2)和集尘盒(3),圆形筒体(1)的上端设有出风管(4),出风管(4)纵向设置并伸入圆形筒体(1)内,圆形筒体(1)的外壁上部设有进风管(5),其特征在于:所述锥形筒体(2)上端小、下端大,锥形筒体(2)内位于出风管(4)的下方设有伞形反射盘(6),伞形反射盘(6)的中心设有回流孔(7),伞形反射盘(6)的周缘与锥形筒体(2)的侧壁之间设有落尘环隙(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述进风管(5)至少延圆形筒体(1)侧壁绕过90°圆弧后再进入圆形筒体(1)内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述落尘环隙(8)内设有若干个筋条(9)使伞形反射盘(6)连接固定。
4.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述伞形反射盘(6)位于锥形筒体(2)的下部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述伞形反射盘(6)位于集尘盒(3)的上部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述圆形筒体(1)直径D的范围为18-80mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述出风管(4)直径的范围为3-40mm,高度的范围为0.8-1.5D,出风管(4)下端喇叭口宽度t的范围为小于0.3D。
8.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述锥形筒体(2)锥角V的范围为5°--60°。
9.根据权利要求1所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述进风管(5)宽高比的范围为0.1-1。
10.根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述回流孔(7)孔径的范围为小于0.5D。
11.根据权利要求6所述的吸尘器减速离心除尘装置,其特征在于:所述落尘环隙(8)间隙宽度的范围为小于0.5D。
