Abstract
The present invention utilizes chemical method, electromagnetic method and physical method to soften high hardness drinking water, i. e. utilizes regulation of pH value of water to be treated to form calcium-magnetisum granules capable of easily separated from water, and under the action of electromagnetic field produces high-effective active flocculant, and utilizes the action of net catch to deposit and remove the ions resulting in hardening water. Said complete set treatment equipment includes flowmeter, reaction tank, chemicals adding device, electric system and pressure filter, etc.. Said invention is stable in water quality, has no need of pretreatment and after-treatment, and its water-saving rate is above 98%.
Description
The invention relates to water purification technology.
In recent years, with the improvement of the living standard and the development of economy of people, the demand of people for improving the quality of drinking water is higher and higher. However, in northern areas of China, a plurality of high-hardness water areas exist, which not only influences the improvement of the living standard of people, but also even restricts the development of local economy. Because there is no good water source, many industries cannot develop, and the local economy is greatly limited, a good hard water treatment method and a good hard water treatment product are urgently needed to solve the problem. At present, the hard water treatment softening technology mainly comprises the following technologies: chemical addition, ion exchange, electrodialysis, electrocoagulation, membrane processes, etc., but these methods have drawbacks. The hardness reduction effect of the dosing method is stable, but the labor intensity is high, the occupied area is large, and post-treatment is needed; the ion exchange method is not suitable for treating high hard water and needs frequent regeneration, and the influence of human factors is large; electrodialysis requires pretreatment, and the water recovery rate is too low; the membrane method is expensive in manufacturing cost and needs pretreatment, and is generally unacceptable to drinking water treatment users, so that the methods are difficult to be really applied to purification of high-hardness water.
The invention aims to provide a method for treating high-hardness water and a complete set of purification equipment, namely, the high-hardness water is treated by a chemical method, an electromagnetic method and a physical method (three-method purification).
The method of the invention is realized as follows: firstly, adding alkali to adjust the pH value of water to form micro calcium magnesium particle Ca which is easy to dehydrate2+、Mg2+And then generating high-efficiency active flocculant under the action of an electric field, a magnetic field and an active electrode, settling hardness-causing ions under the action of the electromagnetic field through net catching, co-settling and double electric layers, and simultaneously combining with a filtering technology to remove the hardness.
The reaction process is as follows:
flocculation reaction:
electrode reaction:
the following settings are made according to the treated water quantity and the water quality:
applied voltage: the voltage between the polar plates is 4-30V, and the current is 2-40A
Adding the medicine amount: the pH value is adjusted to 7.0-12, generally one ten thousandth to one hundred thousand.
The three-method water purification complete purification equipment comprises the following components in a connection sequence: water pump 1 → flowmeter 2 → reaction tank 3 (dosing device 5, energizing device 4) → pressure filter 8 → sterilizer 11.
The flowmeter is used for displaying the amount of treated water so as to set the dosing and charging amount. The treated water flows through the flowmeter and then enters the reaction tank 3, the top of the reaction tank is provided with an exhaust port 7, and the bottom of the reaction tank is provided with a dirt discharge port 6. The reaction tank 3 is also provided with a dosing device 5 and an electrifying device 4. The medicine adding device 5 comprises auxiliary equipment such as a medicine dissolving box, a medicine liquid box, a stirrer, a medicine adding pump and the like. The energizing means 4 supplies a constant voltage and constant current power to the electrodes to form an electric field. The reaction tank 3 is connected with a pressure filter 8, and the treated water flows out of the reaction tank 3 and then enters the pressure filter 8. The filter is provided with an inlet hole 9 and a pressure gauge 10, and the filter material 12 such as high-quality quartz sand, anthracite, magnetic iron sand, mineral spring stone and the like is arranged in the filter. The treated water flows out of the filter, enters the sterilizer for sterilization, and then flows into the clean water tank.
The three-method water purification method comprehensively integrates the chemical precipitation method, the electrocoagulation method and the physical filtration method, absorbs the advantages of stable hardness reduction by the chemical addition method and the advantages of simplicity and convenience in electrocoagulation and wide treatment range, and simultaneously combines the filtration technology to create a novel treatment technology. The technology can effectively reduce the hardness, the effluent quality is stable, the water saving rate is more than 98 percent, the technology is incomparable to the common method, the regeneration is needed, the influence of human factors is small, themembrane is not required to be replaced by acid washing, the pretreatment and the post-treatment are not required, and the water inlet index is wide. The method does not need high investment cost, does not have easily damaged parts and has high automation degree. The complete equipment is simple and convenient to operate, occupies less land, and has a volume reduced by 20 times compared with the traditional dosing method. The device has compact structure, easy installation, low labor intensity, long service life, large water treatment amount, good filtering effect, magnetization and mineralization and other effects.
The attached figure is a schematic diagram of a 'three-method water purification' complete purification device.
Example (b): the drinking water is treated by the technique of the invention in the Beijing Fengtai scientific and technological park, the water hardness of raw water is 720 plus 830mg/l, the daily treatment capacity is 1200 tons, the daily chemical dosage is 100 kilograms, the power voltage is 20V, and the current is 15A. After treatment, the water hardness is generally 320-370mg/l, which reaches the national drinking water standard.
