Abstract

本发明涉及到一种挤压成形的、横截面为U形的线槽型材,该线槽由一个基极和与基板形成一体的侧板所组成,并带有一个可以与侧板自由端连接的盖板。本发明在同时全部保证所需强度的情况下材料节省地实现这种线槽型材。为此建议至少U形线槽型材的基板在其壁厚上是减薄的并且在这个壁厚减薄的基板上间断地引入起加固作用的模槽。

Description

线槽型材
本发明涉及到一种挤压成形的、横截面为U形的线槽型材,该线槽由一个基板和与基板形成一体的侧板所组成,并带有一个可以与侧板自由端连接的盖板。
这种形式的线槽型材以大量应用为公众所知。它们被用来作为敷设电线或同轴电缆的敷设线槽,应用于墙壁或天花板里面电缆的敷设,用来作为墙裙线槽以及许多其它应用领域。
此类线槽型材通过德国实用新型专利文献77 02 117为公众所知。文献中阐述了U形敷设线槽,通过盖板可以封闭线槽用于容纳线材、电缆、电线、套管以及类似物体的空间。在这种敷设线槽侧壁的自由端沿纵向延伸的长孔用来***固定卡子。
目前对于这种线槽型材,生产者和使用者的愿望是截面的壁厚尽可能地薄。但是由于在制造和敷设过程中所需求的强度使这个愿望受到了限制。
由于这个原因在DE 82 31 934 U1中建议,线槽型材的基板和/或侧板和/或盖板至少部分地由空腔截面构成。这个建议是源于空腔截面一般在轻重量的情况下还具有高强度,因此用这种方法可以实现所期望的材料节省。然而在此忽略了这种形式的空腔截面具有两个以中间连接隔片作为保持间距的连续墙板,相对而言材料节省就受到影响,如果无论如何都要实现这样一种材料节省的话。
本发明的任务在于,在同时全部保证所需稳定性的情况下节省材料地生产这种线槽型材。按照本发明建议至少减薄U形线槽型材的基板壁厚并且在这个壁厚减薄的基板上间断地设置起加固作用的模槽。
本发明利用了例如在波纹管生产制造中广泛运用的经验。在那里通过环形波成型明显地减少管壁横截面,从而可以在具有可以与致密管相媲美的强度的同时以明显减少的材料费用制成环形波纹管。因此本发明的核心是至少在U形线槽型材基板部位上实现一种横波式横向延伸肋。按照本发明这种横向波可以通过模槽、冲裁、在挤压成形过程中通过真空开口链(Vakuumgliederketteu)或者通过剪力差来制造。
对于横向波的作用方式重要的是,横向波引入到被减薄横截面的壁板处。同时可以具有这样的优点,在截面上厚于基板的侧板以其壁厚在拐弯处对于基板微变形地进入基板并且模槽从拐弯壁厚处开始延伸。因此由这个模槽产生的强度一直延伸到加厚的侧板,在这里最好伸至圆弧处(拐弯处)。
在波形周围或者在波形位置上模槽也可以以十字形、T形或其它形式设在壁厚被减薄的基板中。星形、环形、多角形等等可以引入壁厚减薄的壁板。同时模槽可以以简单的形式存在或者在最大负荷面,即在最大弯矩上以V形加固。
特别具有优点的提出,如果在波形模槽周围将环形构成引入基板时,环形构成可以附加促进稳定性的提高。这种环形构成通过加高的周边形成,例如可以在所形成的内部空间里沉入固定螺栓的螺帽。由此这种对于强度附加的提高可以防止要被拉进线槽型材里面的导线被例如锐边螺帽所伤害。
按照本发明的模槽不仅可以引入基板而且可以引入侧板和/或盖板。此外倘若盖板上的横向波矮平的引入,除了加固特性以外还可以附加用来作为凸形的位于盖板基板上的商业标牌,例如公司名称、***标识、检测标志等等。
按照本发明的模槽可以以任意的距离引入产生壁厚减薄的壁板处。模槽也可以以混合形式存在,即同时以垂直于线槽型材纵轴的横波引入基板、侧板和/或盖板并且附加以环形、十字形、星形、T形和多角形模槽。

图1给出了带有盖板3的线槽型材1沿中心线A-A的横截面。线槽型材1由壁厚减薄的基板11和所画出的侧板12所组成,所画出的侧板镜像对称地对应于在线槽型材另一边没有画出的侧板。
横向连续的模槽111伸入壁厚减薄的基板11。这个模槽111在边缘区域延伸到侧板12对于基板11的拐弯处123,使模槽从拐弯123的壁厚处开始。
在模槽111周围在基板11中形成环形模槽112。这个环形模槽112以其环绕的周边1121界定了环形的向上凸起、其与模槽111的高度相对应并保护性地围绕固定螺栓的螺帽4。
图2给出了具有以间断方式设置的横模槽32,33的盖板3的轴测图。与对具有模槽111的基板11的描述类似,较厚固定侧板31与壁厚减薄的盖板3的基板34之间的过渡周边处这样设置这些模槽32,33,即使模槽32,33向外凸起。它们以这种形式作为商业印刷的基础层。
图2的模槽32,33也可以透压进线槽型材1的里面13,使盖板3的基板34的上表面产生相应的横向凹入。当然对于基板11所描绘的模槽其它形式结构同样也可以附加于横向模槽或单独引入盖板3的基板34。

Claims (5)

1.一种挤压成形的、横截面为U形的线槽型材,该线槽由一个基板和与基板形成一体的侧板所组成,并带有一个可以与侧板自由端连接的盖板,其特征为,至少U形线槽型材(1)的基板(11)在其壁厚上是减薄的并且在这个壁厚减薄的基板(11)上间断地设置起加固作用的模槽(111,112)。
2.如权利要求1的线槽型材,其特征为,模槽(111)横向跨越基板(11)的宽度延伸。
3.如权利要求1或2的线槽型材,其特征为,在截面上厚于基板(11)的侧板(12)以其壁厚在拐弯处(123)对于基板(11)微变形地进入基板(11)并且模槽(111)从拐弯(123)壁厚处开始延伸。
4.如上述权利要求之一的线槽型材,其特征为,模槽以十字形、星形、环形、T形或多角形跨越基板(11)延伸。
5.如权利要求1的线槽型材,其特征为,模槽(111,112,32,33)引入基板(11)和/或侧板(12)和/或盖板(3)。
