Abstract
本发明提供了一密封可靠、加工工艺非常简单的转子泵。
Description
本发明所属的领域为机械领域,具体地说是一种可将机械能转变压力能的能量转换装置。
公知技术中的转子泵虽然有着其他泵无法比拟的优点,但始终存在着加工工艺要求苛刻、密封不可靠的缺点,尤其在高压状态下,密封效率大为降低。造成上述缺点的主要原因几乎都是由于分隔高压腔和低压腔的活动挡块可靠性较差,以及为了提高密封效率,不得不在加工工艺上提出更高的要求。此外,公知技术的转子泵,转子与缸壁内腔只能依靠缩小间隙来提高密封效率,同样造成了可靠性差,加工工艺苛刻的结果。
本发明的目在于提供一种加工工艺简单、密封可靠、力学结构合理的转子泵,具体特点如下:
以一种加工工艺很容易实现的装置代替常规转子泵的活动挡块,将单线密封变为可以互动、互补的双线密封甚至是多线密封;
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明是一种旋转活塞式泵,包括有一缸体,装有缸体端面上将缸体封闭的端盖,设置在缸体中可做圆周运动的偏心的转子,转子弧面与圆形气缸型面之间形成有密封空间,由弧形挡块分隔运动中变化的高压腔和低压腔。
在圆形缸体上的进口与出口之间,有一个轴心线与缸体内腔轴心线平行的大半圆空腔,空腔的中心部位有一个圆柱体的自由轴,两边有两片一组的或多组的可围绕轴心运动的弧形挡片,在弹簧的压迫下每一块弧形挡片的一端附于转子弧面,运动中将转子弧面与缸体形面之间形成的密封空间分隔为高压腔与低压腔,高压腔与低压腔在容积变化中,可将流体吸入或排出。
本发明可以是在同一轴心串联多个缸体,各个缸体的进口与出口分别相通,缸体之间夹有中隔层保证各缸的独立密封。
本发明在多缸组合的情况下,各缸的转子间呈相位角关系,相位角的大小等于360°除以缸数(或转子数)。
根据上述的特点及技术方案,给出本发明的位置示意图和结构原理图。

以下结合附图,给出本发明的最佳实施例。
如图1,图2,所示为本发明的最佳实施例,其结构部分由图1,图2及附图注明加以认识。下述为本发明的工作流程说明。
根据如图所示的旋转方向,流体可由进口5吸入在运动中增大的低压腔;当转子2的最高圆弧面滑过右弧形挡块8和右弧形挡块7之后,原来的低压腔变为高压腔,并且在运动中容积变小,将流体从出口6剂出。由于弧形挡片的分隔,运动中的低压腔始终是一个容积由小到大的过程,高压腔则是一个容积由大到小的过程,如此循环连续。
根据图1,图2,结合附图3,可以得到最佳实施例之二。其主要特征为,围绕圆柱体自由轴运动的弧形挡片是两组或两组以上。
Claims (4)
1.一种转子泵,包括有一缸体,装在缸体端面上将缸体封闭的端盖,设置在缸体中可做圆周运动的偏心的转子,转子弧面与圆形气缸型面之间形成有密封空间,由进口与出口之间的弧形挡片分隔为高压腔与低压腔;其特征在于:圆形缸体上的进口与出口之间,有一个轴心线与缸体内腔平行的大半圆空腔,空腔中心部位有一个圆柱体自由轴,轴的两边有一组可围绕轴心运动的弧形挡片,在弹簧压迫下弧形挡片一端附于转子弧面,使运动中形成的高压腔与低压腔在容积变化中,将流体由进口吸入及出口排出;
2.根据权利要求1所述的转子泵,其特征在于,围绕自由轴在弹簧压迫下附于转子弧面的弧形挡片,可以是左右两片一组,亦可以是两组以上;
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的旋转泵,可以是单缸,亦可以是同一轴心多缸组合;
4.根据权利要求1、2和3所述,多缸体的组合中,各缸中转子的相位角等于360°除以缸数。
