Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种符合国际标准插接装置SC要求的光波导用接触式插接装置,其插接端由插接部件构成。
背景技术
为了进行插接需要在光波导上设置实现连接用的高灵敏度插接器,以便进行手工操作。为此,光波导总是通过防弯裂部件终止在由插接件包住的端部套箍和接线柱上。
但是由此带来的问题是,这种插接部件对现行大多数普通的模制电插接***例如RJ45或RJ11来说并不能毫无问题地派上用处,这是因为插接部件的截面与电插接***的插接口不相符。
发明内容
因此本发明的目的是提供一种符合国际标准插接件SC要求的光波导插接装置,其带有由插接部件构成的插接端,所述插接部件的截面尺寸适用于模制电插接***例如RJ45或RJ11的接口。
为此,本发明提供一种符合国际标准插接件SC要求的光波导用接触式插接装置,该装置的插接端的每一个由插接件构成,所述接触式插接装置包括一个可容纳至少两个插接件的插接盒,所述插接盒通过合适形状的耦合器与电插接***的预定插接口相互作用,其中所述耦合器包括两个基本上相同的封装件,该两封装件通过凸缘件和起接触作用的器件彼此相连。
通过这种措施可以将光波导上起插接件作用的插接端直接用于模制的电插接***例如RJ45或RJ11中,从而形成本发明所述耦合件的中间连接以及紧凑的结构形式。
由此可以看出,本发明所述接触式插接装置的一个优选结构是,耦合件包括两个基本上相同的封装件,而且,当将封装件设置成使其与给定插接口形状相适应时,当封装件起的作用是将插接盒与插接部件一起***光波导端部时,当在封装件上设置引导槽和在插接盒上设置凸台时以及当插接盒通过插口件与相应的封装件相互作用时,所述封装件通过凸缘或类似部分彼此相连而且包容着起接触作用的例如栅形件和插接套筒之类的器件。

具体实施方式
本实施例是用于两个光波导1和2的符合国际标准插接件SC要求的接触式插接装置,其插接端通过防弯折部件3终止在接线柱4和端部套箍5处,接线柱和端部套箍由插接件6包住。
本发明设置了容纳至少两个而在本实施例中为两个插接件6的插接盒7,可以手工插接插接盒7,所述插接盒通过合适形状的耦合器8与给定电插接***例如RJ45或RJ11的国际标准插接口(未示出)相互作用。
因此耦合器包括两个基本上相同的封装件9、9’,两个封装件通过凸缘10或插口等彼此相连,而且封装件内装有起接触作用的器件例如栅形件11和插接套筒12。
为此将封装件9、9’设计成使其与所述插接口的形状相吻合。
此外,这种封装件9、9’起到了使插接盒7与插接件6在光波导1和2的端部形成可拆卸式插接的作用。因此在封装件9、9’上设有导向槽13,而在插接盒7上设有导向凸起14。此外插接盒7还可以通过插口件15与相应的封装件9或9’相互作用。
通过这些措施可以将光波导上起插接件作用的插接端直接用于模制的电插接***例如RJ45或RJ11上,由此形成本发明所述接口件的互联以及紧凑的结构形式。

Claims (6)

1.一种符合国际标准插接件SC要求的光波导用接触式插接装置,该装置的插接端的每一个由插接件构成,所述接触式插接装置包括一个可容纳至少两个插接件的插接盒,所述插接盒通过合适形状的耦合器与电插接***的预定插接口相互作用,其中所述耦合器包括两个基本上相同的封装件,该两封装件通过凸缘件和起接触作用的器件彼此相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接触式插接装置,其特征在于,起接触作用的所述器件是栅形件和插接套筒。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的接触式插接装置,其特征在于,所述封装件设计成使其与所述预定的插接口的形状相吻合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的接触式插接装置,其特征在于,装有在光波导的端部的所述插接件的所述插接盒,可拆卸地插接在所述封装件中的一个封装件内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的接触式插接装置,其特征在于,在所述封装件上设有导向槽,而在插接盒上设有导向凸起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的接触式插接装置,其特征在于,所述插接盒(7)通过插口件与相应的封装件相互作用。
