Abstract
本发明涉及有至少两个频率范围且为每个频率范围提供至少一个天线装置的发送接收机。为实现频率范围分开的更好的发送接收机,提供至少一个绝缘谐振天线(DRA)以组成至少一个天线装置。由于它的物理特性,绝缘谐振天线只在它的谐振频率附近的窄的频率范围内操作。因此,由绝缘谐振天线组成的天线装置有很窄的频带,使不同频率范围很好的分离。
Description
本发明涉及有至少两个频率范围每个频率范围至少有一个天线装置的发射接收机。
进一步,本发明涉及带有这种发射接收机的移动无线电话。
有至少两个频率的发射接收机用于,例如,无绳电话或移动无线电领域。不同频率范围与,例如,发射频带和接收频带有关。图1示出移动无线电话中的发射接收机的电路图。天线1用于发射和接收数据。为避免发射信号在接收电路2中截止,发射电路2和接收电路3是分开的。为此,可用带有两个锐截止带通滤波器5,6的双向滤波器4。带通滤波器5调谐为接收频带而令一个滤波器6调谐至发射频带。结果,发射信号到达天线1,因为滤波器6很少衰减发射频率,发射信号不能达到接收电路2,因为滤波器5阻止该频带。天线1接收的信号被带通滤波器5衰减很少从而到达接收电路,但它被滤波器6衰减很多。因此,双向滤波器4有很小的发射损失并有锐截止滤波特性。进一步,可使用有源电子开关7(例如,由PIN二极管的方式实现)将发射电路3和接收电路2在天线1上分开,如图2中所式。这种开关需要为开关7提供附加控制信号,一般来说,这是一种昂贵的方式。进一步,因为要实现快速的开关,开关的要求很高。进一步,要提供多个滤波器,分别为发射电路3和接收电路2滤波。
欧洲专利申请EP 0 481 986公开了一种无线通讯电话,它带有位于同一外壳中的发射机和接收机,带有连接到发射机的第一天线,调谐至发射机,和连接至接收机的第二天线,调谐至接收机,两个天线互相分开。该无线通讯电话带有一个外壳,装有一个发射机和一个接收机。该无线通讯电话可同时发射和接收。第一天线连接至接收机,第二天线连接至发射机,发射机和接收机在不同频率下工作。调谐至不同频率的天线通过一个滤波器分别连接至接收机和发射机。由于发射和接收天线有不对称的发射特性和发射特性被调谐为使发射机和接收机的天线总是彼此分开,实现发射和接收电路彼此分开。但是,在同方向中发射和接收的传输***中这是非常不利的。进一步,大多数情况下,要求和/或希望有在一定方向上发射和接收有相应的发射特性。
为此,本发明的目的在于提供一种有简化的频带互相分开的发射接收机。
根据本发明,通过提供至少一个绝缘谐振天线(DRA)形成至少一个天线装置实现本目的。由于绝缘谐振天线的物理特性,它只能在它的谐振频率附近的较窄的范围内工作。因此,由绝缘谐振天线组成的天线装置有很窄的频带,它的不同频带,例如,发射和接收频带,可达到很好的分离。通过改变DRA的几何或其他参数,将谐振频率和带宽调节到频率范围不同的发射***所需的要求。
在本发明的最佳实施例中,第一天线用于第一频率范围的接收和第二天线用于第二频率范围的发射。这一实施例很适合用于发射和接收频率范围不同的传输***,例如,GSM900,GSM1800,DECT和其他。
本发明进一步的实施例用于第一天线用于第一传输***中的频率范围的接收(或发射)和第二天线用于第二传输***中的频率范围的接收(或发射)。该实施例中,发射接收机可在不同传输***中同时工作。它可能使用超过两个天线,因而可使用多个频率范围。此外,可得到在一个发射接收机中为不同传输***的不同频率范围组合不同天线。
进一步,本发明的目的是提供一种移动无线电话,它带有包括至少一个组成至少一个天线装置的绝缘谐振天线(DRA)的发射接收机。

图3示出一种发射接收机,它包括带有接收天线8的接收电路2和带有发射天线的发射电路3。接收天线8和发射天线9使用了绝缘谐振天线(DRA),它们都非常小型化和可能用于表面安装(SMD技术)。进一步,由于它的物理特性,DRA有很窄的频带(只能在谐振频率附近的频带中工作)。该绝缘谐振天线包括一个位于金属处理的表面的绝缘体(通常为陶瓷)。但是,可使用带有这种特性的其他天线,例如,微带天线,它的一个导电结构作为发射元件位于一个(基本是绝缘的)基板上而基板背面上的导电层形成参考电势。发射天线9调谐至发射频率,接收天线8调谐至接收频率。由于频率较窄这一特性,不再需要为分割接收电路8和发射电路9而设置滤波器。通过绝缘基板的发射元件(谐振器)的特出设计或提供信号的方式来调谐不同的频率范围。一般由同轴线或微带线提供信号。
带有由绝缘谐振天线实现的接收天线8和发射天线9的发射接收机可实现非常窄的频带。为使发射接收机在不同频率范围内工作,特别重要的是每个带宽有一个范围。这避免一个电路被另一个电路(在另一个频率范围)中的信号干扰。由于本发明的发射接收机中的天线8和9有很窄的频率范围,不需要附加滤波器。
图4示出作为一个例子的基本形式的DRA。除了平行六面体的形式外,也可是其他形式,例如,圆柱或球形。绝缘谐振天线是只在其谐振频率之一附近的一个窄频带工作的谐振元件。DRA10的谐振频率取决于DRA10的尺寸。为了获得最小的尺寸,使用最低的谐振(Tez 111-mode)。示出的DRA10由(Ba,Nd,Gd)三氧化钛尺寸为40×40×7.6mm3的平行六面体实现。该材料适合用于高频,绝缘常数大约εr=85,低绝缘损失tanδ=4×10-4和低绝缘温度系数τε=-30ppm/℃(NPO特性)。DRA10的工作频率在其最低谐振(Tez 111-mode)中的1GHz。对不同尺寸,谐振频率将有改变。DRA10的典型尺寸为大约20×20×6mm3,工作频率为1.9GHz(DECT)。
这种发射接收机很适合用于发射和接收使用不同频率范围的移动无线电话(例如,GSM***的发射和接收的频率范围分别是890-915MHz和935-960MHz)。进一步,基于DECT的无绳电话,基于DCS1800和PHS的移动无线电话和其他传输***的设备在一个设备中使用不同频率范围,也是本发明的应用范围。可得到在多于一个传输***中工作的组合设备。
Claims (5)
1.一种有至少两个频率范围并为每个频率范围提供至少一个天线装置(8,9)的发送接收机,其特征在于,提供至少一个绝缘谐振天线(DRA)以组成至少一个天线装置(8,9)。
2.如权利要求1的发送接收机,其特征在于,提供第一天线(8)用于第一频率的接收和提供第二天线(9)用于第二频率的发送。

5.一种包含有至少两个频率范围且为每个频率范围提供至少一个天线装置(8,9)的发送接收机的移动无线电话,其特征在于,提供至少一个绝缘谐振天线(DRA)以组成至少一个天线装置(8,9)。
