Abstract
一种可采用高压缩比和高空燃比的直喷式汽油机气缸套点火室燃烧***,其属于发动机混合气形成和燃烧领域。在气缸套上部设有一个点火室,在活塞顶上设有一个燃烧室。汽油喷嘴喷出的辅油束进入位于气缸套上的点火室内形成过浓混合气,而主油束只在燃烧室内形成稀混合气。被点燃的浓混合气迅速燃烧的高温高压燃气经通道冲入燃烧室中,与燃烧室内的稀混合气进行二次混合和燃烧,实现高压缩比、高空燃比的迅速完全燃烧。尽管采用了较高的压缩比,但总的空燃比很大,在保证点燃的情况下,改善了发动机的经济性和排气污染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种可采用高压缩比和高空燃比的直喷式汽油机气缸套点火室燃烧***,其属于发动机混合气形成和燃烧领域。
背景技术
众所周知,汽油是挥发性好而较难自燃的燃料,故汽油机一直采用均质混合气并用外源点燃的燃烧方式。这样就存在两个问题:一是工作时混合气范围窄,α=0.6~1.2(A/F=9~18),并且常在α<1的浓混合气下工作,必然使汽油机经济性差,并生成大量HC和CO;二是理论和实践都已证明,提高压缩比是提高汽油机热效率最有效的方法,但受到爆燃等不正常燃烧和排气污染的限制。目前汽油机的有效热效率远不如柴油机,为了解决汽油机经济性和排气污染的问题,研究汽油机采用直喷式燃烧方式是十分重要的。
发明内容
为了解决上述汽油机混合气浓度范围窄和不能采用较高压缩比的问题,本发明提供一种汽油机气缸套点火室燃烧***,该燃烧***采用高压缩比和高空燃比,采用质调节,利用局部瞬时的低空燃比,确保正常点燃和迅速燃烧,以达到提高汽油机的热效率和降低排气污染的目的。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种汽油机气缸套点火室燃烧***,它主要由一个燃烧室和一个点火室组成,在点火室与燃烧室之间设有通道。在气缸套上部设有一个点火室,在活塞顶上设有一个燃烧室。在活塞顶上点火室的位置设有一个与燃烧室相通的通道,通道可以与燃烧室的周边成法向和切向之间的任何角度布置,安装在气缸盖上的汽油喷嘴喷出的辅油束射入点火室中,主油束射入燃烧室中,安装在气缸套上的火花塞位于点火室中。
上述技术方案的指导思想是:辅油束在火花塞周围形成极易点燃的浓混合气,在点火室内形成一次混合和燃烧,燃烧产生的高温高压燃气冲入燃烧室,形成二次混合和燃烧,由于此时活塞已越过上止点开始下行,有效地控制了最高燃烧压力。
本发明的有益效果是:由于安装在燃烧室内的多孔汽油喷嘴喷出的辅油束进入点火室内形成过浓混合气,而主油束只在燃烧室内形成稀混合气,尽管采用了较高的压缩比,但总的空燃比很大,在保证点燃的情况下,改善了发动机的经济性和排气污染。试验证明:压缩比为15,总空燃比为25时,燃油消耗率有明显下降,甚至比分隔式燃烧室的柴油机还好,污染可达欧洲标准。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中,由气缸盖2、活塞5和气缸套6组成一个燃烧室10,在气缸套6上部设有一个点火室4,在活塞5的顶部点火室4的位置设有一个与燃烧室10相通的通道8,根据组织燃烧的要求,通道8可以与燃烧室10的周边成法向和切向之间的任何角度布置。安装在气缸盖2上的汽油喷嘴1喷出的一束辅油束7直接射入点火室4中,至少二束主油束9射入燃烧室10中,辅油束7在安装在气缸套6上的火花塞3的头部周围形成极易被点燃的浓混合气,迅速燃烧的高温高压燃气经通道8冲入燃烧室10中,与燃烧室10内的主油束9形成的稀混合气进行二次混合和燃烧,实现高压缩比、高空燃比的迅速完全燃烧。从而达到进一步改善发动机的动力性、经济性和排放污染的指标。该实施例采用的压缩比为15,总空燃比为25,发动机正常工作,各项性能良好。

1.一种汽油机气缸套点火室燃烧***,它主要由一个燃烧室和一个点火室组成,点火室与燃烧室之间设有通道,其特征在于:在气缸套(6)上部设有一个点火室(4),在活塞顶上设有一个燃烧室(10),在活塞顶上点火室(4)的位置设有一个与燃烧室(10)相通的通道(8),安装在气缸盖(2)上的汽油喷嘴(1)喷出的辅油束(7)射入点火室(4)中,主油束(9)射入燃烧室(10)中,安装在气缸套(6)上的火花塞(3)位于点火室(4)中。
