Abstract

一种无机抗菌陶瓷及生产工艺。其中在该无机抗菌陶瓷中的抗菌活性材料组份包括纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶。该无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺包括:(1)按配方称出抗菌活性材料;(2)搅拌、调pH值、静置;(3)干燥;(4)抗菌活性材料粉体与釉料一起球磨;(5)将抗菌活性材料与釉料混合物施于陶瓷表面并进行烧结。本发明具有生产工艺简单、不还原变色、抗菌能力强的特点。本发明适合作为制造各类卫生陶器的材料。

Description

无机抗菌陶瓷及生产工艺
本发明属于材料技术领域,特别是一种具有抗菌作用的无机抗菌陶瓷及该陶瓷的生产工艺。
现有的抗菌陶瓷一般是采用将具有抗菌活性的金属或金属化合物材料附着在陶瓷的表面上而成。其抗菌陶瓷的生产方法一般是:所选用的具有抗菌活性的金属或金属化合物材料通过气相沉积附着在陶瓷如瓦或卫生陶器的表面上而成。如在中国专利公开号CN1149039所公开的一种抗菌陶瓷的生产方法中,所选用的抗菌材料是银或氧化银,所采用的生产方法是:通过在窑内加热银或氧化银来汽化银或氧化银,在冷却区中蒸汽与陶瓷接触以使之沉积在陶瓷上。上述现有的抗菌陶瓷及生产方法存在着以下不足之处:(1)操作烦琐、工艺难控制、生产成本较高;(2)抗菌效果受环境的影响较大;(3)易造成制品变色。
本发明的任务是针对现有的抗菌陶瓷及生产方法所存在着的上述生产操作烦琐、工艺难控制、生产成本高,抗菌效果受环境影响较大,制品易变色的不足之处,提供一种生产工艺简单、不还原变色、抗菌能力强的无机抗菌陶瓷及该陶瓷的生产工艺。
本发明的任务是以如下方式完成的:无机抗菌陶瓷中的抗菌活性材料组份包括纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶,它们之间的比例为5∶35∶25,其中抗菌活性材料纳米银的粒度在100纳米以下,纯度在99.5%以上。无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺为:(1)按配方称出抗菌活性材料纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶放入容器中;(2)经搅拌30分钟后,用酸调PH值至5—7后,静置24小时以上;(3)用真空干燥器将上述抗菌活性材料混合物干燥至粉状;(4)按抗菌活性材料混合物与釉料干重量混合比98∶2的比例将上述抗菌活性材料混合物粉体与釉料一起进行球磨5小时;(5)将上述掺有抗菌活性材料混合物粉体的釉料施于陶瓷表面作为釉面进行烧结,烧结的温度为1100℃—1250℃,即得到一种不还原、不变色、抗菌性能好的抗菌陶瓷。其中釉料的配方可以是常规的陶瓷配方。
本发明与现有的抗菌陶瓷及生产方法相比,具有生产工艺简单、不还原变色、抗菌能力强的特点。经测试,当作用时间在240分钟时,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率均在99.9%以上。本发明适合作为制造各类卫生陶器的材料。
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
一种无机抗菌陶瓷,其中它的抗菌活性材料由纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶组成,它们之间的比例为5∶35∶25,其中纳米银的粒度为100纳米,纯度99.9%。该无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺是:(1)按配方称出抗菌活性材料纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶放入容器中;(2)经搅拌30分钟后,用酸调PH值至6后,静置24小时;(3)用真空干燥器将上述抗菌活性材料混合物干燥至粉状;(4)按抗菌活性材料混合物与釉料干重量混合比98∶2的比例将上述抗菌活性材料混合物粉体与釉料一起进行球磨5小时;(5)将上述掺有抗菌活性材料混合物粉体的釉料施于陶瓷表面作为釉面进行烧结,烧结的温度为1150℃,即得到一种不还原、不变色、抗菌性能好的抗菌陶瓷。其中釉料的配方用常规的陶瓷配方。

Claims (6)

1、一种无机抗菌陶瓷,其特征在于该无机抗菌陶瓷中的抗菌活性材料组份包括纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶。
2、根据权利要求1所述的无机抗菌陶瓷,其特征在于抗菌活性材料纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶它们之间的比例为5∶35∶25。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的无机抗菌陶瓷,其特征在于抗菌活性材料中的纳米银的粒度在100纳米以下,纯度在99.5%以上。
4、一种无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于该工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)按配方称出抗菌活性材料纳米银、纳米氧化硅和纳米氧化铝溶胶放入容器中;
(2)经搅拌30分钟后,用酸调PH值至5—7后,静置24小时以上;
(3)用真空干燥器将上述抗菌活性材料混合物干燥至粉状;
(4)将上述抗菌活性材料混合物粉体与釉料一起进行球磨5小时;
(5)将上述掺有抗菌活性材料混合物粉体的釉料施于陶瓷表面作为釉面进行烧结,烧结的温度为1100℃—1250℃,即得到无机抗菌陶瓷。
5、根据权利要求4所述的无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于抗菌活性材料混合物粉体与釉料干重量之间的比例为:98∶2。
6、根据权利要求4或5所述的无机抗菌陶瓷的生产工艺,其特征在于其中釉料的配方是常规的陶瓷配方。
