Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于处理并涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,该组合物涂覆在混凝土的表面,或者作为浆糊涂在墙纸上,以提高混凝土结构的防潮性能和热量维持性能,并可发射远红外线,以起到预防和治疗影响人类的各种疾病,所述人群生活在包括混凝土结构的房屋中。该组合物包括具有细度为150-200目的,30-40wt%远红外线放射材料和25-40wt%米糠的混合物,将30-45wt%的粘合剂均匀地与上述混合物混合。远红外线放射材料可为云母,黄土,蛭石,硅土或上述物质的混合物,所述粘合剂为乙酸乙烯基酯树脂乳液,尿素树脂,聚乙烯醇,胶水,或上述物质的混合物。另外,组合物中的远红外线放射材料可以部分或全部用木炭粉末替代。

用于处理并涂覆混凝土表面的组合物
技术领域
本发明一般涉及一种用于处理并涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,尤其涉及用于处理并涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,该组合物涂覆在混凝土的表面,或者作为浆糊涂在墙纸上,以提高混凝土结构的防潮性能和热量维持性能,并可发射远红外线,以起到预防和治疗影响生活在包括混凝土结构的房屋中的人群的各种疾病。
背景技术
本领域所属技术人员熟知,混凝土建筑,如公寓式住宅的内墙和地板涂覆有砂浆,并糊有墙纸。
此时,内墙和地板一般比天花板或外墙硬化得快,由此导致混凝土结构的表面裂缝。混凝土结构一般具有较低的热量维持性能,耐久性能和防潮性能,如果混凝土表面开裂,则上述性能会进一步降低,从而在冬天会出现结露现象,在夏天混凝土表面会发霉,由此会使混凝土表面的墙纸受损。
为了解决上述问题,在混凝土结构的内墙中可加入苯乙烯泡沫塑料,但其缺点在于很难在加入苯乙烯泡沫塑料的内墙上钉钉子,用尖利的物件很容易损坏墙纸和苯乙烯泡沫塑料,并且形成与苯乙烯泡沫塑料相联的混凝土墙壁是件很麻烦的事。
发明内容
由此,针对现有技术中存在的上述缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种用于处理和涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,该组合物涂覆在混凝土表面,或作为浆糊涂在墙纸上,以提高混凝土结构的防潮性能和热量维持性能。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种用于处理和涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,该组合物可放射对居住者健康有益的远红外线。
基于本发明,通过形成用于处理和涂覆混凝土结构表面的组合物可达到上述目的,该组合物包括具有细度为150-200目的30-40wt%远红外线放射材料和25-40wt%米糠的混合物,将30-45wt%的粘合剂均匀地与上述混合物混合。
远红外线放射材料可为:云母,黄土,蛭石,硅土或上述物质的混合物,并且以未加工的矿石形态或以按需要加工好的形态使用。
如在各种科学著作中描述的,远红外线照射到生物体上以刺激构成生物体的分子按需要完成生活机能。由此,当将远红外线放射材料应用到混凝土建筑的内墙中,可预防并治疗各种疾病,如神经痛。
如所说的,本发明组合物中的米糠或谷壳的作用为提高稳定性,延缓老化,防水,隔热。尽管可用木炭粉末,如用硬木炭部分或完全替代米糠,但将当本发明的组合物用于涂覆混凝土建筑内墙时,不适合用木炭粉末替代米糠,因为木炭粉末是黑色的。
本发明用的粘合剂可从那些对人体无害的粘合剂中选择。一般地,粘合剂可为:乙酸乙烯基酯树脂乳液,尿素树脂,聚乙烯醇,胶水,或上述物质的混合物。其中乙酸乙烯基酯树脂乳液和尿素树脂的作用为提高本发明组合物的防水和隔热性能,聚乙烯醇作为乳化剂均匀混合在构成组合物的成分中,并提高该组合物的稳定性。
根据本发明,将组合物用两倍的水稀释,并将其涂覆在混凝土结构的内墙或地板上,或者用做浆糊涂在墙纸上。此时,由于粘合构成组合物成分的粉末,组合物在混凝土表面形成坚固的膜,以防止混凝土结构的内墙或地板开裂,防止潮气渗透进入混凝土结构,防止在混凝土结构表面产生结露现象和产生霉迹扩散,防止混凝土结构产生难闻的气味,由此可提高包括混凝土结构的房屋内侧的生活环境。另外,还可有效地维持室内的热量以节省能源。
具体实施方式
通过下面以例证形式阐述实施例,可更好地理解本发明,但本发明并不限于此。
实施例1
使用球形磨粉机将具有细度为250-350目的,225g云母和225g黄土的混合物碾磨成粉末。再将75g的米糠粉末,75g的木炭粉末,250g的乙酸乙烯基酯树脂乳液和100g的聚乙烯醇加入上述粉末中,随后搅拌30分钟使其均匀。在最终的混合物中加入50g的尿素树脂,再搅拌30分钟,以产生用于处理混凝土表面的组合物。
将上述组合物用两倍的水稀释,用刷子将其涂抹在混凝土结构的内墙和地板上。3-5个月后,用肉眼看混凝土表面,以确定该混凝土表面没有裂缝,并且足够干燥以防止霉迹扩散。
如上所述,本发明组合物的优点在于该组合物包括远红外线放射材料,并且将远红外线放射到具有涂覆有组合物的墙壁的房屋中,以起到预防和治疗各种疾病的作用。另一个优点为该组合物在混凝土表面形成坚固的膜以提高混凝土结构的防潮性能和热量维持性能,由此在冬天可抑制结露,在夏天可防止霉迹扩散,并且可保证节省能源。
上面已以例证形式描述了本发明,应理解所用的专有名词的种类不仅限于此。根据上述技术本发明还可有其它的修正和变化。由此,应理解在附加的权利要求的范围之内,除特殊的说明之外,本发明还可有其它的应用。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于处理和涂覆混凝土表面的组合物,它包括:
具有细度为150-200目的,30-40wt%远红外线放射材料和25-40wt%米糠和/或木炭粉末的混合物,所述远红外线放射材料为云母,黄土粉末,蛭石,硅土或上述物质的混合物;和
将30-45wt%的粘合剂均匀地与上述混合物混合,所述粘合剂为乙酸乙烯基酯树脂乳液,尿素树脂,聚乙烯醇,胶水或上述物质的混合物。
