Abstract

本发明涉及一种装置,用来将一种可流动的物质涂敷到一条移动的材料带(11)上,特别用来将胶水涂敷到一条纸带上。上述装置具有一个涂胶辊(7),该涂胶辊在一个涂敷区(9)内将从一储存容器(2)中蘸取出来的胶水层转移到材料带(11)上。这时,该涂胶辊与一个将材料带(11)压在涂胶辊(7)上的压紧装置例如一个反压辊(13)配合而起作用。压紧装置设计得较窄于材料带(11),以便防止部分涂层物质在材料带边缘被侧向地挤压出来。由于涂敷装置具有上述结构,所以在移动的材料带上能获得一种均匀的平面的物质涂敷,从而避免了材料带边缘受到污染。

Description

用于将一种物质涂敷到一 条材料带上的装置
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1前序部分所述的装置，用来将一种可流动的物质涂敷到一条移动的材料带上，特别是用来将胶水涂敷到一条纸带上。
这一种装置已由DE-43 09 951 A1公开过。该装置优先作为涂胶装置，用在过滤嘴香烟制造中所采用的过滤嘴装配机上。利用这一装置，可以从一个胶水储存容器中连续不断地将液态胶水涂敷到一条包覆用纸带上，该纸带随后被切分成小的包覆用纸片，以用于连接烟丝棒和过滤嘴栓。当然，可以利用这样一种装置将不同种类的可流动的物质涂敷到不同种类的材料带上去。
本发明的任务是：在一条移动的材料带上实现完善的物质涂敷，同时尽最大可能地防止涂敷装置和导引装置受到涂敷物质的污染。
按本发明，上述任务以开头述及的一种装置得以解决，其具有如权利要求1中所提出的那些特征。
本发明的改进、完善以及有利的技术方案的各项特征，分别包含在各项从属权利要求中。
本发明提供的优点是：可将一层均匀的薄薄的涂敷物质涂敷到移动的材料带上，同时可避免材料带的边缘被弄脏。借助窄的压紧装置，可以防止可流动的涂敷物质的一部分横向地从材料带下面被挤压出来，并防止材料带边缘区域受到污染。特别有利的是，把本发明提出的装置用在制造过滤嘴香烟所用的过滤嘴装配机的涂胶装置上，因为在那里横向地从包覆用纸带下挤压出来的胶水可能使包覆用纸带日后在制成品上的显眼部位中导致出现有妨碍的斑点。本发明的另一个重要优点在于：考虑到无胶水区域，使压紧装置的结构带有一些间隙，致使涂敷物质不会被压紧装置压入到那些不应该以涂敷物质涂层的区域中去。在过滤嘴装配机上，在包覆用纸带上涂胶时，上述无胶水区域例如是在包覆用纸带两侧配有打孔痕迹的窄带。就是说本发明能保证包覆用纸带的打孔区域保持没有胶水的状态。由于包覆用纸带的涂胶更加均匀而清洁，所以特别在过滤嘴装配机上通过本发明还可获得以下优点：在涂胶装置范围内，在包覆用纸带的引导装置上以及在用来从包覆用纸带切下单个包覆用纸片的切裁装置上，产生较少污染；只需要用辊手施加较小的压力，便可用包覆用纸片将香烟缠绕起来，这样既可减小香烟的硬度损失，又能获得更圆的香烟，也就是说能改善产品质量。此外，由于利用本发明降低了香烟透气度的波动，使产品具有更高质量。
下面将参照附图对本发明做更详细的说明。

