Abstract

Description
发明背景
本发明总的涉及旋转式热交换器,更准确地说,涉及用于这种旋转式热交换器的热交换篮。
旋转蓄热式热交换器用来把热量从一个热气流(例如烟道气流)传递到另一个冷气流(例如燃烧空气)中。转子中装有许多吸热材料,该材料最初被放在热气流通道中,热量就在此处由吸热材料所吸收。当转子转动时,已被加热的吸收性材料进入冷气流通道中并在此处把热量从吸收性材料传递给冷气流。
在一台典型的旋转式热交换器例如旋转蓄热式热交换器中,圆筒形转子设置在一个中央转子柱上并且由多个从转子柱延伸到转子的外圆周壳体上的径向隔壁(称做隔板)分成多个扇形的隔间。这些扇形隔间中装有单元式热交换篮,该篮装有许多通常由层叠的板状材料组成的吸热材料。
常规的热交换篮包括一个框架,该框架在其各侧都是敞口的并且具有几个其上装有盖的侧壁。篮在篮的热与冷面之间沿着外侧篮盖的弦宽受到径向变形。该变形是由于板状件的组装压力而引起的。在把篮安装到隔间内需要严格的尺寸公差的情况下,这种变形就可能成为一个问题。此外,这种变形还可能引起相邻篮之间或者同转子结构的干扰。在这种变形不可接受的场合,常规的篮使用了由厚板材料制成的框架件和盖以便承受由热交换元件所作用的力。这种篮结构给转子增加了多余重量并且损害了热传递面积。
发明简介
本发明涉及用来限制热交换篮的盖的变形的新颖的装置。更准确地说,涉及一个焊接在该盖的内表面上的薄板。由于在盖与薄板之间的焊缝型式所造成的收缩将使薄板受到拉伸的预应力。该预应力薄板可以抵抗篮盖组件的变形。

最佳实施例详述
图1是局部切开的一个典型的空气加热器的透视图,图中示出了外壳12,转子14在该外壳内被安装在驱动轴或柱16上,以便沿着箭头18所示的方向转动。该转子由多个扇形区20组成,而每个扇形区又包括多个篮组件22,并且每个扇形区由隔板24所限定。外壳12借助于流体不能透过的扇形板34被分成一个烟道气侧和一个空气侧。一个相应的扇形板还位于该装置的底部。热烟道气通过气体进气道26进入空气加热器,流过转子14并且将热量传递给该转子14,然后通过气体出气道28排出。逆流的流动空气通过空气进气道30进入,流过转子14并将热量吸收,然后通过空气出气道32排出。
现在参看图2,图中示出了转子14的一部分的平面图,如图所示隔板24在转子的中央部分36与转子壳体39之间沿径向延伸。焊接在隔板24上的热板38在隔板24之间延伸。垫板38把每个扇形区20分成多个沿径向相邻的篮式隔间40。篮组件22可以彼此一个挨着一个地沿轴向放入每个隔间中而装入转子中。这种篮组件22还可以沿径向加载。
参看图3和4,现有技术的热交换篮22通常包括一个在其各侧都是敞口的框架42。盖44安装在框架42的侧面上。由装在篮22内的热交换元件46所施加的元件组装压力(用束缚箭头48表示)作用在盖的内表面50上,主要是作用在外侧篮盖44上,从而使盖向外弯曲到一个用虚线44’表示的位置。在把篮安装到隔间40内需要严格的尺寸公差的情况下,这种变形就可能成为一个问题。此外,这种变形还可能引起相邻篮之间或者同转子结构的干扰。
如图5和6中所示,本发明的篮盖组件10包括一个薄板52,该薄板沿着其周边58焊接在篮盖54的内表面56上。最好是,薄板52用与盖54相同的材料构成并且设置在盖54的内表面56的中央位置。通常,薄板52的外部尺寸小于盖54的相应的外部尺寸,使得盖54的一部分60在各个侧面都延伸到薄板52以外。可以使用连续焊缝或间断焊缝62把薄板52固定在盖54上,但是间断焊缝比连续焊缝费用较低。焊缝62的数量和位置应这样地选择,使得在下面将说明的拉伸负荷和可能由热交换元件46施加的最大力作用下,薄板52的周边58仍然能牢固地固定在盖54上。
焊缝62将使薄板52产生收缩。由于薄板边缘的移动受到焊缝62的约束,这种收缩将使薄板52处于拉伸应力作用下。当固定在篮框架42上时,预应力薄板52承受住由热交换元件46所施加的力。因此,本发明的盖组件10就不会象常规的盖44那样变形。
虽然薄板52使篮产生了附加重量,但是该附加重量远小于用较厚板材制造框架件和盖所增加的重量。因此,该篮的总重量小于用较厚板材来制造以抵抗变形的常规篮的总重量。
应该认识到预应力盖组件10在承受变形的任何侧面上使用。例如,本发明的盖组件10可以在大型转子的篮的内侧端64(图3)上使用,其中内侧端64的宽度已变得足够大使得安装在内侧端64上的盖将承受变形。还应该认识到本发明的盖组件10还可以起关闭先前处于打开状态的篮框架42的某些部分的作用,由此可以防止由于变形而使热交换元件46通过篮框架42伸出。
虽然已经示出和说明了几个最佳实施例,但是只要不违背本发明的精神和范围,可以对它作出各种修改和替代。因此应当理解,已经说明的本发明只是作为对本发明的举例而不是限制。
Claims (9)
1.一种用在旋转蓄热式预热器的热交换篮上的篮盖组件,该篮包括一个具有多个敞开的侧壁的框架,所述盖组件包括:
可固定在该框架上以覆盖住一个侧壁的盖装置,所述盖装置包括一个具有内表面的金属构件;
一个金属薄板,该板包括至少一条限定周边的边缘,所述薄板沿着所述周边被固定在所述盖装置的所述内表面上;以及
用来把所述薄板固定在所述盖装置上的焊缝部,其中所述焊缝部可防止所述周边相对于所述盖装置移动,由此所述焊缝部在所述薄板上施加了拉伸应力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的篮盖组件,其中所述盖装置和所述薄板是由相同材料组成的。
3.根据权利要求1所述的篮盖组件,其中所述焊缝部包括多个点焊接点。
4.根据权利要求1所述的篮盖组件,其中所述焊缝部包括一条连续焊缝。
5.根据权利要求1所述的篮盖组件,其中所述盖装置延伸到所述薄板的所述周边的外面。
6.一种用于旋转蓄热式空气预热器的篮组件,包括:
热交换装置,该装置提供热交换面面积和蓄热物质;
用来放置所述热交换装置的篮装置,所述篮装置具有多个敞开的侧壁;
用来覆盖住一个所述侧壁的盖装置,该盖装置包括一个具有内表面的金属构件;
一个限定周边的金属薄板,所述薄板沿着所述周边被固定在所述盖装置的所述内表面上;以及
用来把所述薄板固定在所述盖装置上的焊缝部,其中所述焊缝部可防止所述周边相对于所述盖装置移动,由此所述焊缝部在所述薄板上施加了拉伸应力。
7.根据权利要求6所述的篮组件,其中所述盖装置和所述薄板是由相同材料组成的。
8.根据权利要求7所述的篮盖装置,其中所述焊缝部包括多个点焊接点。
9.根据权利要求7所述的篮盖装置,其中所述盖装置延伸到所述薄板的所述周边的外面。
