一种填料和滤料的松动与冲洗方法,其特征是通过均匀地分布在填料或滤料中及其下方的多孔的主管线、支管线、次管线,立体多方位脉冲式对填料或滤料布水或布气。用本发明的方法清洗松动填料和滤料彻底,干净,效率高,耗能少,既能预防又能消除填料和滤料堵塞、板结和沟流现象。

Description

填料和滤料的松动与冲洗方法
本发明涉及一种化工和环保设备中特别是涉及一种废水处理装置中填料或滤料的松动防板结沟流与冲洗再生防堵塞的方法。
在化工和环保设备中,常用各种填料和滤料,填料和滤料的松动与冲洗常常是必不可少的。传统的松动与冲洗填料或滤料的方法,是将水或气从设备底部或顶部同一平面上释放出来,以其动力来松动或冲洗填料或滤料。但该方法对比重大、易板结、不易清洗的填料和滤料效果不好,常发生堵塞、沟流、冲洗不净等现象。
本发明的目的是提供一种立体多方位脉冲布水或布气方法,用于松动与冲洗填料和滤料,以弥补现有技术的上述不足。
本发明的方法其特征是通过均匀地分布在填料或滤料中及其下方的多孔的主管线、支管线、次管线,立体多方位脉冲式对填料或滤料布水或布气。
用本发明的方法清洗松动填料和滤料彻底,干净,效率高,耗能少,既能预防又能消除填料和滤料堵塞、板结和沟流现象。
下面通过实施例说明本发明。
用废铁屑作填料的废水处理设备,水气均由下面进上面出,填料下和填料中多处均匀设有布气点,具体做法是:布气主管线位于设备填料中心轴处。在该主管线上,每隔200mm设一与之垂直的支管线。在支管线上,每隔200mm设一以轴心为圆心的圆形次管线,与支管线在同一水平面上。各支管线不在同一平面上,自上而下看以轴心为圆心成等角度交错排列。上、下次管线离轴心的距离不同,自上而下看它们等差距交错排列。出气孔开在各管线的下方,出气孔间距50mm,开口方向分与轴心线平行和成45度角两种,成45度角的孔分布在轴心线四周不同的方向。脉冲进气时间间隔为30分钟,每次布气持续时间不超过1分钟。
