Abstract

本发明公开了一种湿平整液,含有有机酸5~35%、有机胺5~35%、缓蚀剂2~25%、表面活性剂0.1~1%、水10~35%。本发明采用有机胺和有机酸作为复合防锈剂,并复配多种缓蚀剂和清洗助剂,具有优良的清洗性和良好的防锈性能,平整后的钢板不存在板面锈蚀和产生色斑问题,钢板质量好,且具有适当的润滑性能,不存在亚硝酸盐污染问题。

湿平整液
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种冷轧钢板制造过程的平整工序中使用的湿平整液。
背景技术:
众所周知,冷轧钢板的制造大致可分为酸洗、轧制、退火、平整和精制涂油五大工序,其中轧制、退火和平整是决定冷轧板质量好坏的三个主要工序。所谓平整工序是指在钢卷退火以后进行的低变形量轧制加工,其主要目的是为了消除轧制工艺所造成的某些板面缺陷并进一步提高钢板的机械性能。平整工序分为干平整和湿平整两种,目前多采用湿平整,目前的湿平整液一般以亚硝酸钠型无机湿平整液为主,存在清洗性差、板面光亮度差以及“亚硝酸盐”带来的健康问题。尤其防锈性能不够理想,且普遍存在平整后钢板板面锈蚀和产生色斑问题,影响了钢板的板面质量。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种清洗性能和防锈性能好,不存在亚硝酸污染的湿平整液。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种湿平整液,其特征:含有下列重量组份:
有机酸            5~35%
有机胺            5~35%
缓蚀剂            2~25%
表面活性剂        0.1~1%
水                10~35%。
有机酸是C6~C14直链二元酸或C8~C12脂肪酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨基酸衍生物。有机胺是一乙醇胺或二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉、N-乙基吗啉、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、二乙氨基乙醇。缓蚀剂是苯甲酸钠或钼酸钠、钼酸胺、乌洛托品、水杨酸钠、甲基苯并***、苯并三氮唑、巯基苯并噻唑、三氮唑。表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(5~12)醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯(5~12)醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。
本发明采用有机胺和有机酸作为复合防锈剂,并复配多种缓蚀剂和清洗助剂,具有优良的清洗性和良好的防锈性能,平整后的钢板不存在板面锈蚀和产生色斑问题,钢板质量好,且具有适当的润滑性能,不存在亚硝酸盐污染问题。

将下列重量组份混合搅拌,得产品:
对叔丁基苯甲酸                          5%
一乙醇胺(或二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺)          35%
苯甲酸钠                                25%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚                0.3%
水                                      34.7%。
实施例2:
对硝基苯甲酸                            33.5%
一异丙醇胺(或二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺)    16%
钼酸钠(或钼酸铵)                        15%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯(5~12)醚                 0.5%
水                                      35%。

1、一种湿平整液,其特征是:含有下列重量组份:
有机酸           5~35%
有机胺           5~35%
缓蚀剂           2~25%
表面活性剂       0.1~0.5%
水               10~35%;
其中有机酸是C6~C14直链二元酸或C8~C12脂肪酸、对叔丁基苯甲酸、对硝基苯甲酸、三嗪类多羧酸化合物、ε-异壬酰基氨己酸衍生物;有机胺是一乙醇胺或二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、吗啉、N-甲基吗啉、N-乙基吗啉、2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇、二乙氨基乙醇;缓蚀剂是苯甲酸钠或铝酸钠、钼酸胺、乌洛托品、水杨酸钠、甲基苯并***、苯并三氮唑、巯基苯并噻唑、三氮唑;表面活性剂是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯5~12醚或壬基酚聚氧乙烯5~12醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。
