Abstract

硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物,采用LLDPE(或ULDPE)和石蜡油代替EPDM,用硅烷接枝体系代替酚醛树脂硫化体系,使成本降低三分之一以上,同时随石蜡油含量的不同,所制得的弹性体模量可调范围很大,可满足不同用途的需要。同时,可使弹性体制品不带气味和保持本色,无颜色变化,也无气味,便于制备各种不同颜色的弹性体最终制品,可满足不同用途的需要。新组合物的具体组成是:PP30~50phr;LDPE或ULDPE50~80phr;石蜡油50~100phr;硅烷2~10phr;过氧化物0.5~2.5phr;水0.1~5.0phr;抗氧剂适量;这里所说的“适量”,是指:0.1~0.3%。

技术领域。
本发明涉及一种弹性体组合物,特别是一种具有高强度、耐老化、耐油等特点的硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物。
背景技术
目前弹性体主要品种为三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)/聚丙烯(PP)动态硫化制得,如美国的Monsanto公司、荷兰DSM公司等均有EPDM/PP弹性体产品。它是在高温度和高剪切的混合器中将橡胶和树脂熔融共混,在硫化剂的作用下橡胶原位硫化,并细微地分散于树脂中形成稳定的分散体系。市场现有技术中硫化体系采用酚醛树脂,一般带有一定的气味和颜色,不易做浅色制品,且EPDM的成本较高,块料不易加工。
发明内容
本发明创造目的是克服现有技术成本高、不易加工、带有气味和颜色等缺点,提供一种新的弹性体。新方案将采用颗粒状线性低密度聚乙烯LLDPE(或超低密度聚乙烯ULDPE)和石蜡油代替EPDM,降低成本,改变硫化体系助剂及工艺,使弹性体气味消除,颜色变浅,以便不影响后续制品的颜色。
硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物的具体组成是:
PP                        30~50phr
LLDPE或ULDPE              50~80phr
石蜡油                    50~100phr
硅烷                      2~10phr
过氧化物                  0.5~2.5phr
水                        0.1~5.0phr
抗氧剂                    适量
这里所说的“适量”,是指:0.1~0.3%。
本发明所用的原材料,成本较传统的EPDM/PP工艺成本降低三分之一以上:采用LLDPE(或ULDPE)和石蜡油代替EPDM,用硅烷接枝体系代替酚醛树脂硫化体系。用价格较低的LLDPE(或ULDPE)和石蜡油代替价格昂贵的三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM),使弹性体的成本大大降低,同时随石蜡油含量的不同,所制得的弹性体模量可调范围很大,可满足不同用途的需要。硫化体系采用硅烷接枝及水交联,可使弹性体制品不带气味和保持本色,无颜色变化,也无气味,便于制备各种不同颜色的弹性体最终制品,可满足不同用途的需要。

实施例6,与实施例4基本相同,但用LLDPE代替ULDPE。且石蜡油的含量为85phr。
实施例7,与实施例1基本相同,但石蜡油的含量为95phr。

Claims (4)

1、一种硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物,其特征在于,组合物的组成是:
PP                        30~50phr
LLDPE或ULDPE              50~80phr
石蜡油                    50~100phr
硅烷                      2~10phr
过氧化物                  0.5~2.5phr
水                        0.1~5.0phr
抗氧剂                    适量。
2、按照权利要求1所述的硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物,其特征在于,组合物的具体组成是:
PP                        30phr
ULDPE或ULDPE              50phr
石蜡油                    50phr
硅烷                      2phr
过氧化物                  0.5phr
水                        0.1phr
抗氧剂                    适量。
3、按照权利要求1所述的硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物,其特征在于,组合物的具体组成是:

ULDPE或ULDPE              80phr
石蜡油                    100phr
硅烷                      10phr
过氧化物                  2.5phr
水                        5.0phr
抗氧剂                    适量。
4、按照权利要求1所述的硅烷交联聚烯烃弹性体组合物,其特征在于,组合物的具体组成是:
