Description

切削效果改善的牙医钻刀
本发明的目的是提供一种尖端逐渐收缩的牙医钻刀,它包括一些螺旋键槽,后者在其侧面具有用来在牙上钻孔的切削刃,钻刀切削的特性参数一方面由一切削角α、另一方面由一刀具后角β限定,其中,α角由切削刃在切削点的切线与该点的待切削表面的垂线所确定,β角则由切削表面与切削刃非工作面的切线所确定。
后面将更精确地限定角α和β。
在用钻刀钻孔的过程中,在α和β两个角度值之间应找到一个折中值,α和β值可以为正或为负,相互不相关。根据所选择的角度值的不同,结果亦各不相同一从切削效果不足到太强的切削效果,前者需要用很大的切削力来补偿,后者表现于工具有被旋紧的危险。众所周知,旋紧效果的消除是由在工具周缘的边条来实现的,该方法的缺点在于还要增大切削所用的力,从而增大了工具折断的危险。
本发明的目的在于优化钻刀的结构,其中,切削角和刀具后角可使得钻刀获得良好的切削效果而又同时避免被旋紧。
根据本发明,上述效果由一上述类型的钻刀获得,其特点在于,切削角α大于或等于零,同时刀具后角β大于零。
一种优选的实施方式是切削刃轻微地缓和,以得到一微圆的刃口,同时并不因此影响切削角。
这样,就可通过一弱接触面获得对钻刀的引导,获得在最小应力条件下的最佳切削效果,同时降低了工具折断的风险。
在下面参照附图所作的说明中会体现出本发明的其它特点。附图中:

-图2示意出现有技术的一个钻刀的剖面,
-图3示意出本发明的一个钻刀的剖面,
-图4是图3所示钻刀的一种实施变型,在其尖端的A-A处具有各种不同的如图4A、4B、4C、4D所示的剖面形状。
首先看图1A和1B。
图中简要示出一切削工具2的尖端1。待切削的材料由带一凸出部4的剖面3表示。
切削角α由下述直线确定:
-切削平面PC的垂线P,
-切削刃在切削点的切线T。
刀具后角β由平面PC与切削刃非工作面的切线T’所确定。
如图1A所示,各角度值是:
-α>0
-β>0
如图1B所示,各角度值是:
-α<0
-β=0
在这种α<0的极端情形下,切削工具被向后推。它没有不希望有的旋紧效果,但同时也损失了相当多的切削效果,甚至完全没有切削效果。
图2示出了现有技术中的一个钻刀,其中的角度值是这样的:
-α<0
-β=0(或约等于零)
这种技术实现了工具的无旋紧效果的引导,但切削效果较弱。
边条5的存在产生了一大的接触面,从而产生了很大的摩擦。由此产生了对钻刀工具太大的阻力矩,从而增加了在工具***过程中应力上升、进而使工具折断的危险,而将留在孔内的工具折断部分取出的口腔操作尤其麻烦。
图3示出了根据本发明的一个钻刀的横剖面。该钻刀呈三分支螺旋形状,其中,各角度是这样的:
-α≥0
-β>0
这样就得到了好的切削效果,既没有摩擦,也没有如图1A所示的旋紧效果。将切削刃的工作角度减缓或微变圆而不锋利,效果就更佳。
这样,通过利用最小的接触面-从而摩擦很弱-来引导钻刀,就既保持了切削效果,又消除了旋紧效果的风险。
根据一种更为有利的实施方式的特点,钻刀的尖端(这部分通常为锥形)是斜角形,如图4所示,其斜面与钻刀轴成λ角,该角与切削刃螺旋的角度δ相对。尖端具有凹或平的表面,以方便医生使用,尤其是避免形成假孔。刀尖的这种几何形状增大了刀尖的切削能力,这在对孔进行再处理时尤其需要,此时,刀尖在与先前置放的堵塞材料相接触时,十分有效。
为了减小角β的值,可以使钻刀在切削位置的切线趋向于与直径切线重叠,其中内接经过切削点的切削剖面。

Claims (2)

1.一种尖端逐渐收缩的牙医钻刀,它具有螺旋键槽,键槽在其侧面包括用于在牙齿上钻孔的切削刃、多个非线性切削边、多个非线性余隙边和多个切削点,一个第一切削刃的切削边和一个第二切削刃的余隙边形成一个切削点,具有由一个切削角α和一个刀具后角β限定的切削条件参数,其中,切削角α大于零,并由一个切削边的在一个切削点的一条切线和在该切削点的圆周切线的一条垂线来确定,刀具后角β大于零,并由在切削点的圆周的一条切线和在切削点的一个余隙边的一条切线来确定,其中,切削刃轻微地变柔和,以获得稍带圆角的刃口,钻刀的切削点的切线趋向于与限定经过切削点的一个切削截面的直径的垂线相重合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙医钻刀,其特征在于,它包括多个斜角形的尖端,斜角的平面与钻刀的轴线成一个λ角,该角的方向与切削边的螺旋角δ相对,切削边具有凹或平的表面。
