Abstract

本发明涉及一种球阀。
解决球阀的阀芯同阀座的密封问题,目前的技术方案是在阀座上嵌入橡胶或塑料的密封圈,该密封圈同阀芯接触时将产生弹性变形,但是这种密封圈容易老化,容易磨损,且不耐高温,一旦弹性丧失,密封即被破坏。
本发明的目的是提供一种密封寿命更长和密封性能更好的球阀。
本发明的解决方案是所述的阀座是刚性阀座,阀芯的上阀轴支承孔的两侧设有同阀芯孔方向一致的上形变沟,阀芯的下阀轴支承孔的两侧设有同阀芯孔方向一致且同阀芯孔贯通的下形变沟,该下形变沟的下端扩张形成宽度同下阀轴上的椭圆形轴台的短轴径相同、高度同椭圆形轴台的高度相同的形变作用力沟。
上述球阀的阀芯同阀座虽然是硬对硬的刚性接触,但当阀芯转至关闭位置时,因下阀轴上的椭圆形轴台的长轴径轴面对阀芯上的形变作用力沟所旋作用力的作用,使下形变沟产生张开形变,上形变沟产生合拢形变,从而使阀芯同阀座相互压紧形成密封,而当阀芯开阀时,阀芯则弹性复原,因为这种硬对硬的密封耐磨损,耐高温,又不存在老化问题,因此,这种球阀的密封寿命长,且密封性能更好。

如图所示,凡球阀均具有阀体1、阀芯2、上阀轴3和下阀轴4,且阀体1上设有进口和出口两个阀座5,在本发明中,所述的阀座5是刚性阀座,阀芯2的上阀轴支承孔6的两侧设有同阀芯孔7的方向一致的上形变沟8,阀芯2的下阀轴孔9的两侧设有同阀芯孔7的方向一致且同阀芯孔7贯通的下形变沟10,该下形变沟10的下端扩张形成宽度同下阀轴4上的椭圆形轴台11的短轴径相同、高度同椭圆形轴台11的高度相同的形变作用力沟12。下阀轴4是中间形成椭圆形轴台11并固定在阀体1上的台阶轴,在下阀轴4同阀体1之间设有密封圈13。刚性阀座5是在阀体1的阀座5的位置上堆焊硬质合金并经加工后形成的,为了加工方便,阀体1由左、中、右三部份组装而成。上阀轴3是转动轴,上阀轴3和阀体1之间设有动密封,通常采用填料压紧密封14。阀芯2张开形变时,上形变沟8是产生合拢形变,为了不致抱死上阀轴3,阀芯2上的上阀轴支承孔6同上阀轴3的动配合应采用较大的动配合间隙。

1、一种球阀,具有阀体、阀芯、上阀轴和下阀轴,且阀体上设有进口和出口两个阀座,其特征是:所述的阀座(5)是刚性阀座,阀芯(2)的上阀轴支承孔(6)的两侧设有同阀芯孔(7)的方向一致的上形变沟(8),阀芯(2)的下阀轴孔(9)的两侧设有同阀芯孔(7)的方向一致且同阀芯孔(7)贯通的下形变沟(10),该下形变沟(10)的下端扩张形成宽度同下阀轴(4)上的椭圆形轴台(11)的短轴径相同、高度同椭圆形轴台(11)的高度相同的形变作用力沟(12)。