图2图1中所示装置的轧辊布置的俯视图；
图3图1中所示实施例的一种变型的一个截面图。
在图1中示意地示明本发明提出的一种装置的横截面，该装置用来将一种可流动的物质涂敷到一条移动的材料带上。这一实例中，涉及一种涂胶装置，它怎样用在过滤嘴香烟制造所用的一种过滤嘴装配机上。这种过滤嘴装配机例如在US 4 249 547(相应于DE 30 13 979A1)的图1中示出和描述过。
在储存容器1中备有一种涂敷物质2，在图示的实施例中是一种胶水。一个依箭头方向3旋转的取料辊4浸入上述物质中，并按已知方式在其圆周上沾上一层胶水出来。这一层胶水被一个与该取料辊的圆周相接触的、依箭头方向6反向旋转的涂胶辊7所接受，并作为涂层物质被传递到一条依箭头方向8移动的、并与在涂敷区9中与涂胶辊7相切的材料带11上。材料带11是经由辊子12被导引的。在涂敷区9的部位，一个压紧装置设计为一个反压辊13，将移动的材料带11压到旋转的涂胶辊7的圆周表面上。
图2表示反压辊13和涂胶辊7在压紧区9的设置沿图1中箭头II所示方向的俯视图。如图2所示，涂胶辊7支承在一个轴14上，该轴则支承在机器外壳16中。反压辊13被支承在一个可在外壳16上回转地支承的摇杆17上。摇杆17的回转轴以18表示。反压辊13没有自身的传动机构，它旋转所浇的轴以标记19表示。材料带11依箭头方向8从涂胶辊7和反压辊13之间移动而过。
从图2所示的视图中可以看出：反压辊13比材料带11窄一些。这样便可达到下述目的：从涂胶辊17传递到材料带11上的胶水层，在反压辊13压在材料带上的部位，分布得十分的薄平而且均匀；但胶水不会在材料带11的边缘上被侧向地挤出来。因此，在涂胶装置范围内，在顺流的导引机构上，以及在用于材料带的导引和继续加工的机组上，都可减少污染。
材料带11，在所示的实施例中涉及的是包覆用纸带，具有两排打孔痕迹21，由两个平行的孔列组成。如所周知，这些打孔的作用在于：为过滤嘴香烟的以包覆用纸片缠绕起来的过滤嘴部分提供符合要求的透气度。涂胶辊7是按已知方式这样设计的，使得在打孔痕迹21的范围内没有胶水被转移到材料带11上。上述这种涂胶辊的设计原理例如在上面已经提到的US 4249547中做了介绍。为了上因反压辊13的作用而将胶水挤入到打孔痕迹21的范围中以及封闭打孔，反压辊在其圆周面上具有一些径向间缝或刺痕22，借此，在打孔痕迹的部位没有压力施加到材料带上。这样，就可大大防止制成的香烟透气度的波动现象，至少也可大大减小这种波动。
反压辊31的表面最好设计得有弹性，它可以用橡皮或硅树脂做成。为了反压辊13获得最佳效应，要求仅施加数量级为大约0.5巴的压紧力。反压辊没有自己的传动机构，所以它只能由移动的材料带11来带动旋转。为了实现快速的更换，它可以利用一个快速锁栓固定在摇杆17上。
代替旋转的反压辊13，也可以配置一个固定的压紧元件23作为压紧装置，如图3中示明的那种压紧元件。上述压紧元件23例如可以用一块弹簧叶片或者用塑料做成，并且如图1和2中所示的反压辊那样，安置在一个支承在机器外壳16中的摇杆24上。除此之外，图3中所示的与图1中所示的一致。

Claims (8)

1.一种装置，用来将一种可流动的物质涂敷到一条移动的材料带上，特别是用来将胶水涂敷到一条纸带上，它配有一个旋转的涂胶辊，该涂胶辊在其圆周面上带有从一储存容器中蘸取出来的一胶水层；还具有一个涂胶区，在该涂胶区内材料带与涂胶辊处于转移胶水的接触之中；还配有一个将涂胶区内的材料带压在涂胶辊上的压紧装置，其特征在于：压紧装置(13，23)比材料带(11)窄。
2.如权利要求1中所述的装置，其特征在于：压紧装置(13，23)具有一个带有间隙(22)的压紧表面，在此间隙内该压紧装置不接触到材料带(11)。
3.如权利要求1或2中所述的装置，其特征在于：间隙(22)的形状和布置都是预定同一个被转移到材料带(11)上的胶水涂敷层样式相一致的。
4.如权利要求1至3的任一项中所述的装置，其特征在于：压紧装置(13，23)以一个大约为0.5巴的压紧力压紧在材料带(11)和涂胶辊(7)上。
5.如权利要求1至4的任一项中所述的装置，其特征在于：配置了一个反压辊(13)作为压紧装置。
6.如权利要求5中所述的装置，其特征在于：反压辊(13)的圆周面具有径向的环形间隙(22)。
7.如权利要求5或6中所述的装置，其特征在于：反压辊(13)具有一种弹性的圆周表面。
8.如权利要求1至4的任一项中所述的装置，其特征在于：配置了一个用弹簧片或弹性塑料做的固定的压紧元件(23)，以之用作为压紧装置。
