Abstract

一种快速测定量热仪,它包括外桶、内桶、恒温内桶和测试氧弹,所述测试氧弹置于内桶内,其特征在于该仪器还设有与内桶内测试氧弹处于同一环境温度之待测试氧弹。该待测试氧弹置于恒温内桶内,该恒温内桶置于外桶内且与其连通,或通过连通水管与外桶连通。在外桶外,亦可设置恒温桶,待测试氧弹置于恒温内桶内,该恒温内桶置于恒温桶内且与其连通,或通过连通水管与恒温桶连通。本发明与现有技术相比,可以更进一步从结构上保证每一测试的氧弹在测试前周围环境温度处于一恒定值,且与测试时环境温度一致,是对本申请之在先技术的进一步完善,从而减少了每一个样品的测试时间,提高了测试工作效率。

Description

快速测定量热仪
技术领域:
本发明涉及煤炭、石油化工或电力行业中煤、油或其它发热物质之发热量测定仪器,具体涉及对现有量热仪的改进。
背景技术:
在现有技术领域里,测定物质发热量的仪器的基本结构有外桶、内桶和装有测试样品之氧弹,其中内桶置于外桶中,氧弹放置于内桶中,与点火电极相连接,到规定的时间通电点火,让样品充分燃烧。为保证准确地测定物质的发热量,外桶及内桶与氧弹的温度必须保持一致。从氧弹的放置到试样燃烧完毕取出这一过程大约需要18分钟左右,氧弹放置前位于环境温度中,由人工在测试仪外面装好试样后再置于内桶内,从而导致氧弹本身温度与内桶内温度不一致,置放时会使内桶温度产生变化,这就需要一定的时间来调整,尤其在天气较为寒冷的季节,从氧弹的放入到与内桶温度一致至少需要5分钟以上,因此,每测试一个样品的时间也就相应延长,不符合目前现代化生产快速发展的要求。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是怎样进一步缩短每一测试氧弹与内桶内温度的平衡时间,以提高测试速度。
本发明的技术问题上通过下面的技术方案实现的。它包括外桶、内桶、恒温内桶和测试氧弹,所述测试氧弹置于内桶内,其特征在于该仪器还设有与内桶内测试氧弹处于同一环境温度之待测试氧弹。该待测试氧弹置于恒温内桶内,该恒温内桶置于外桶内且与其连通,或通过连通水管与外桶连通。在外桶外,亦可设置恒温桶,待测试氧弹置于恒温内桶内,该恒温内桶置于恒温桶内且与其连通,或通过连通水管与恒温桶连通。
本发明与现有技术相比,可以更进一步从结构上保证每一测试的氧弹在测试前周围环境温度处于一恒定值,且与测试时环境温度一致,是对本申请之在先技术的进一步完善,从而减少了每一个样品的测试时间,提高了测试工作效率。

具体实施方式:
图1和图2分别展示了本发明应用的两个实施例。
本发明包括测试氧弹1、内桶2和外桶3,改进型的量热仪还设有恒温桶5,测试氧弹1装于内桶2内,而内桶2又装于外桶3内,而外桶3又置于恒温桶5内,整个装置形成一密闭的空间。在内桶2外桶3和恒温桶5内均装有制冷或制热介质,各桶相互连通,其内均设有循环水泵7,制冷、制热机6置于恒温桶5内,可根据测试环境温度的需要按设定的温度进行制冷或制热,使内桶2所处的环境温度恒定在人为设定的值上,即测试时氧弹1环境温度恒定,以保证测试的精确性。本发明为缩短每一样品的测试时间,还设有一放置于一恒温内桶4中之待测试氧弹9,使其在放置于内桶2前其环境温度与内桶2一致,可大大缩短该氧弹测试前的准备时间,同时可保证内桶2内温度始终处于恒定的值上。
如图1所示,本发明恒温内桶4置于恒温桶5内,改进前的量热仪可直接设于外桶3内,其桶内侧壁上开设有通孔,与恒温桶5或外桶3连通,可保证待测试氧弹9环境温度与内桶2温度一致。
如图2所示,本发明恒温内桶4置于恒温桶5或外桶3之外,通过一连接水管8相接,恒温内桶4上设有循环水泵7,通过该水泵和连接水管8使恒温内桶4与恒温桶5或外桶3连通,同样可保证待测试氧弹9环境温度与内桶2温度保持一致。
测试时,将测试氧弹1放置于内桶2内,同时可将下一测试样品放于待测试氧弹9中,内桶2中的样品测试完毕后,由于样品燃烧时间长于恒温内桶4升温或降温时间,待测试氧弹9周围环境温度早已达到了测试时所要求的恒定值,将其置放于内桶2内时,可立即进行点火,因而实现了氧弹测试的不间断进行,提高了测试速度。

Claims (5)

1、一种快速测定量热仪,包括外桶(3)、内桶(2)、恒温内桶(4)和测试氧弹(1),所述测试氧弹(1)置于内桶(2)内,其特征在于该仪器还设有与内桶(2)内测试氧弹(1)处于同一环境温度之待测试氧弹(9)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的快速测定量热仪,其特征在于待测试氧弹(9)置于恒温内桶(4)内,该恒温内桶(4)置于外桶(3)内且与其连通。
3、根据权利要求1所述的快速测定量热仪,其特征在于待测试氧弹(9)置于恒温内桶(4)内,该恒温内桶(4)上装有循环水泵(7),恒温内桶(4)通过连通水管(8)与外桶(3)连通。
4、根据权利要求1所述的快速测定量热仪,其特征在于外桶(3)外设有恒温桶(5),待测试氧弹(9)置于恒温内桶(4)内,该恒温内桶(4)置于恒温桶(5)内且与其连通。
5、根据权利要求1所述的快速测定量热仪,其特征在于待测试氧弹(9)置于恒温内桶(4)内,该恒温内桶(4)上装有循环水泵(7),恒温内桶(4)通过连通水管(8)与恒温桶(5)连通。
