Abstract

一种鱼蛋白生物肽肥料的制备方法,其特征是先将鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料粉碎,用酸调节pH至1-6.5,再加入降解酶胰蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶进行降解,然后过滤,在0-40℃浓缩,灭菌。本发明的鱼蛋白生物肽肥料含有生物肽,氨基酸的含量尤为丰富,并且含有钙、磷、锌、铜、硒、铁等常量元素、微量元素、维生素等,这种肥料可以使植物充分利用生物蛋白的渗透性和营养性,能提高同工酶和其他生物酶的活性,并借助于与其他有效成份的协同作用,提高了植物的抗病、抗逆性,能改善作物的品质,促进植物生长,是一种新型、环保型动物蛋白肥料。

本发明涉及一种鱼蛋白生物肽肥料的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来我国海洋水产资源发生了巨大的变化,特别是淡水鱼的产量位居世界首位,为我国提供了非常丰富的动物蛋白资源,对低值鱼类及作为加工鱼类所得废弃物蛋白的应用显得尤为重要。自19世纪中叶以来,国内外专家对浓缩鱼蛋白的提取及应用发生了浓厚兴趣,该产品营养丰富,易于消化,可以替代鸡蛋、牛奶,能纠正机体长期缺乏蛋白质而造成的营养不良,并能纠正消化酶紊乱,解除消化不良现象,被广泛应用于食品、饲料、药物等重要领域,但尚未见有相关肥料的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种鱼蛋白生物肽肥料的制备方法,它能弥补现有技术的上述不足。
一种鱼蛋白生物肽肥料的制备方法,其特征是先将鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料粉碎,用酸调节PH至1-6.5,再加入降解酶胰蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶进行降解,然后过滤,在0-40℃浓缩,灭菌,所述的鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料与降解酶的重量比为1∶0.02-1;降解的温度为0-40℃,降解时间为0.5-1200个小时。
本发明的鱼蛋白生物肽肥料含有生物肽,氨基酸的含量尤为丰富,并且含有钙、磷、锌、铜、硒、铁等常量元素、微量元素、维生素等,这种肥料可以使植物充分利用生物蛋白的渗透性和营养性,能提高同工酶和其他生物酶的活性,并借助于与其他有效成份的协同作用,提高了植物的抗病、抗逆性,能改善作物的品质,促进植物生长,是一种新型、环保型动物蛋白肥料。
具体实施方式
将10千克鲜鱼皮粉碎,用硫酸调PH至5,搅拌均匀,然后加入0.3千克胰蛋白酶,在37℃下进行微生物降解30个小时,过滤,37℃浓缩,得成品。
本发明的产品中蛋白质含量为15-60%(重量百分浓度,下同)生物肽8-30%:氨基酸:0.1-60%。
本实施例中所用的鲜鱼皮可改用鲜鱼或鲜鱼骨的下脚料,胰蛋白酶可改用胃蛋白酶,鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料与酶的重量比为1∶0.02-1;降解的温度为0-40℃,降解时间为0.5-1200个小时。

1一种鱼蛋白生物肽肥料的制备方法,其特征是先将鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料粉碎,用酸调节PH至1-6.5,再加入降解酶胰蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶进行降解,然后过滤,在0-40℃浓缩,灭菌,所述的鲜鱼、鲜鱼皮或鲜鱼骨的下脚料与降解酶的重量比为1∶0.02-1;降解的温度为0-40℃,降解时间为0.5-1200个小时。
