本发明是一种复合保温钢板屋顶,属于建筑用屋顶复盖组合件及其加工方法。
技术背景:
目前,大多数楼房屋顶都是传统的混凝土屋顶,这种屋顶板,保温效果差,特别是在冬季,浪费大量能源,用来提高居室内的温度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种保温效果好,体重轻的复合保温钢板屋顶及其该屋顶的加工方法。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:EPS板一面与内钢板连接,EPS板另一面粘有锡箔纸,制成带有凸弧型的外钢板放在锡箔纸上,内、外钢板加工有相互配合的螺栓孔,然后将内钢板、EPS板、锡箔纸、外钢板用螺栓连接紧固。每块复合保温钢板屋顶两边加工有凹凸连接插口,将复合保温钢板组合成人字型屋顶,人字型屋顶顶部装有人字型钢板卡,在人字型钢板卡与人字型复合保温板接触的最低水平方向,设有排气孔隙,人字型钢板卡与人字型复合保温钢板屋顶用螺钉进行固定。在人字型复合保温钢板屋顶的下边缘处由螺钉装有排水槽,带孔的铝扣板一边与墙体连接,另一边与排水槽连接。
复合保温钢板屋顶的加工方法:首先将EPS板进行压缩,然后将EPS板的一面与钢板用胶加压力和热温结合到一起,再在EPS板的另一面,用胶将锡箔纸粘在EPS板上,同时将制成凸型的钢板,放在粘有锡箔纸的EPS板上面,然后用螺栓连接,再将螺栓用防水胶处理好;屋顶的钢骨架固定好后,将每一块复合保温钢板屋顶的两边都制成带有凹凸插口,在屋顶钢骨架上用螺栓进行固定拧紧,将每一块复合保温钢板屋顶及屋顶钢骨架连接到一起,屋顶安装好后,人字型的顶部连接处会出现型的凹槽,将用型的EPS板块涂上胶进行充添,将钢板制成的小人字型卡,卡在人字型屋顶的顶部,人字型屋顶的顶部全部封口的同时,在小人字型钢板一人字型钢板接触的最低水平方向,留有一个排气孔,然后将小人字型钢板卡与人字型复合保温钢板屋顶,用螺钉进行固定。
本发明与现有技术相比具有如下优点和积极效果。
1.因采用EPS板,使得屋顶保温效果好,屋顶重量轻,使得房屋坚固。
2.屋顶EPS板上贴有锡箔纸,可反射阳光及隔离室内外冷热气体。

图1~3是本发明具体实施例:EPS板(2)俗称保温苯板与内钢板(1)用胶加压力和热温连接到一起,EPS板(2)另一面,用胶将锡箔纸(7)粘在EPS板(2)上。同时将制成带有凸弧型的外钢板(3),放在锡箔纸(7)上面。内钢板(1)、外钢板(3)加工有相互配合的螺栓孔,然后用螺栓(8)连接紧固。再将螺栓孔处用防水胶处理好。每一块复合保温钢板的两边都加工有凹凸连接插口。
先将屋顶的钢骨架固定好,将复合保温钢板用螺栓(8)固定连接,进行安装。同时,每一块复合保温钢板带有凹凸连接插口,使复合保温钢板会轻松插拼到一起,然后用螺栓(8)紧固连接在屋顶钢骨架上。当人字型复合保温钢板屋顶安装好后,人字型的顶部会出现型凹槽,然后用型的EPS板涂胶进行充添,再将人字型钢板卡(5)卡在人字型复合保温钢板屋顶的顶部。在人字型钢板卡(5)与人字型复合保温钢板接触的最低水平方向,留有一个2毫米的排气孔隙(6),人字型钢板卡(5)与人字型复合保温钢板屋顶,用螺钉(4)进行固定。排水槽(9)由螺钉(4)与外钢板(3)连接。带孔的铝扣板(10)一端与墙体(11)连接,另一端与排水槽(9)连接。

1.复合保温钢板屋顶,是由人字型钢板卡(5)、复合保温钢板合成的人字型屋顶、排水槽(9)、带孔的铝扣板(10)组成,其特征在于:复合保温钢板是由EPS板(2)俗称保温苯板与内钢板(1)用胶加压力和热温连接到一起,EPS板(2)另一面,用胶将锡箔纸(7)粘在EPS板(2)上;复合保温钢板合成的人字型屋顶顶部装有人字型钢板卡(5),在人字型钢板卡(5)与人字型复合保温钢板接触的最低水平方向设有排气孔隙(6),人字型钢板卡(5)与人字型复合板屋顶,由螺钉(4)固定,在人字型复合保温钢板屋顶下边缘处由螺钉(4)装有排水槽(9),带孔的铝扣板(10)一边与墙体(11)连接,一边与排水槽(9)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的复合保温钢板屋顶,其特征在于:EPS板(2)与内钢板(1)连接,EPS板(2)的另一面粘有锡箔纸(7),制成带有凸弧型的外钢板(3)装在锡箔纸(7)上,用螺栓(8)连接紧固。
3.复合保温钢板屋顶的加工方法:首先将EPS板(2)进行压缩,然后将EPS板(2)的一面与钢板用胶加压力和热温结合到一起,再在EPS板(2)的另一面,用胶将锡箔纸(7)粘在EPS板(2)上,同时将制成凸型的钢板,放在粘有锡箔纸(7)的EPS板(2)上面,然后用螺栓(8)连接,再将螺栓(8)用防水胶处理好;屋顶的钢骨架固定好后,将每一块复合保温钢板屋顶的两边都制成带有凹凸插口,在屋顶钢骨架上用螺栓(8)进行固定拧紧,将每一块复合保温钢板屋顶及屋顶钢骨架连接到一起,屋顶安装好后,人字型的顶部连接处会出现型的凹槽,将用型的EPS板(2)块涂上胶进行充添,将钢板制成的小人字型卡,卡在人字型屋顶的顶部,人字型屋顶的顶部全部封口的同时,在小人字型钢板一人字型钢板接触的最低水平方向,留有一个排气孔(6),然后将小人字型钢板卡与人字型复合保温钢板屋顶,用螺钉(4)进行固定。
